Quoted me one price of $800 to ship car, then knowing i had to have it shipped that day said they had no one to pick up car. Then called me and said they tried real hard and found someone but the price is now $1,200. Classic bait and switch

On the day that my car was to be picked up, the agent texted me and said that the driver couldn’t pick it up and then proceeded to tell me that the price would be 3 times higher than the contract price. Never trust foreign speaking people who use American names. Would never use them for anything!!!🤬🤬🤬

Steven has been very responsive during the entire process. The pricing quoted and the actual price charged by the drivers on the day of actual pickup will definitely vary so please be aware and prepared for that. Steven worked with me and got me the best possible price match. The car arrived on the delivery day as promised which was a great plus. I would recommend Proship Auto to others.

Pleased overall with the service. Eric was excellent at following up. Total price was fair but ended up being more than originally quoted. Contracted driver did not speak English or Spanish, but very friendly. He should have had access to a translator via phone so communication at point of delivery would have been better. Overall, my car arrived promptly as scheduled (actually early) and driver notified me at time of departure and ahead of his arrival. Car was transported in a covered trailer and arrived in perfect condition. No surprises, no nonsense around arrival times or other issues. Would be 5 star review if not for initial pricing estimate being much lower than actual cost. Price was still fair and lower than other quotes.

I have been trying to get my Honda Ridgeline transported from IAAI in New Jersey to Pennsylvania but the price was expensive and with delays. Fortunately, Charles of ProShip Auto came to my rescue. He was extremely helpful throughout the process of picking up the vehicle from IAAI and to my location at a reasonable cost. No extra cost was added to the agreed amount. I discussed with Charles late in the afternoon on 4/22/24 and to my surprise, the my truck was delivered the next day 11:20 AM with no issues. Thank you Charles. First, they take a CCRD assuming you are paying for the entire cost. No mention on the contract that you need to pay the driver cash upon delivery.Then for the deposit they changed me sales tax for a tax exempt service.Communication was not as told. Driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before pick up. Not done he called when he got to the pu spot.Terrible company to work with.

The great thing about this company is that they are willing to do as you ask of them to do. They are willing to wait till your car are on the driver transportation truck and then you will pay them the deposits. Once the driver gets to your drop off address then you will give him the rest of the money. That's what I like about the driver and this company. My car got to me in good condition. Jason, is the guy helped me through. He is very pilot, respectful, and negotiable.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, do not ever use this company they lost my vehicle. It has been stolen from the shipper that they hired to transport it there of zero help zero service it is the worst experience ever and I have shipped many cars and have never not had it show up I had filed two police reports with two different states and this is becoming a nightmare, and it was all from their company Update. they have done nothing to file a claim or use their insurance to help. matter of fact they misrepresented the truth to American Express which i have proof of and now Amex has reopened the claim. i have filed against their insurance and see where that gets me DONT USE THEM !!!!!!!
