Very poor customer service. I ordered an advent calendar, which was said to be in stock at that moment, and delivery the week after. Now, it is said on thei site the product is not avaliable. If I am lucky, I will receive it too late (advent calendar should be ther before dec 1st). Opened a ticket, no answer. Chatbot ridiculousy inefficient. Avoid!!!!

The worst customer service ever!!!I wanted to send the adventcalender back, they sent me a QR Code but that Return Code doesnt work. So ive been calling them for over a week now to send me another return code so i can send the package in time.I even sent them emails but no one has responded yet.Then they also have the policy of returning the advent calender in 14 days time period.How am I supposed to send the calender back if the qr Code they sent me isnt working and they are not even bothering to send me another one or respond to any of my mails...Now I dont see why i should pay 169 Euros for something i dont wanna keep and its not like im delaying in sending it back...Such an headache!

Purelei's customer service is one of the worst I have ever witnessed. I ordered the advent calendar and received the wrong one. Okay that can happen, however Purelei does not give you the option to simply return this product and has not automated the process for this. Instead you need to get in touch with the support which does not answer you for TWO MONTHS!!! I am still waiting for them to respond to my query and I am losing my patience here.If I could give you one advice in life it would be, don't buy your jewelry here because returning it is virtually impossible.

The jewelry is stunningly beautiful and I am also very happy with their support. I had a defect on my necklace, so I just texted them and got a very quick answer. After I sent some pictures of it, they directly initiated the sending of a new necklace. I am really happy with the support and would shop there again. I love this brand. The jewelry is great quality and delivery has always been on time. I’ve bought 3 times from them now and have had a positive experience every time. I’ve also been wearing my anklet and ring every day since I bought them and they are still in perfect quality with no signs of tarnishing or discoloration which is great. I did have an issue with my most recent order but customer service were extremely helpful and quickly resolved it. Will definitely continue to shop with Purelei and can highly recommend.

I had an overall good and positive experience with purelei products and their team.One item on my order came with a defect and I was very plesantly surprised by how quick their costumer service replied to my comunication and took steps to resolve the issue: 5 business days later I had a substitute item delivered at my door.I can recommend this brand because even if their return policy is a bit intimidating if there is a problem with your order they will be very helpfull and ready to better your buying experience.As for their products I admit there are some issues: one of the three items I ordered was indeed faulty and the closures and links feel a bit fragile. When I went looking for how to return the letterbox package, I found out that this was not the case. It was not clear on the site how this was done, because usually you pay return tickets on the site and you receive a label in the mail. This was not the case. Googled how to do this, I found out that the return costs were very high, about 13 euros. And what a hassle.
