Is purpleheroes.com Legit?

I ordered this brooch on 22 February I have had no order confirmation and have heard absolutely nothingI have now taken this up with PayPal to get my money back I wish I had read the reviews before ordering so now I am at the conclusion this company are scammers DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I, like all the other reviewers ordered from Purple Heroes. It did not arrive on time nor did they ever respond to numerous emails. I too, wished I had read the reviews

This is a scam. Ordered one of the pins thinking I was helping local animal charities, turns out I was just lining the pockets of scumbags taking advantage of Remembrance Day. They don’t even deserve one star but there isn’t an option to leave none

Like all the other reviews on here for this company, the 2 I ordered arrived on the 16th November when ordered on the 3rd. Advertised as arriving in 3 to 5 days, so now remembrance Sunday is over. No box as advertised. I will never trust anything advertised on FB. I will contact PayPal as I have not got the full item as advertised as no box and it is not a Brooch again as advertised. Nit recycling packaging as in plastic bags.Totally false adveradvertising.

I really question this company and in my opinion is trading irregularly. The company trades through Horsetribute on facebook the messages received come from PurpleHeroes and the money is paid to Royal Brooches. On all of the websites there are no contact details ie company address phone number or mention of charities donated to ect and when you contact them you get no response. My items were ordered on the 30/10 and eventually arrived without boxes (as advertised) in plastic bags were actually pin badges and not brooches on the 13/11 after the event. Personally I would avoid this company at all costs especially if you think you are donating to charity as they give no proof just words.

I have just discovered these reviews and I am appalled and shocked. I ordered 2 brooches on 3 Nov and delivery in their advert said 3-5 days! It’s now the 24th. Evri notified me it was out for delivery on the 17th and then it disappeared with an apology for not being delivered. Since, I have been bouncing emails to both Evri and horsetribute.co.uk and still not received my goods. I’m 80 - how do I get my money back. Go to bank and ask for chargeback. Report them under the Consumer Rights Act or the police. I feel I have been scammed. Never buy anything advertised on Instagram!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews BEFORE I purchased 3 badges on November 1st , quote "super fast delivery" was looking forward to getting them before rememberance sunday (fail ! ) STILL not arrived apparently in transit. Shockingly bad customer service, found email address, emailed to complain but no reply will not be buying from these shysters again and advise anyone else to do the same, just hope the badges are better quality than their service. Should have known seeing as it was on Facebook. Update, received badges yesterday November 14th and as other reviewers have said NO presentation box as advertised on website, meant to be gifts so if they don't come with box's they should state that.

I had no confirmation of my order and money was taken out on the 2nd of November and my badge has not arrived. The order was the 1st November.I wanted it for remembrance day and it was to commemorate all who served including animals.It was advertised on facebook. Now the 10th November 2023.

Originally i thought it was s scam, I had contacted them twice and had no response. They took my money and I heard no more. Today I have received an email stating dispatch and date of delivery. So I have had to edit my previous post to a 4 star. If only they had confirmed receipt of order. I just hope my two pins arrive now.

I ordered what was described as a brooch, on 29th October and money was taken. After at least four emails, I finally received it today. It was not boxed, as is shown in their ad, and nor was it a brooch - it was two tie pins stuck on the back. It seems like a scam to take the most money before Remembrance Sunday. Who are purple heroes? Where are the items manufactured?

I wish i had read reviews too. Ordered 2 badges 2 weeks ago, and not delivered yet. They stopped responding to my mail, so I complained to paypal.Very annoyed to be honest and we will never deal with them again.

Placed an order on 24th October received no emails back after contacting the company about my purchase just took the money and I've not heard a thing since So all I'm thinking is this is a scam

This company/companies do not deserve any star rating, looks likely to be scammers predating on those wanting to commemorate Armistice day or purchase for Remembrance services...beware!I ordered a brooch and optional car sticker on 26 October 2023 from a Facebook page advert called horsetribute.co.uk which also links to purpleheroes.com.I sent a contact form query last Saturday 4th November 2023 as I had not received a dispatched email and I'd checked my spam, so that I could track my delivery. Their website states delivery within 1 - 5 days for UK. No reply received to date or any emails from them whatsoever.I've sent another email purpleheroes today requesting a refund as wanted the brooch for Armistice day and it has not been received nor has it dispatched as far as I am aware.They look likely to be scammers so beware. Brooches look beautiful which drew me in.Hope that Facebook or BBC can look into this as it looks like a number of people have not received their orders.Update my emails that I am sending to them today 11th November to their support and info email accounts at purple heroes keep saying "can't send" !Another update 22:00 11th November 2023:My order was finally delivered today after I'd written above. The packaging states it was posted on 3rd November 2023 so its been slow getting to me.If the company had kept me informed there would've been no need for me to write this review. They need to improve their customer service and maybe use a better courier company.

Scam.. I haved tried contacting them twice and also left a comment on their FB page.. I have heard and received nothing.... Scumbags.. I hope FB do something about this.

Received my pin badge. Placed order on 30th October it was delivered on 8th November.

I ordered and paid for 2 broaches which I have not received. It would have been nice to wear them today to honour our fallen heroes. Both my parents served in WW2 and it breaks me to think this is a scam.

Ordered pin badge over a month ago but haven't heard or received a thing. Tried to contact them twice but no reply. Definitely a scam!
