proshop.at Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives proshop.at a fairly low score on the platform: 20. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Suspicious. Unsafe. Doubtful.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 20 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to proshop.at's industry. The algorithm detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Suspicious. Unsafe. Doubtful. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning proshop.at, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between proshop.at and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of proshop.at. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of proshop.at, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. proshop.at is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether proshop.at has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether proshop.at boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, proshop.at.

Online Reviews of proshop.at

  • Score: 4.5
So far I have bought several items from ProShop and have zero complaints…they always deliver on time…everything is neatly and securely packaged…I also find their pricing to be extremely competitive…you’re my number one place for PC parts…keep up the great work!
Speedy delivery and perfect conditions of the package
The package was shipped next day at 9 am, just would like to mention tracking number, as it was not available on Austrian DPD site, until it has arrived in Germany, just on Denmark Post site, postnord.dk . It could be beneficial to communicate that to the customers in email, I was not confused as I have already read about it in other reviews. Other than that, so far I can confirm good reviews. It was nice touch to send CPU installation video, if you purchase motherboard.
Have no complains with the order process. The status of shipment is kept updated. For products that are out of stock, the delivery dates do not deviate much from what is mentioned in the website. More or less, satisfied with their service and will consider them again for future purchases.
It has been 5 days since I ordered. They sent me a shipping number via DPD, but DPD says there is no such shipping number even though it has been 3 days since they sent me the shipping number. I have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered. Huge disappointment. Pay a few Euros more but buy products from a store based in Austria. Proshop is most probably sending products from Germany and DPD is always a mess...Update: I received the packages without any problem. The package was sent from Denmark to Austria, and with DPD... That's probably why it was too late. I still recommend ordering from a company based in AT which is more environmentally friendly and can be delivered faster.
ProShop has been absolutely fantastic to work with…I have ordered quite a few items from them…the products are always well packaged, always on time and extremely well priced…I will be ordering from them a few more times for sure!
Good price and good items
good price, fast delivery.the only problem was DPD... i was tracking the package and the delivery man was on my street when decided he doesn't feel like bringing a 13kg pack to my door and just left it to a pickup place 3 streets away from me.
Packet came from Denmark, as it was said already, but came without any problems.Even though what i bought was an old model of the LCD BacPac for the gopro hero2, it was in very good conditions.
rams I bought came opened. the metal housing is like 1 mm opened but it is straight. So i did manage to plug it in to my motherboard. Since I do not have all the parts, I haven’t completed my build. They may not work at all, they may work without any issue. But according to the package that it came in, it is clear that it cannot be done via transport. It is put on purpose, the package of the ram is fully open from the bottom. As soon as I receive, when trying to get it out from the box, one of the ram was almost fell down (thanks to my reflexes, I catched it in mid air). I have the photos and such, but I do not want to return them without trying because I do not want to wait for 3 weeks, I just want to play games. I wish everyone does their job so well. Especially with these delicate electronic parts. My first online shopping after moving to Austria. Very great experience so far!!!
All good, delivered properly and in time.I strongly recommend!
Delivery ok, I can recommend this shop.
Professional handling of the order and shipping in time.
I have purchased several Fibaro home automation products from Proshop in recent years. Proshop carries most of the Fibaro products at competitive prices, and usually ships them within days. The only downside in my opinion is the use of DPD as courier service: I have found DPD slower and less reliable than DHL, the national postal services in Germany or Austria, not to mention the Amazon delivery services.
Seamless experience. Delivery in predefined timeframe. Recommended
English: I always build my PCs on my own and it was time for an upgrade so i decided to try proshop.I ordered multiple parts, one of which was a motherboard. After installing it (which i had done many times already) i sadly had to find out that it was not working. I sent it back to them and told them it wasnt working. A few days later i got an email claiming i broke the board and they wont accept it as a warranty case. Many calls and emails explaining the situation later and they still remain on their opinion that i broke it. I know that i installed everything properly and did not handle anything without proper care, also the photos they sent me shows minimal damage that looks perfectly like a factory error and would be very hard to by installing it as you would have done more damage would you have not installed it properly. Im baffled how delusional it is to remain on such a position when the legal position is very clear that the warranty is 100% covering these issues. Also its a motherboard that is known online for factory issues.I know have to take legal actions to get my money back. Its a sad thing they are trying to rip customers off in such a way. Be very aware!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
