Is qahighereducation.com Legit?

They're awful, truly, truly awful. I started a L7 Apprenticeship with them last year. So far, they've screwed up the admin side twice, meaning I'll be finishing at least 6 months later than originally scheduled. I say "at least" because there's still another year to go which gives them plenty of time to cock up yet again. Also recently they've taken up to cancelling lectures with less than 10 minutes of notice. Very professional. How these clowns still get taxpayer money is beyond belief.

I have enjoyed every minute spent at this University ! I agree, there is plenty to do for improving the status quo, from customer service to the recruitment of the lecturers, from the content of each subject and the techniques used for teaching, to the value of feedback received from the tutors.I am used to be positive and to enjoy every second of my life. If the tutors do not tell me everything I want to know at a certain moment, then I read more and observe more and memorise more. I shall quote Socrates 'I cannot teach anybody anything, I can only make them think'.The tutors from QA University made me think.Recommendation for previous, current, future students : read more and enjoy your life.

Don't even think about going here if you honestly want to learn for your future. I'm not saying everything entirely is wrong there, but for an institution that takes 9k for a year the incompetence level is unacceptable. They have some good lecturers, but 50/50, in this case, doesn't qualify. Again, it is a large amount they charge for being able to study, but it's insane how many times the lecturers come unprepared and late. Last year my group had one module where every lecture we had a different person to teach us, so the whole thing ended up rubber-banding back and forth, essentially going nowhere for the most part. It was extremely disruptive and felt like we, as students, aren't appreciated at all. We are in the second year and believe me it's just as good. That is very depressing, when, in fact, students should feel secure about their future.

Graduating from London Metropolitan University, I can say that the first year was filled with challenges due to the pandemic, but I admired the institution's ability to quickly adapt to the online environment. In the following years, courses evolved significantly, and the involvement of both lecturers and students improved. However, there was a need for improvements in structuring assignments, and the second semester of the third year was crowded. Despite these difficulties, I believe the university provides valuable education and prepares students for the future. I appreciate the efforts of the lecturers, and we are confident that the university will continue to be a trusted institution of excellence in education.

Yet another profit-oriented organization with show-up standards. It is so far from a good education......which is a shame as there is potential.

This is perhaps the first time in my life where I had the misfortune to witness total incompetence combined with disgraceful arrogance not backed by a single bit of intelligence.If you value your time, stay away from this, I don’t even know how to call this. Scamming people involves some kind of intelligence. These guys are lacking everything from common sense to basic english.

I will give 1 start just because it is not possible to give 0.QAHE London and Birmingham is the most useless campus and school settings in the UK.Despite that we managed all their flaws, we graduated and they refused to give us end of course letter. It will even take Board 3 months to decide on final results after desertation result is already out. Students are asking for work letter, end of course letter to give to employer and school said until Students are awarded in April, no letter can be given and Students will even have to apply for such letter from Northern Ireland university Campus. Highest level of wickedness. They never even consider what plans Students have next with these their delays. Please avoid these 2 Ulster Universities, London and Birmingham run by QAHE if you know what is good for you.

I'm a student who applied for USW for September 2022 intake. Without proper instruction they asked me to pay even before the Pre CAS. There staff are sending different emails and they them self don't know the procedures. One say No interview and the other sends an email saying there are two interviews. I submitted my deferral letter in September and there executive hasn't checked the email and first tried to put the blame on me. When I sent them a screen shot of my sent email he apologised. Still I have not received my CAS.

Struggling to put into words just how bad this place is and I've only been involved for a week. The course materials are shoddy, vague, riddled with basic grammatical and spelling errors, astonishingly patronising and so far, mind bogglingly irrelevant.Example, they include a part where I have to 'reflect' on British values (500 words minimum) as part of the enrollment process to a technical IT course. It's a good thing this is free to my company too as if this was paid for I'd be demanding a refund already.Response - No thanks and no thanks to the request of my personal info that was discretely made but curiously not done so publicly.

Throwing Ex colleagues under the bus & false promise.I'm on my 3rd DLC, and he's taken to throwing my other 2 previous DLCs under the bus despite simply doing fine. Had an interview regarding my progression and asked, "if my place of work is keeping me on after". I'm 29, in a senior position, they talk to me like I'm 16 and haven't been in IT for 9 years.The IT course is named after the voucher you get to do with Microsoft after passing this Level 3 course.I did an IT course for a refresh as while I've been working, Windows 8, 10, and 11, have entered the world and thought I should update my knowledge in a more official capacity passed simple experience. I've learnt one thing: that has changed is the Data Protection act...

Hi everyone, To summarise my situation with QA, I applied to study at Roehampton since January but my Intake to September was postponed. All this time I waited to get my unconditional & CAS Shield, but without any progress. So now I sent a lot of email to QA to send my Refund back. 👉 QA if you see this Review I recommend you to send my Refund back ASAP.Because if it takes more than month I will send my lawyer ( he lives just) In Germany and I will destroy your Organisation with my proof of paying and some messaging. This organisation service are vary poor.They are not responsible for refund.I had a refund on this institution,But didn’t provide my refund.I’m waiting almost 1 Year but they didn’t provide my money.I always try to conduct with them but don’t response my problem.I’m not sure that whatever I will get my refund or not.vary bad experience of mine about this institution.I could not recommend any of my friends that they should apply under this institution

Quick to take my money and request payment but when it comes to providing me with what i paid for - nothing. I have spoken to numerous people; Leana, she did nothing other than ask for payment despite me having paid; the account manager George, promised to get me an invoice and access to my account - nothing. I cannot recommend this company since it has failed to do anything beyond taking my money. I now plan to do a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back

I have been studying with QA for 6 months now and I will soon be trying to move to a new provider.If you're a company, do not use QA until they thoroughly review their processes and their staffing.Tutors appear to have little to no knowledge of subjects they teach.The materials they provide are not kept up to date or relevantThe workshop sessions are next to uselessThey do not properly prepare your staff for assessments.A number of complaints have been logged with a response which basically amounts to "It's not our problem, do your own research". As a student who has completed another degree and another Apprenticeship, QA are by far the worst provider I've had the displeasure of working with.EDIT: This review was uploaded as the internal complaints procedure had no effect on the course quality.

This business is a partner with some university which are not good university at all. They do service very slow such as a pay deposit to keep my place at Northumbria university but after that, i can't study at this university because my result wasn't enough so i want to have my deposit back. They said they processed but even after 3 months , i haven't received it. Please aware with some university that have a partner with this business. Terrible ( you can't contact them at all)

I had a not so pleasant apprenticeship with this company. It lead to being employed by a company that didn’t have a clue how to deal and treat an apprentice. I didn’t receive proper training and this lead to leaving the role/apprenticeship early. The company is awful to communicate with. Furthermore, personal tutors aren’t very helpful either. I felt very mislead with my experience with QA. I would definitely look at other apprenticeship companies/agencies such as BALTIC Apprenticeships. They seem to have their heads screwed on.

this review is on behalf of my mother who suffers from depression and anxiety and after years of treatment decided to go back to school so she can learn a skill and mainly graduate! she has been attending and qahe refuses to confirm her registration with student finance in order for her to get paid! she has been attending school for two weeks now and her student finance have been approved but they are selfishly not allowing her payments to be released! she has become so depressed again , i was so happy to have my mother back and they have made her go through so much , a bunch of selfish scam artists! Do not study with them , study elsewhere please, i mean look at the rest of the reviews , self explanatory! Don’t make the mistakes that she made , they aren’t worth it

I'm due to enrol today - yet I have no timetable, no student finance confirmed yet I enrolled 2 weeks ago, no communication, I have to phone and prompt them to send me details. Would avoid at all costs

I don't think QA should carry on like that. I pay almost £10000 per year but I do not get even proper educational materials (I can show you what do you provide to students if you are not aware of it) We, students, have been asked by a tutor to search Google for three hours a day for the first four weeks of the semester! Then the tutor disperse classes even 2 hours earlier. The tutor is playing with her phone instead doing her job. QA, do you want more details? Just email me back. You can't expect people to pay for their education and then give them the opportunity to Google search - it is not a preparatory school. What is this? Another Mickey Mouse diploma mill? Where are the standards?
