Ekvivalentni parfem Dior J’adore Made in Turkey, ni blizo mojim ocekivanjima a niti opisu. Kratko traje, a nije ni miris isti. Puno bolji su ekvivalenti drugih proizvodjaca. Cijena definitivno ne opravdava kvalitetu jer nije ni povoljna

I made an order and payed for it on December 17 2021. The article is suppose to arrive before Christmas but today is the 21st. I've sent numerous emails on a tracking number but I'm getting an automated reply that keeps on saying "you'll receive the tracking number by email or sms". I presume that it means it hasn't been sent yet since I did not receive any notification and i doubt it will come by Christmas Day. I will update this review upon arrival! J'ai passé une commande et l'ai payée le 17 décembre 2021. L'article est censé arriver avant Noël mais nous sommes aujourd'hui le 21. J'ai envoyé de nombreux e-mails sur un numéro de suivi, mais je reçois une réponse automatique qui continue de dire "vous recevrez le numéro de suivi par e-mail ou SMS". Je suppose que cela signifie qu'il n'a pas encore été envoyé car je n'ai reçu aucune notification et je doute que cela vienne le jour de Noël. Je mettrai à jour cet avis à l'arrivée!

Very dissatisfied with this company! They say that they are located in Italy where I've but I think that they are based in China! I ordered something on January 21st and have yet to receive any info from them regarding shipping. I have written countless letters and have gotten so response. I am ready to go to my credit card company and request a refund. I wish I would have checked here first! So my advice is : DO NO ORDER: from this company!

They freud me and my wife couple of times, send wrong perfume.They were selling even parfume 125ml, and they send 15ml parfume... Never again.You will see anothet reviews in next few days, from our couple of friends, because we all are fragrance lowers and spend more than 1000 euros on there site, but never again.

Awful experienceI ordered a perfume and then cancelled my order 30 minutes later. The cancellation of my order was confirmed by email by the customer service. However, they took the money from my account and send me the product anyways. Now they are not answering on how I can return the product I never wanted and refuse to refund me.

Asked info on specific products, never received an answer. The phone number is inexistent. No way they're respondin' in 1 hour there is no client assistance. The product description is lacking and completing different from the picture, you don't know what you're ordering, it lacks the fondamental info for a correct e-commerce. AVOID

I had a very bad with them.They sent me a wrong products and instantly when I opened the box I wrote them an email.Then, they neglect me for 10 days and replied me if you want to get your refund you should return the product and you should pay for the shipment.Anyway, I opened a case in paypal and the most interesting part is they have offered me to refund only one euro!!! Yes you heard right only one you..Imagine the products are wrong,they also have the products now and finally you pay for the shipment and they write you that they are going to pay me one euro.So now I escalated the situation via PayPal and looking for their respond.But never shop from them if you want to know my experience.

Very bad company, when you have problem with a purchase and you send them email they ignore you. Don't buy from them, all negative reviews are true. SCAM

Worst company. The send wrong perfume, much cheaper and did not want to take it back.

I have place my order since more than 10 days now but I still haven't receive anything. I sent email and received a respond that they will send me the tracking number but I still don't have it. Since this morning I have been trying to contact profumino but no response. The order was supposed to thake no more than 3 days to be shipped. So be careful; just hope to received it because it is a lot of money for my mom gift (more than 100 euros)

Hello to all of you: i every time was too much satisfied with Profumino.it,i get ferfumes that i like,for myself and for my family too,(including the kids perfumes),i find all that i need in the Website for suitable prices. they offer me some reductions sometimes,and other times they offer free shipping :-) ,i receive quickly the products that i buy exactly as descripted in the Web site ... Really,they worth all my Thanking and encouraging words too. Thank you again :-) and very good continuation. Hicham .

Sera. Si tratta di due profumi veramente eccezionali. Per fragranzaConsistenzaL'essenza rimane a lungo sul corpo, senza creare aloni disgustosi. Io amo far la differenza. E sta volta questi profumi fan proprio la differenza.

I bought an Item and waited 18 Days for delivery. Nothing came, no Notice or Info, so i sent an email inquiring the Status of my Order. They replied that the Item i have ordered is out of stock (??) - it was in stock when i ordered and payed for it.So i went on the website to have a look what they had in Offer - That Item was still there, In Stock, Available... but with the Price 3 times inflated.I replied them with email saying that what they have said is not true - it is still available and in stock. Then they offered me that I pay the tripled price (for the Item I already bought) and only then they will send me what I have ordered.Classical Case of extortion.

I received my perfume a little late, but that wasn't the actual problem.The fragrance which I received was definitely not the original fragrance. I have got a sample of the original one at home, so I can compare quite well.The stuff I received (a "tester") was some diluted cheap stuff, which wasn't even similar to the original scent.Luckily I had paid with Paypal, so I hope that I will get my money back.I don't know who wrote all these positive comments - I think this company is fraudulent and I wouldn't advise anybody to place an order in this shop.By the way - on the website it seems to have a German web-address, but in fact the company resides in Slovenia.

seems they either sell diluted perfumes or rejected batches. I paid for thierry mugler and the perfume was like water. did not even last 15 minutes. their website 'claims' free return if not satisfied. The communication was painfully slow and for every email I had to send additional reminder to receive their reply.So I returned this product and asked for either refund or exchange. I spent around €14 for returning the product. The idiots there send me the same bottle again!!! So what is the point in spending money and sending the bottle to them if they are going to return the same bottle? Are you playing with customer's money? Do you expect them to keep faulty product being tired of your cheating?Now they expect me to return the product again and they will refund €48. So I end up spending (wasting) €30.

Received completely different product than what I purchased and was lied toI have spent much time writing emails this fraudulent company only to receive a reply days later from them in faulty Italian (I am based in Italy and am Italian) and they are posing as an Italian company. Finally, when they answered me they actually told me that the product I ordered (Gianfranco Ferrè for Man) is now packaged in a completely different box. When I went onto other sites and onto Amazon, the perfume they sent me was a cheaper perfume of Gianfranco Ferrè which means they completely lied about the original perfume I ordered having a different box. I wish that I had come here to read the reviews because I would have never ordered anything from them - perfumino it. It's a fraudulent company and have now sent a complaint to Paypal and am hoping to receive a reply and a refund. This fraudulent company needs to be stopped and people need to be made aware. It is absolutely SCAM. I ordered a 100 ml women perfume of Amor Amor Cacharel in 2th June of 2018. It was delivered in 12th of June after 10 days. Their communication was quite fast even though it took longer than expected of delivery. The item that I received was in a bad condition and was not sealed. It was not also like as described on the website and its box was quite different than advertised on their website. After that, I requested for the return. I emailed them several times but no response!. It was quite surprising because they always responded me in next working day at most, but no respons when i asked for the return! Then, I tried to give them a call, but their provided number did not work out!Finally thanks to buyer protection scheme of PayPal, I requested for refund which made them to respond me. They gave me a stupid answer saying you purchased a 'TESTER' perfume and that's why it was not sealed and the box was different. At the end, I had to return the item to Slovania at my cost. I will be waiting for the refund in the next coming days and this was all because of PayPal protection scheme. Otherwise, I am sure that they would have never answered me. I strongly avoid you of buying any products from them. Their company is based in Slovania even though their website is .de or .it implying they are based in Germany or Italy.
