Door omstandigheden is er met een bestelling iets niet goed verlopen. Ik mag stellen dat door PuurComfort geweldig is opgepakt. dat heet service ten top.

Bestel hier niet! Mijn bestelling kwam 6 weken te laat binnen en de kwaliteit van de hoezen zijn super slecht. Nadat ik had aangegeven mijn bestelling te willen retourneren kreeg ik als antwoord dat ze dit liever niet wilden en boden ze mij een terugbetaling aan van 20% vervolgens kreeg ik te horen dat als ik mijn bestelling toch wil retourneren ik zelf €60,- retourkosten moet betalen. Slechte kwaliteit hoezen en wat een vreselijke slechte service. Oplichters!

Heb drie weken geleden twee bankhoezen besteld , komt vandaag binnen , verpakking kapot , in plastic verpakt! Heb er een binnen andere moet nog komen !Had verwacht dat het mooi verstuurd word het is net TEMU wat er binnen komt !Het stinkt weet niet waar het gelegen heeft maar dikke onvoldoende ! Raad dit niemand aan !

Superslechte kwaliteit bankhoezen ontvangen voor een veel te hoge prijs. De hoezen zouden niet van de bank afglijden, maar dat is niet juist. De nopjes zijn zo minimaal, dat na vijf tellen de hoes wegglijdt. De bankhoezen komen rechtstreeks uit China. Op mijn verstuurde mail wordt niet eens gereageerd. Heb een klacht ingediend bij Klarna, maar deze wordt niet verder in behandeling genomen omdat er geen duidelijke foto gemaakt kan worden van een bankhoes die niet goed blijft liggen. Onbegrijpelijk dat Klarna zaken blijft doen met dit bedrijf, na het lezen van de reviews.

Dit is oplichting!! Dit is gewoon een random dude dat boven op een zolderkamer een website heeft gemaakt en zo gemakkelijk geld wil verdienen. Hij besteld zelf zijn zetelhoezen aan €24,29 bij AliExpress. (Juist dezelfde artikkelen, foto's etc) Wat dus de kwaliteit/wachtijd en heel het retourbeleid wel verantwoord. Ik had hier een bestelling geplaatst maar na het lezen van wat reviews hier, besloot ik te annuleren omdat het pakket ook nog niet verzonden was, ik annulereer en 20 min nadien krijg ik een mail dat mijn pakket inneens verzonden zou zijn, op een zaterdag om 8u in de morgen. Wright! Deze man regeld alles netjes via mail. Daar is geen fysieke winkel terwijl er in mailwissel gesproken word over 'een magazijn' en 'ons team', wel een adres (Rondeel 100) maar dat is een huis in een woonwijk in Klundert, noch een telefoonnummer. Bestel hier niet! 😉

De kwaliteit van de bankhoes is ondermaats. Na 2 x wassen zitten er pluisjes en haaltjes aan, ik heb het product 3 weken in gebruik. Ik heb Puur Comfort benaderd met foto's. Ondanks de vermelding op hun website met 30 dagen garantie kreeg ik 15% terug. ik heb spijt van mijn aankoop en ben ontevreden met de geboden oplossing.

ik heb op 4 juli een bestelling geplaatst . levering zou na 9 dagen zijn . tot nu is mijn bestelling nog steeds niet geleverd maar staat wel als geleverd op 26juli .Ik heb al gemaild maar krijg gewoon geen reactie .Ik vind dit ondermaats en zeer frustrerend .

Let op hier 😡 zogezegd Nederlands bedrijf … maar je retour moet op eigen kost naar China 😱 consument wordt hier gewoon bedonderd !!
