How heartless can management at Pura Cashmere be??? Horrible customer service. My wife inadvertently ordered 3 of the same items within 30 minutes of each other because she has Alzheimer’s Disease and Pura Cashmere charge a restocking fee for the returns—shame on you! This is a horrid disease affecting millions of Americans. The company should show some compassion and not look to profit from someone’s misfortune. SHAME ON YOU!

This is a gorgeous sweater and a gorgeous color (Loden). I love how long sleeves are and the boxy shape is exactly what I was looking for. It’s very soft and comfortable. Looks great with jeans or dressier pants. I gave four stars because I thought it was a little soon to have to start combing it for pills after three or four wears. *********Edited to add: this sweater has the most pilling ever. I bought a second before I realized that and really wish I hadn't… At the rate I'm combing pills off these things there won't anything left of them at the end of winter…. Reduced rating from 4 to 1 star.

BANKRUPT ? DONT trust this company. I paid for an expensive sweater, was notified it was shipped, and 3 days later they cancelled the shipment in progress because of a “ lack of stock” You will not find anyone to answer the phone

The sweater pills after only a 2 hour wearing. That is nonsense. Good cashmere doesn't pill like this. Sadly, the return policy states, 'no return if worn'! How can you know it pills if you don't wear it briefly. It's a 'return policy' that indicates Pure Cashmere knows it has a defective product. I'm in Colorado & wanted a warm comfy sweater for Winter wear. I thought this one for the money, would be a keeper. Two thumbs down.👎👎

The customer support was rude! The item I received was damaged (the zipper stuck both zipping and unzipping). I contacted the company and requested the return shipping and handling be waived. I received an email 2 days later saying the item was inspected and not damaged. I replied I mailed the sweater only 2 days ago and assume I received an automated response and they couldn’t have received and inspected the sweater yet. They replied back, they inspected the sweater and found no damage; that the return has been processed. I contacted them once again saying the zipper was damaged and would appreciate they refund the return shipping and handling. I never got a response. Though the company claims to have a good reputation for quality products, it lacks fair and responsive customer service. Reading other comments about the company, it seems they have issues with returned items and issuing full refunds.In response to Pura’s last message, that zipper was broken. Your claim that it wasn’t after 2 days from mailing in back left no time for it to be received or inspected

I placed a pre order and never received a receipt but I was billed. I wasnt sure if the company was legit. I received a response from customer service assuring me my product would ship on November 1st. I dont know why I didnt receive a receipt (I checked my spam folder) but I did receive confirmation that my order is in progress.

I absolutely love the three sweaters I bought from Pura. I returned the first order as I got the sizing wrong and reordered in another size. It's been awhile so I'm not sure if I spoke to someone on the phone or if it was by email. I do remember that the service was very personable and the exchange was seamless.Will certainly buy again. I ordered from Canada and no cross border hiccups

This year I decided to treat myself to a better quality sweater, and saw the beautiful sweater that apparently was the beginning for Pura. The first difference in your company was your welcoming email, after my purchase. You kept in touch, letting me know when to expect delivery. It arrived when you said it would, and I was thrilled to find it the perfect fit. Sizing for us "plus" women can be so difficult online. It is so beautifully soft, and I love the khaki colour. The turtleneck keeps my neck so warm without being close and binding, and I love tucking my chin inside that warmth. The sales price was too good to pass up, and the quality, plus service will make me a repeat customer. I've received many compliments, and know I will treasure my cashmere, thank you!

From the online ordering process to receipt of the product, it was seamless. Product was well packaged and delivery was quick. I ordered the funnel cotton sweater. Beautiful colour. The sweater is well made and fits well. If you are hesitant about buying from Pura, don’t be. The quality of their product is excellent.

I currently have five Pura sweaters. They are beautifully made and comfortable. Shipping is fast and well packaged.Customer service is responsive. When I accidentally ordered the wrong size, I emailed them and they fixed my error immediately.Love this company.

Bought a boyfriend type cashmere sweater and was worried that it would be too "oversized." I like slim fitting close as I'm tall with a truly long and slim torso. I was really concerned when I took it out of the bag as it was huge, (size S). When I put it on, I was pleasantly surprised by the cut, it was super tailored and looked great on. The quality was top shelf, tailored and still slimming. I love the sweater and will be a recurring customer, absolutely!

I've been a fan of this style clothing for some time and have purchased through another popular site. I have to say I like the Pura sweaters much better. The others are too oversized and not a good fit - at least not for my body (5'2 - 120 LBS.) These are loose as they should be but not overly and really good quality both the cotton & the cashmere. Definitely will be a customer for life!

I ordered the fisherman cotton sweater in white. Love it!Perfect for Florida winters and chilly summer evenings in the north. Great quality and excellent customer service. Buy it — you won’t be disappointed!

Although I have not seen the physical product, the recipient of the product says she loves it. The experience of finding it, choosing one, paying for it and having it delivered to my best friend went very smoothly. Overall, purchasing online with Puracashmere has been a great experience!

I just bought my fourth and fifth gorgeous sweaters from Pura. They are my absolute favorite! The cashmere is so soft and warm and the sweaters are so good looking! And the colors so wonderful. I can’t wait to see what’s on for next season!

The sweaters are amazing, I ordered two and love them. They fit well and are of good quality and their prices are reasonable. I only give 4 stars out of five because they do not pay for the return from Canada. I had to return a sweater because of size. Otherwise, service and products are great

Purchased the Half ribbed Turtle neck sweater in Khaki and I absolutely love it! I'm 5ft 5 inches and weigh 115 lbs and this sweater fits in size XS perfectly. Covers the crotch and booty and feels lovely. The neck is a little scratchy, but nothing terrible. Great quality for the price.

Stay away from this company. My sweater was mailed to a cvs store 10 miles away. I didn't like the sweater and they charged me over $14. for a restocking fee.

Hello- I love my sweater. It was rainy and windy outside today so I wanted a sweater to cozy into. I will most likely order another in a different color.
