Web site a scam they have several sites called habeebos staccees and now this one they are scam artists they won't give you a refund and will take your money

PROMLILY IS A SCAM. IS A front. Someone called Jessica. Acting as owner and her BF called Roberts with Chinese Accent tried to get money illegally from my bank account on pretext of being an investment firm PIMCO. GIS. Pls stay away from these crooks.

This is a scam! They do not return dresses or respond to any emails once shipped. The quality of the material is very poor and stitching is below average.Stuck with a dress.. for $140!Do want to add that paypal was absolutely ineffective in resolution too. They sent a canned message each time saying 'item is not significantly different'. When the item is not usable, not sure what buyer protection we get!

I recently purchased a dress that I fell in love with to you on my daughters sweet sixteen. When I received the actual dress, I wanted to cry. I contacted them immediately and what was my surprised. Once I got a response to my email they offered a 10% on my purchased. Now arguing back and fourth they are offering me a $ 25.00 returned fee since they are not able to take it back. After paying extra for expedited shipping, my daughter's dress arrived in a ball of wrinkles, no tags, no order form, no return address and no phone contact. After trying on the dress and realizing it did not fit properly, we contacted Promlily within 24 hours of receiving the dress to request the return order form listed on their website. Prom Lily aka Fab Fashion LTd is Horrible!Customer service answers after days and they ignore your concerns. Asking to return due to dress not fitting in the chest. This was not a custom order dress and according to the return policy, I can return it. They refuse to address my concern and keep offering me 15% off and additional material. What am I suppose to do with additional material? Make my own dress? I am disputing with credit card company. Do not buy from them!

They do not return dresses! I bought several from them and now am stuck with them because promlily will not return my emails despite their "return policy" stating you can return them and get your money back. So frustrated!! Even had my sister email and they didn't respond her either. Sent probably a dozen emails. No communication. Poor.

Do not shop at this website!! I would give them 0 stars, but that's not an option with Trustpilot. Promlily will not allow you to return anything under any circumstance, the return policy on their website is deceptive and the quality of the dress is terrible. Clearly the photos on their website are not of their own dresses. The dress that arrived did not look like the photo - the dress fabric is so cheap. Spent 400 dollars on two dresses for my homecoming and prom dance for my senior year and they came in looking like GRANNY DRESSES! Completely different from what I expected. The absolute worst experience I have ever had! My mother and I purchased 4 dresses on their website worth $700 and when we reached out to them, they emailed us once with the return number asking us to send what was wrong with each dress by wearing it so they could see it (which already made no sense) and then when we sent each picture of me in the dress, they never replied with a return number for each of the dresses. I would highly recommend to each person here to not give there god damn hard working money to this company because they will steal it without a thought and will never let you return it or talk to anyone who will be helpful. Long story short screw this company, and the people that run it because you clearly do not know how to take care of your customers who spend their own personal money for your product. Horrible customer service. Expected delivery date was a week or more later - which means after prom. There’s no way to cancel the order- I am fine paying what would have been delivery costs! I ordered a wedding dress from Prom Lily. It was not my customized measurements but a US size. They don't allow you to return! They offered a 10% refund. I am disappointed. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. It is a Scam.

We ordered a burgundy dress custom made and sent in measurements. The dress arrived and it was baby blue and did not fit in the bodice. We could not zip it up past the rib cage and the shoulder straps were way too short and cut into the shoulders. I notified the company that the color was wrong and that it didn't fit. They said they would not refund the money or make the dress the correct color and that they would charge me a 30% restocking fee to return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I didn't realize it was a china based company either.

Horrible!! I’m soo disappointed!! I spent 230.00 on trash. Horrible quality! I absolutely fell in love with the dress and shoes on the website! When they arrived, they are HORRIBLE quality! Total scam do not buy from them! Dresses take forever to arrive from China and the quality is terrible. I was told I could return the dress but then got the total run around. They are in the business of robbing people of their hard earned money by not allowing returns. They charge $100+ for dresses that likely cost them $10 to be made in China. Very disappointing. We paid, waited and never saw the dress. We even paid extra to secure the shipping date. The lack of communication, the lack of reply, the fact that as soon as I posted a review on Facebook, they removed it from the feed and made it private, so no one can see it, tells me we have been scammed. What should have been a great special graduation day with a special dress, was ruined for us.

i ordered the white dress which is supposed to have silver jewelry. Mine had white beads which are falling off and tan things in the boobs are. Despite me putting my correct sizing the dress did not fit. It was big around the stomach area and tight around the slit. The slit was in the front and not on the side of the dress.Their customer service did not cooperate or email me back until paypal stepped into the situation and only offered me $50 back on a $200 dress, Do not order from here it is a complete scam.

My daughter ordered a prom dress online from this company and it must be a scam. The dress came in a timely manner but the first red-flag Was it came shipped in a small DHL bag so it was wadded up into a ball. The dress was a complete disappointment. The color was not what was represented in the picture. The material was cheap and itchy. And it didn’t fit well at all. The website has no phone number just an occasional online chat and a “contact us” section. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to no avail. They do not respond. We spent $160 and are stuck with an ugly wad of tulle and beads.

I ordered a Mother of the bride dress from Promlily. Website said "easy returns if not custom sized". I ordered many MOB dresses from different sites. Tried on this dress, less than 5 minutes. Contacted PromLily for a return label. Was told they "sent me the dress as ordered" and I dint qualify for a return. If I chose to return the dress there would be a 15% charge. “Low quality”

The dress is a low quality! Several stains that we had to wash off. Fabric had a couple of cuts right on the front that couldn't be hidden unless you cut the whole piece off. Uneven sides, but the most funny thing is that one of the hanging string was sawn to the dress that's impossible to detach. The only pro is, it came on time, as promised. The good advice, stay away from this site, unless you're ready to fix all imperfections yourself like we had to do.

I purchased 5 gowns for my daughter's prom/s. All came in damaged either ripped or had ink stains. The quality was poor. I contacted their horrible customer service only to get conflicting responses from different people. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they said I had to return the dresses. When I tried to email to return the dress the company came up with every excuse to not refund in full. I ordered my daughter a prom dress ahead of time and I did get my package. Ohhhh boy when I opened it they sent me the wrong color. Now it's 3 weeks before prom and sent multiple emails and they are not responding. The dress was supposed to be all ivory color and they sent me a 2 tone dress with gold at the top and ivory at the bottom. I even sent a copy of my original order to let them know it was there error and according to there policy I should get a full refund. After I read all reviews here I was so scared, as a payed over 130£, BUT my dress was incredibly beautiful, perfectly done, quality of material was great, the same colour, beatify done all small details. Shipping took 1 week longer than expected, but contact with customer service was professional, prompt and kind- tracking number sent, delivered by FedEx, carefully packed. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Promlily. We did NOT receive the dress we ordered. The color is all wrong and it's not even the same design. We ordered hot pink and received a pale mauve. The dress we ordered had mesh inserts in the bodice and a starburst pattern on the front. The dress we received did not, and the neckline was different. I was ordering a prom dress for my daughter from prom lily. I immediately cancelled the order after it was accidentally placed not even 5 min after it was placed. I received an email from them 2 days later stating that they would only refund me the partial amount. When I did not agree to that because the dress wouldn't have even been pulled from the stock yet or shipped so it made no sense. Then I did not receive an answer from another day to which she responded a picture of the dress and said "can you keep the dress! I never received shipping information that the dresses were even coming despite payment being taken immediately upon ordering. I ordered a white sequin dress for my reception. When it arrived, it was a iridescent color, which did not look anything like the picture/color I selected. It looked more like the the "As Pictured" color. I reached out to customer service & got a complete runaround. Needless to say, I still have the dress, because they were making me pay the return shipping- which was $130, that's about as much as the dress cost! Also, when the dress arrived it had a different company name (Hebeos), so F.Y.I. They're the same people.
