From the start Proovia Couriers kept me up to date with the delivery date and time slot. They even sent me a map of my location for me to check with the opportunity to provide a message for the driver. On the day, the van was ahead of schedule and I was contacted well in advance to confirm I would be at home. Half an hour before the delivery the driver rang to confirm the exact time. The driver and the second man on the van were careful with the items which were fragile and heavy and both were very polite.
Proovia kept me updated with how the delivery was progressing all the way through. Communication with them was very good - they were always polite and helpful. The driver contacted ahead of delivery time as requested and all time estimates were accurate. A very good experience.

We used Shiply to find GoodFellas (Proovia), the process seemed a bit odd (you pay the deposit on Shiply then pay the balance to them direct via an email from Proovia) but it was all good, good communication and quick and reliable delivery. Very cost effective option and they provide a 3 hour time slot the day before, as well as calling you 30 mins before arrival if requested. Would recommend 👍

Delivery people were not willing to unwrap package prior to leaving even though there were significant rips on the packaging. Business told me that they would unwrap and place the furniture. Delivery people argued about this then argued further when I asked them to move the furniture over more. Proovia couriers seem to forget that they are also providing customer service, not a simple dump and run. Would not recommend.
