Is proswimwear.co.uk Legit?

Excellent response to a query about an issue with a Speedo race suit purchased from Proswimwear. Helpful and friendly on the phone and asked me to send photos of the issues. After that I was kept informed at every stage of the process, and the end outcome was very fair and positive. Have never had an issue with a suit before and am really impressed and reassured by how Proswimwear dealt with it. Ivy was an excellent customer service advisor! Will definitely buy from Proswimwear again - highly recommend.

I had trouble using a promo code. The code was not accepted upon checkout despite the promotion was on-going. Contacted Customer Service and they were prompt in their reply. Subsequently, there was another promotion that gave me the same discount as the previous promo. The new promo code went through and I made my purchase. The CS followed through my enquiry until the case was closed. Appreciate their good service.

Purchased Finis Smart Goggles, and the brand new goggles had a big fingerprint on the lens and the charge cable was absent. Customer service asked for some photos of what I received and the condition of the packaging. 24 hours later I had a charging cable along with several apologies, which I felt were very sincere. I am very happy with their customer service and also with the product.

Very prompt and positive response to a complaint about a fault that developed in a pair of competition jammers. The situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction within two days and I was kept informed by email at every stage.

This company is the only source I could find for a particular color combination of Aquasphere 2 swim mask (green/smoke). So it was worth it to me to pay the shipping charge. Delivery from England to US took 3 and a half weeks. When I emailed customer service to inquire when to expect delivery, Ivy responded immediately. The mask is perfect.

Item was dispatched few hours after placing order and delivered 2 days after which is really unusual for anything to be delivered to Isle of Man so quickly. So if you want quick service this on line shop is to go for!!!

Brilliant customer service. New speedo swim suit had a stitch coming undone and they have said they will send a replacement ASAP.

Just made my first purchase and it was a great experience. Products I wanted were on sale already so the prices were good. Then I got a 10% discount for my first order and an additional 10% off with a promo code.Furthermore, I got an e-mail, let me check real quick, 66 minutes after the Order Confirmation email telling me the order had been dispatched. Pretty cool job.Just need to get the products. EDIT : DELIVERED BY 1pm NEXT DAY and I did not pay for next day. Thanks!!

I was very impressed with the customer service. I made a mistake with an address and the items were repatriated to the wharehouse and sent out again to be correctly delivered

Excellent Support Team - when you can reach them. A suit we purchased had manufacturing issues and split on the seam on the first wear. Initially we had issues contacting support but I would advise using the support helpdesk rather than the info@ email. Once engaged, the support team were excellent. Replaced the suit, sorted postage and... the second suit also failed but a refund and discount were issued the same day I raised it with them,Cannot fault the store for the suits they are supplied so am judging them on their resolution which was excellent.

Terrible Customer ServiceA return policy that’s not fit for purposeA postal option both sending and returning requires you to take out a second mortgage!I purchased a swimsuit which was too large - have had same make previously and no issues.Had to return, and it cost me to do so.Posted back immediately, with 48 guarantee and it was received as Royal Mail confirmed. 14 days later I still do not have my refund.Customer services advising it takes 14 days to refund from when “they decide” you are entitled to a refund.As other customers have said, the low prices are a gimmick when postage costs you over £10. Pay the extra and use alternative websites for superior customer experience. No amount of money can pay you for the time it takes to pursue this company.Customer service is terrible.

They have charged me £4.95 for me to go and drop the returned item off at a 24/7 inpost centre at my local station... I will not be purchasing from them again.Update - 6th April 2024 after PROSWIMWEAR reply:Yes, it appears there are other options that are £3 until I tried to pursue that option your website said it wasn’t available in my area! So know I have no choice but to pay £4.95.You’ve also completely missed the point … having to pay to return is the deal breaker.Your competitors don’t charge and that is where I will shop in future.

I purchased a Speedo LZR race suit for my daughter in July 23’ as it was on special and put it away for her to use at the Australian Championships in April 24. This is the only suit my daughter races in so she was used to how it should fit and feel. Two days before the event she got them out to try on and noticed that there appeared to be faulty material around the legs and the suit was not fitting, even though it was her usual size. I sent photos to ProSwimmer showing them my concerns and without any questions they promptly sorted the problem and sent out a replacement suit acknowledging that the suit was faulty. I believe that ProSwimmer went above and beyond to help solve my problem and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I never leave reviews but praise where praise due! I recently purchased a race suit. At the first gala it ripped at the seam (manufacturing defect). I sent a email describing the issue and it was dealt with immediately I now have a new race suit in the post within seven days. Delighted with the customer service
