Is quictents.com Legit?

Quictent canopy products are very low quality. The cover seams separated after the first time it was set up. When you ask for support, they try to sell you a replacement cover (disguising it as a "handling fee"). If you care about quality and support, go elsewhere

I ordered a greenhouse in 2022 and a replacement cover in 2023. The greenhouse stood up well to as high as 60mph winds, but when we had a storm a few weeks ago, the winds exceeded 80mph. The cover and 4 or 5 of the support poles were damaged. It nevertheless was impressive as to how well it held up. I decided to order an entire replacement, but unfortunately ordered the incorrect size. Once I determined my error, I contacted Quictent. I informed them that I had removed 4 of the poles in preparation for assembly when I realized my error. The screw package was not opened, the poles I removed were rewrapped with shrink wrap as I received them, and everything went back into the box. Everything was in it's original condition as when I received it. I was informed that because the shipping box had been opened, I would receive NO REFUND. I admit it was my ordering mistake and would gladly pay a restocking fee, but nope...the box was opened, it's your greenhouse. JUST BE AWARE! YOU OPEN THE BOX, NO REFUND!EDIT: After many back and forth emails, I was able to send back the tent and get a refund minus a $30 restocking fee which I felt was more than fair. I have increased the star rating because the product itself holds up very well. Although initially I didn't get the response I wanted, they always were very responsive.

After a year and 5 days I let Martina know that the cover for the popup had split. She said they were out of the color and would not be getting it back until the end of July, but the color would be different and she would allow a special discount but no to any leeway with the warranty. After you purchase from them, they want nothing else to do with you. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time.Thanks for Quictent support.

Purchased an "upgraded heavy duty carport" that was supposed to be galvanized steel. It was actually cheap aluminum with shoddy welding of joints. The carport collapsed within 2 weeks during a gentle 5 mph breeze gust. When I contacted the company for their 30 day guarantee, they didn't want to replace the product. They wanted to give me a "special discount" to buy a new one. When I refused, they then offered to send me a new frame if I paid them $80 for shipping. I can build my own frame out of PVC for $80, and it will be much stronger than the junk they are passing off as galvanized steel.

Tent eyelets tearing throughout6 months after buying a 20 by 20 tent the eyelets are tearing throughout. My son and noticed the tent drawn very tight upon installation. I have contacted Quictent but been ignored so far. I am withholding judgement on their customer service given the holiday rush but expect a reply within a reasonable amount of time. It has been over a week...It has now been two months and no reply from customer serviceCan I give a negative star rating?

If you want a company can provide you a replacement forgot about Quicktent.After over 20 messages back and forth they was pushing me to Kip the wrong replacement was a rooftop of the upgraded carport.They claim to have guaranty but the guaranty didn’t cover if the damage is caused by weather aversion so in other words is not guaranty.Horrible costumer service.

Don't buy this item. The instructions you can't follow. The pictures don't accurately reflect production procedures for assembly. Their are six instructions with items not identified where parts go clearly. Too much work to figure out on your own. Get another product. I quit on this one.

Good tent for what it costs, no problems assembling, fairly simple instructions & excellent customer service, nice & friendly. Received item in about 4 business days from ordering. Wouldn't use it for every day use, but occasional use seems like it will hold up fine

We ordered replacement plastic covers for our greenhouse tent. We received immediate response from Joy. The only problem was that the directions for actually ordering and paying for them were very vague. When we got that taken care of, everything went quickly and smoothly. Joy followed up with the order, making sure they were delivered and in the best condition. Thank you for your response, and for following up.

Several years ago our pop up was damaged while being put away. After 4 sequences of trying to buy the replacement parts, we decided to fabricate from a metal shop. We had lost our model number and the representative kept asking for information we did not have.Measurements and comparable parts were deemed to risky to sell us. This time we explained this to Cicely and she was over the top in support and getting our order in. Could not be more pleased with her help and receiving this order

Very poor quality products, made in China. Instructions are no help at all. You must try to figure out what to do with poor drawings. Wrong part included and we still do not have the replacement after a week. The 10x20 greenhouse is just sitting outside partially assembled. Poor customer support. Don’t waste your money. The greenhouse is NOT returnable since you will never be able to repackage it.

We purchased a light duty screen house this summer and were able to enjoy the night’s mosquito free. It is not designed for rain or strong winds and this is stated in the directions We had a freak storm (New England) and the frame buckled, Quictent backs their products and sent me all the replacement parts immediately- Awesome!! Highly recommend their products and great customer service!

Not helpful at all make it impossible to do it you are single I do everything my self cabinets painting, floors redid my kitchen room living room can do it all but this piece of thing is made for 2 to put together that's BS now I have a expensive piece of Doo I can't Do anything about I am a girl but do most everything this won't let you ,so if you got family friends partner your good if not we're screwed

We bought the 10x20 carport with the steel reinforcement cables and are very happy it. We've had it up for a little over a month. During that time we've had some pretty nasty storms and the tent didn't falter at all. It really does a great job with the elements and it provides much needed shade here in the sweltering Austin summer. Customer service was exceptional dealing with a few minor replacements!

I received a 20 x 10 x 7 greenhouse as a gift. I set it up in April 2021. The anchor staples are useless unless you live somewhere where the wind is nonexistent. You must secure it better. The tent worked fine until September when the screens in the windows started to rot away and the velcro for the window coverings no longer worked. Then we had a wind storm which caused the tent to collapse, breaking many poles. Customer service offered to replace the tent at a higher cost than what the same tent was selling for online. Steer away from this company.

Not only is this product a good buy but the customer support is outstanding. Our raised garden arrived and a corner piece was missing. Contacted customer support and was surprised to see a response the very next day. They asked for some additional information and said the part would be ship. Image our surprise when the part arrived 4 days later. This product deserve a 5 rating, but customer support deserves a 10! Thanks again.

excellent service and most of all warranty. sent photos of my recent purchased 10' x 20' canopy with damaged covers (slight stitches unravelling). within 30 minutes they respond to my email with a positive reply. (quictent are sending a replacement cover 10'x 20') for free. happy & satisfied customer here! I trust and like Quictent!!! thank you Quictent!

Fabulous Tent/Not a Long Term SolutionMy husband and I loved this tent, especially the size and the mesh walls for our back porch during summer. We could fit several chairs and a porch swing under it. Unfortunately after having up for just two months a rainstorm caused a pool of water which in turn caused the top rails to buckle and snap. We didn't plan to use it year round but I wish it would've made it more than 2 months. I also purchased two of these for my nonprofit organization for events. They work fabulously for those events.

Joy in customer support is absolutely the best ever. Our tent was damaged in the wind , our own fault, and she bent over backwards to help get our restaurant back up and running during the pandemic. I can't recommend Quictent enough. As advertised these are not designed for high winds but they are well made.
