Is prosourcetaxliens.com Legit?

I paid for the additional coaching and access to hand picked liens by an advisor. Everything started well the first couple times, but it seems like they may now be out of business. I've emailed my previous rep and the support email multiple times and have not received a response. Their phone number is never answered and calls are never returned. Very disappointing to pay so much money and they drop off the face of the earth. My assumption is they are out of business.

This has been an informative experience so far! Ryan makes learning these new concepts fun and easy and puts us in the driver seat by asking us the right questions, ones that force you to put what we're learning into action. He ensures we understand each topic before moving to the next, accurately answers all of my team's questions, and has made us feel comfortable knowing we've chosen the right team to invest with. I am excited that there is company who walks you through how to make money through various avenues of real estate investing. I definitely respect how the company tells you up front what their fees are so you can focus on the presentation. I’ve tried different approaches on my own and none of them have worked out well. I’m looking forward to working with Pro Source Tax Lien!

I am very grateful to have met the members and staff of ProSource Tax Liens. I've taken several training classes from them. As a result have been totally surprised and astounded by all that they have taught me. What they have said matches what I know from my Economics degree. Their three is basically a four-year Economics degree compressed into three days. Where else can you get someone to train you, and then offer you to make money using what they know without requiring you to quit your current job? It's been a wonderful learning experience and I'm looking forward to being very successful.

My husband and I attended the initial training, the three day seminar, and now upgraded to the Advanced training. They have worked with our individual goals. Their team checked in with us and assisted us throughout the initial process while assuring us of ongoing support. When we purchase our first lien or deed they will help us review our decision in order to avoid unforeseen obstacles. At this point we have learned a great deal and feel they are trustworthy. I'm excited to see how our investments will go. I hope to share this with my children one day so they can learn to build and invest at a much earlier age than myself.

Everyone I’ve encountered at ProSource has been positive, down to earth yet professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and very patient and generous. You can tell they just “get it.” My Coach Karl Benson is fantastic. To be able to pick his brain weekly and discuss what I want to is invaluable. His patience and willingness to share his own experiences and resources is far more than I expected. I had the privilege of speaking with Derek as well and it’s the same story. This company, these people - are over qualified to help you reach your dreams and goals, and their attitudes make you feel just as valuable as they are. Top notch. I got this one right!

The presentation was pretty straight forward information on the basics of tax liens. What I liked most is that unlike other seminars or courses, this event did NOT revolve around any type of marketing for other courses or advanced seminars. Every minutes of this event was worth it in my opinion.

100% ripped off.Their "support representatives" are non-existent or leave the employment before anything transpires.Cost me money, lost money, paid fees all of the way along over the past 2 years. Am now stuck with property that I cannot sell for 4 years without paying substantial fees.Run - do not invest here. Upfront acquisition and title clearance fees are explained as appropriate and then becomes a total money dump.I'll be leading a class action lawsuit. As a newbie in the real estate business. I learned a lot valuable information during the 3 day training. ProSource does an excellent job with presenting information and making sure those who invested are getting quality. After the training i was contacted by Jantzen who helped guide on me the next steps i should take and helping me develop strategies and a plan for my goals!

Jay did an exceptional job explaining the class on Tan Leins. What I enjoyed the most is he actually showed everyone using real time not pictures. Most places only show pictures like Jay stated. But he likes showing teal time because it means a whole lot more to the people in the class today. If it had been possible I would have loved to attend the 3-day workshop to have learned more. However, he gave me more worth opportunities to do on my own until I can come to a 3-day workshow.Thanks Jay!

I came across ProSource Tax Liens by divine intervention as I was looking for a vehicle to guide me to my retirement. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. I like that the cost of weekend workshops was talked about in the beginning of the introductory workshop, rather than waiting till the end, and pretending everything was free. I am sure the actual workshops have tons of great information, considering the two hours were filled with good stuff. Even if one does nothing with this information, knowledge in different fields is usually a plus.

Jay was great. Great presentation, informative, personable and with great examples. I came with a little bit of skeptcism waiting to hear the price tag. Jay did such a great job of explaining the value, that when I did hear the price, I instantly saw the value and signed up. I was at that point well informed and left to make my oemwn decision and not pressured into anything. I am really excited to get started beginning of August! See you there!

Excellent excellent excellent!!!! Great detail and in depth explanation with passion to help others grown in success. All this just within the free part of the seminar is what drove me to sign up right way ready to begin this journey to success. Especially to be 21 I feel like this will be the start of a great path.

My Tax Lien specialist answered all my questions. He explained in detail options that I can approach to make this decision to go with pro source tax lien. This will be an avenue to take control of my retirement.

Jantzen has done an excellent job of explaining what client development would involve. He was very transparent as far as my finances go and made sure I understood what i would be getting into. I also provided me with the needed resources.

It was a great introductory lecture. It gives you enough information on what the premise is and why it is worth getting on board. The lecturer kept the attention of the class, gave a lot of examples and included personal stories which is always helpful.

The experiences this weekend were exhilarating ! Each strategy was explained in a pr/con way, which I appreciated. Normally to prove a point everything is presented in a slanted way. With both sides explained, I could make up my own mind
