While some are self-explanatory concerning prouds.com.au, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between prouds.com.au and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of prouds.com.au. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of prouds.com.au, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. prouds.com.au is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. I made a call to Prouds in my area after viewing a pendant online.Although they did not have it in stock the lady I spoke with was very helpful by looking up a store that did.I then called and had the item set aside. In store service was fantastic. The gentleman who helped me had amazing sales etiquette and was pleasantly helpful.Prouds at Booval has wonderful staff.I will be returning in the future.
Purchased an expensive piece of white gold jewellery (braclet) needed it to be altered and length added. Told I would need to purchase a chain that would be used to add length. Sales woman proceed to show me silver chains. I pointed out it is white gold. She questioned that until provided the receipt. However no white gold chains matched the thickness of the braclet. I asked for a refund and was told I could only do an exchange. However there was no other suitable white gold braclets in store. They can not give a solution to have the braclet lengthened as they don't have a necklace to purchase to complete the alterations. Still could not give a refund of the $600. There suggestion was take it to an independent jeweller to alter. Exceptionally poor service.
This Jewellers is great i bought some earrings from here and they have not broken of rusted for 1 year i also have two necklaces and they are so pretty and light
I bought something online, it arrived and it’s great, they don’t put anything on the packaging to indicate its jewellery, it doesn’t say it comes from Prouds the jewellers, I did not buy anything expensive cause I was worried about it being taken but they delivered it to my door, got my signature and now I’ll definitely buy online again. And I’ve never had any issues with prouds jewellery, great shop.
We were ðealt with ɓy Coby at Ľivingston and the service was excellent, couldn't have been better. Cobÿ was polite, courteous and knew the products.
Prouds in Belmont WA give good service and have lovely items. I love their silver jewellery. The Prouds store in the Morley Galleria, well their service stinks. The woman tried to sell me a ring that was just too tight for me. When I didn't buy the ring, she turned really horrible, so unprofessional. She wouldn't even call another Prouds store to see if they have it in my size. She said I'll have to do that myself. I rang them myself, but she still wouldn't speak to them. She is a very lazy, rude cow who doesn't deserve her pay nor her job. I'll never go back there again. This tallish foreign woman from England has NO retail training and should never work in retail serving customers.
i myself and husband had no bad experience with Prouds the staff were kind and helpful they knew what they were on about and when they relised i knew what i was talking about and no mucking around they stuck with honest down to earth service even if i hadnt known anything they still had exceptional service from them.
It started off bad with our purchase but prouds wasnt the issue watch had to be sent over east for new battery seiko barely helped us and knowing i was so displeased with the wait still really had no care factor but Susan from prouds was amazing stayed in contact the whole way through and apologising the entire time and then after receiving watch back still touching base with me thankyou Susan and prouds xx
Bad quility, Gold quility is not trust worthy as they don't take back their own gold (usually all jewellery shops buy/take back atleast their own gold product). I have bought a pair of ear ring last week and I lost one ring very first day I wear them. So I took it back to Prouds Parramatta shop today I thought they will at least exchange that one ring I have and will charge me a reasonable amount for a new set , instead they refused to take that ring (first time in my life I've seen a jewellery shop refusing to take their own gold, it's it clear from this that their gold quility must be very poor, otherwise, why would they refuse!!) .. I will never buy anything from Prouds and will request everyone to think twice before you buy anything from them.
Bad customer service, the sales assistant was very nice and eager to help, it was manager that lacked manners and even disgruntled while advising the nice assistant when a customer asked a question over the phone. They bring up the most ridiculous excuses on why their products fall apart or change colour, like did you use perfume, or you should air your gold and not leave in the the jewellery box it came in. Very bad quality products
Terrible product! Received a rose gold wide band ring for Christmas from my partner and it dinted and scratched within hours. It also left my finger with terrible dermatitis from the moisture underneath due to a weird lip on the inner rims of the ring. Tried to get it exchange for another ring but was told it was not damage cause by faulty product but by me. Will not be buying anything else from Prouds. Very very disappointing.
Have purchased from prouds many times but this time EPPING Vic store changed all that. Extremely incompetent in their work ethic a recent purchase for 2 rings was fraught with errors. Their manager is extremely rude and I had issues carrying on over 4 months. Would definitely advise to stay away from there at all costs.
Bought an online chain for my daughter SOLID 9CT GOLD, 50CM OVAL CURB CHAIN which in the photo appeared to be approximately 3mm thick. The actual image displayed on my computer screen with a standard 1920x1080 screen resolution was a 1.0cm width displaying a very decent quality chain. The chain in actual fact is 1mm thickness. It was a shocking surprise to say the least. The image has been severely magnified to show a high quality decent thick chain. And what arrives in the mail is something you could accidently snap whilst trying to put it on.What is worse, $164!! for the smallest flimsiest chain ever. What a rip off. Disappointed in you Prouds for your deceptive approach to online sales.
They won't give a refund! Husband went to check yesterday and they said OK, but that staff member wasn't there today and the other two so called assistants said no! Brand new watch all still in package & with receipt
Greedy for sales rather than helping a loyal customer by advising up coming sales and giving an option to purchase or wait a week and this was by a store manager. Why i'm writing this is because I asked is there any store sales coming up in the next week or so, I was advised NO then I find out the item went on sale 50 percent off a week later. Not happy at all, very disappointed.
Bought a ring worth $6000. Their sales girl committed a certificate for diamond authentication. They were nice until they sold it and after that their behaviour changed. The manager called and was very rude. She also told me that I will have to pay for the diamond authentication certificate. If you are spending your hard earned $6000, please go to a proper diamond jeweller. I will sue them if I can.
This is the WORST jewellery EVER!! They promised warranty that’s is a scam! Unfortunately my husband trust this people to get me my engagement ring and the size is no right, so I went to the maroubra shop and the manager told my they won’t change the size because they only reduce 2 sizes no more than that! And I cannot exchange for anything.... THANK YOU FOR DESTROY MY SPECIAL MOMENT!
Prouds at Morayfield, manager was rude and would not supply my diamond ring I had purchased for my wife, that I had paid for.My wife got it resized, and we were both in the store. I paid for the resizing, but the worker took down my wife's details.Despite having the same surname, and address, the manager, who knew I had purchased the ring, refused to hand over what is rightfully mine. Prouds management was not interested in providing an acceptable solution, except that my wife can collect it at her convenience....we live 1/2 hour away and now have to go out of our convenience to collect a ring that I own...Prouds will take your money, but will not value your custom....
Beware of buying certain jewelry from this shop. Earrings fall apart and watches rust
Poor quality jewellery even if you spend upwards of $5000 on a single item. All jewellery stores owned by the JAMES PASCOE GROUP of New Zealand are exactly the same. Do not purchase from ANY of these businesses.

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
