HY9332 Valved FFP3 (99% Filter Protection) We bought several to use in heavily air polluted India. They were useless. The masks did not filter out the air pollutants which could be easily smelt and tasted when wearing the masks. Shockingly poor. Returned with a severe chest infection.

Matt very knowledgeable and when informed of our requirements gave best advice on most economical option.First class response and would highly recommend.

Very comfortable, but a little on the big side for my face

For an upcoming visit to Germany, I need FFP3 masks to wear on public transportation (in October, 2022). In north England, only a few pharmacy chains carry these masks, none near where I was, so I went online. Protective Masks Direct promised delivery in 3-5 days, but the masks were at the door next day! Fair price, too.

I bought a Pureflow Purelite Xstream for a job cleaning a burnt out building. The respirator performed extremely well until it developed a fault after about three months.I contacted protective masks on Friday and they had a replacement to me by the following Monday Although the problem was Inconvenient I must say the service I received was exemplary The respirator had performed extremely well up to the point of the fault, it is comfortable and dealt with a very dusty environment for hours with no problems.I have a beard and wear glasses, so in my opinion this type of respirator is ideal for me as normal respirators don’t seal well and eye protection from dust does not work. Although my experience was blighted I would not hesitate in recommending this product.

When I placed my order there was immediate e-mail confirmation, followed by text messages tracking my purchase and giving a named driver, delivery date and time for the next day. Most impressive. There were options for places to leave the goods should I be out at the delivery time, which I did, this was also speedily acknowledged. The HY9930 FFP3 masks are easy to fit to the face. Breathing through the filter is easy, and they are comfortable to wear for many hours at a time. The non-valved design makes them suitable for infection control. As masks go, these are nice-looking, inconspicuous masks. Delivery (to Brighton) was fast - might take longer to more isolated locations.

The products supplied are great and comfortable to wear and the delivery was next day, with an email sent on the day letting you know an hour time slot your product will be delivered. Masks look quality , nicely packaged , sadly i think they are going to make a return as compulsory in some areas , so nice to know that you are prepared with these bad boys.

Great mask, so comfortable and easy to breathe I forgot I had it on. Usually I can't wait to remove a mask and feel unable to communicate through it. But not this mask.

The only drawback in the whole process is the lack of detail from the manufacturer as to how the mask and filters should be set up. However, the product and service were great, with simple buying process and quick delivery

I normally shop here for masks and filter cartridges because of the comprehensive stock, reasonable prices and quick delivery. Everything so far has had a long expiry date which is not always the case with other suppliers.

I have had to adapt to these masks as they are different to the ones I usually use. Now I am getting used to the way the mask opens up and fits round my face I am pleased. The process of ordering and the delivery was efficient, thank you!
