I bought 3 Complete tests because I saw the good reviews online and thought they could help, but boy was that a bad idea. I tested exactly like their instructions advised but for 2 mths they never showed a pdg rise all month. Month 3 I got bloods done too and my pdg was completely normal. Stressed for no reason. And guess what? I'm pregnant!!!!!!! Very disappointed to waste my time, energy and money like this. Their tests were not reflective of my hormones. Do I recommend? Nope. See you doctor instead and a gyno, they will help you

The FSH test was not accurate. The Proov test told me my FSH looked fine, but a blood test revealed that they are actually on the high side.Waste of money

I received faulty tests from them. I emailed them and asked for help. They kept telling me I was wrong in every single aspect and not helping me at all. I asked them to send me just 2 tests from a different batch so I could compare against the tests I think are faulty. I said I would pay for them and the postage but they would not send them to me and refused to help. They removed my post on their forum where I asked about my issue with their test and the reason why they removed it was "rude to staff". I was not rude to staff, I asked them why they did not sign an email with their name - which was rude from them.If you have a problem, this company will 100% NOT help you. They have all the power and they use that power to screw you over. PROOVTest CEO is aggressive and rude and awful. The CEO also gave me unasked for and inappropriate medical advice when she knows nothing about my medical situation. That's really unethical and actually illegal. They cannot claim their tests are 100% infallible as that is simply not possible. I will be taking this further. I am sure the FDA and other complaint mechanisms will take a dim view of them (a) censoring me (b) not assisting me (c) claiming their tests are 100% successful

“The tests didn't work”
I bought reserve tests to check my eggs and they showed really high FSH every time I did the tests over 3 months. Stressed and upset me so much, you have no idea... so I went to my doc who did blood test and my FSH is completely normal and healthy, nothing like the tests showed. Goodness, I was so glad. And now I'm 4 months pregnant. Yay. These tests told me wrong information and I'm so glad I went to my doctor.

“Expensive, faulty tests and CEO is rudeness personified”
I purchased 2x Complete tests on 24 November 2023 from the Proov website, costing $243. These tests are faulty as they are giving me the same result for one of the values no matter which time of the day or night I test and that is not possible. When I contacted Proov support they basically told me I was wrong in every way and they (I think the CEO) most recently wrote an email without signing off their name so I don't know who wrote it and I am already upset and distressed about this interaction and that upset me more. I told them that was rude. But I still asked them to send me 2 strips so I could compare against the tests I have to confirm they are faulty. I said I would pay for the 2 strips and postage. They never replied and instead did the below. I then posted a comment on their Facebook forum asking for help and they deleted it today stating "rude to admin". So they have the power and are exerting it to punish me for asking for help when they have been the ones who have been rude. Also Amy the CEO was giving me unasked for and inappropriate medical advice which was wrong by the way. Now I just want a refund. They won't help me. They are trying to claim their tests are 100% accurate which isn't possible and they are exerting their power preventing me from asking for help on their forum from others. I have no other recourse than to make these complaints because their CEO is arrogant, rude and unhelpful and punishing me for making a complaint. They do not want me to show that their tests are faulty, so they won't do anything to help me. And it's the CEO who won't do it and that is a terrible way to treat paying customers. These aren't the only tests I have purchased. I purchased 4 other Complete tests about 7-8 months ago and recently purchased more tests from Amazon (2x reserve tests at full price), plus supplements (2x of each different type), so I have spent quite a bit of money with them and this is how they treat me! Appalling. Tip for consumers:Don't waste your money on their products. See your fertility specialist or even just your doctor. They're censoring 1 star reviews on other review sites, so you know their products are not great when they are trying to stop people from telling the truth
