Is prya.co.uk Legit?

The navigating, shopping and ordering on their website was so easy, they gave me good updates on the process of my order and the product itself looks and feels top quality. I loved my necklace so much I went straight back online and ordered one for my daughter as a Christmas present. I would highly recommend these products.

I ordered the name bracelet with my Birthstone, I followed the progress of it being made with the notifications I was receiving by email.I had notification that it had been dispatched, but after 2 weeks it never arrived.I contacted the customer services and explained I hadn't received my order, they were amazing! Apologised, looked into why it was lost, offered me a refund or to have the item made again.I really wanted the bracelet, so opted for it to be made again.I received it today and I'm thrilled with it, its elegant, good quality, and looks lovely.The staff at Prya are so lovely and professional, and their customer service is top notch!! Well done all at Prya I would definitely recommend your products.

Even thought I waited a little but for my package they were worth it. Rings are beautiful. Customer service aee friendly and helpful. I will order more from here in the future.

I ordered a bracelet from here and it was absolutely gorgeous . It came within the delivery time even a bit early and its much more beautiful than i could have thought and im definately going to purchase from here again because you definately get what you pay for

Takes a while to be delivered but understandable due to personalisation. At first glance I was pleased . not sure if design flaw or just an error with mine , the chain doesn't sit straight. I feel like I'm constantly checking / turning it over so it sits properly . Probably not worth the money , still cute though.

I had great expectations for this company, but unfortunately, my experience was far from great. I ordered a custom bar necklace that I wanted to wear for an event. Unfortunately, not only did the necklace arrive late, but it also had a completely different name on it....Max (requested my initials)..who's Max? I guess Max is still waiting for their order. I emailed them a picture of the bar necklace and asked for a return QR code. I didn't receive the QR code and requested it again. I eventually received the QR code; however, unbeknownst to me, the QR code EXPIRED ON THE SAME DAY IT WAS SENT, which I only discovered on the day I went to the post office. I then asked them to please resend a QR code....total radio silence. I followed up with another email, and again, they did not reply. So I have now gone to my bank to get my money back. I will never order from this company again....very unprofessional, and attention to detail is non-existent. I have all the emails to prove to my bank that I have tried to return the item, so I will get my money back. If they do reply to this by stating something different, this is the true version of events.

Beautiful website which show the jewellery in their true form but guess what? They look better in reality. It's really easy to place an order and delivery is swift. I have ordered from them twice and you'll still find me lurking around on their site for my next find. Buy your PRYA now!

I always shop with Prya and will never regret it, the jewellery is amazing and is great for holidays. I have worn my pieces in the shower, sea and pool and they are still as good as new. The customer service team are also so very friendly and helpful and I couldn’t thank them enough for all of their help.I hope this company thrive and continue to grow. Very pleased with the service I have received from PRYA I ordered my daughter’s necklace and didn’t read all the information my own fault so her necklace was going to arrive after her birthday. I emailed customer service and spoke to Sharon who we was very compassionate, helpful, kind and caring. Very professional she kindly advised me they would try there best and that was enough for me. Fast forward her item has been dispatched and will be here for her birthday. I didn’t expect this because the fault was on my part but they have gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the full team at PRYA I will be ordering again very soon. Such affordable pieces of jewellery as well which makes it even better. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I received a bracelet from Prya as a gift, with my daughter’s name on it, and I’m extremely disappointed. The writing looks cheap and not at all what I expected from a jewellery brand. When I reached out to their customer service, they refused to fix or replace it and wouldn’t offer any refund either, which is frustrating.The bracelet itself feels like it’s made from poor-quality materials – it’s lightweight, easily breakable, and the shine seems to be just painted on to make it look better than it really is. Even the packaging was underwhelming – it looked flimsy and cheap, far from what you’d expect when receiving jewellery as a gift.I can’t bring myself to throw it away because it was a thoughtful present, but I won’t be wearing it either because of how poorly made it is. I honestly don’t understand how this brand gets so many 5-star reviews – it seems suspicious. Sadly, you can’t even post a review on their website, which is really telling. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere! Update: You’ve requested a reference number but as I said it was a gift so obviously I don’t have the reference number.

Great communication throughout the process of this necklace being created. My daughter loved it and it was very special having a personalized word on it. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants something extra special and unique as a gift or for themselves. It actually brought tears to her eyes when she opened it. I've always ordered from PRYA and you can not fault the amazing customer service. However, recently their rings lack the quality as before, one of my rings was missing a gem, and they've kindly sent me a new one, but the gem fell of as well, as well as the rings started staining my hands green and losing colour from gold to silver, which isn't what I remember as I thought they used to be tarnish-proof.Update: The company has kindly contacted me and refunded me the whole order so quickly I’m amazed. Great speedy customer service and I’m sure was just a hiccup with these pieces. I’ll continue to order again.
