I tried contacting their support multiple times, but they either ignored my messages or gave excuses without resolving the issue. It feels like they have no intention of helping their customers.

I don't recommend this company. They sent me IPs that didn't work. The support team tested and confirmed that the IPs weren't working. After I asked for IPs from a certain subnet, they made me wait 40 minutes, gave me completely different IPs, and then deleted the chat. However, I have proof I took screenshots.

I will say this - not all proxies are suitable and immediately the result disappointed me.But I'm glad I contacted support and they helped me with a replacement, and now it's much better.
