I have paid for a Vigor repair set and I have received it, BUT, even if I sent them my company's VAT number, I have paid also VAT for this product. So, I have LOST MONEY, because I can not deduce the VATI tried to get in contact with somebody, but they DO NOT HAVE phone number, e-mail adres NOTHING!!!!So, I can say: "NEVER EVER"
Item not delivered on date specified on order, two weeks passed still no order received. Send many messages to website only received automated reply. No phone number to phone or email.
I placed order on December 13th. No tracking information, no customer service, no product. Time to reach out to the credit card company to report as fraud. If I could give zero stars I would.Update: It turns out that Profishop is not a retailer. They are pretty much attempting to broker the sales. Items may not be obtainable at the price, or may not be obtainable at all. Vender is attempting to secure the product. This should be stated prior to "purchase".
I've ordered ecoflow delta 2 for a really good price and only afterwards I've red the reviews here. Not going to lie I've been rather worried about it but to my surprise received my order a few days later. No problems at all. Maybe experiences of others here are different but my experience was totally fine.
I made an order on March 23rd, order number BK230056271.The order has still not been sent put for delivery and customer service does not give any actual update on the order or the issue. First and last time I use rhis website. Seems a scam. Do not buy at Profishop anything.And my experience post and after discussion with the client service, my order was cancelled and reinbursed. So it ended well, but after I have lost a month waiting for my delivery.
Two months with no delivery, no response from support. After the inital shipping deadline was missed I was given another one six weeks later, which came and went. I contacted them again afterwards, and have received no response for two weeks. I have asked paypal to refund the transaction.Update: After requesting a refund through paypal, I did get one promptly and without any issues
I have bought an article in May and I am still waiting for it (6th of July). I have contacted their customer services many times and they are unable to give me a solution why the article has not arrived or replace it with another one 4 weeks after the purchase. I am stuck and so far I have not been given a refund either. I would avoid dealing with this company for their lack of reliability and problem solving issues coming from their end.

Order placed November 5th with advertised delivery in 4-6 days. Today is November 22nd and after tens of emails Profishop has still no clue or where it is, if ti was ever shipped or else. Asked to be refunded, received an apologies email and confirmation my refund is on the way but no actual proof of refund issued. Please be aware this is not a reliable online shop. Worst experience ever for online shopping, unbelievable....
Got ordered August 1st. It stated a 3-5 business day shipping. Got an order confirmation on August 4th, with a latest expected delivery date of August 11th. It hasn't arrived and I have no tracking number. UPDATE 8-15-23: Their customer service is in another country so I got a call from a +49 number on 8-14-23 stating that it shipped on the 11th with a tracking number. It arrived today in perfect condition. Just need better communication with tracking.

Ordered something i needed by 6-23 about a week or so in advance, and made sure it would make it in time. they said it would be here 6-21. I even created a support ticket as theres no real way of tracking without a support ticket. They assured me it would be here 6-21. 6-23 rolled around, still not here. Just received an email this morning 6-27 that the manufacturer just handed it over to fedex and it would be here 6-29. They falsified the fact that the order/shipment had been completed 4 days ago, when that was obviously not the case.

I then waited until the 9th before sending another e-mail. On the 11th it was a response from another person who actually gave me something more than a form letter it was conversation with meaning. On the 17th I recieved a text telling me my package was on the way and should get by the 22nd, it cam on the 20th.I am very sorry to hear of all the people that have not had positive outcomes but mine did end on a good note.
I would be very cautious using this company. We ordered some products from them and they could not provide the product. They offered us another product which we agreed to but they never sent it. We sent them a lot of emails which came back with a generic response "Your request (1550698) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email" No one would respond to us and they have no posted phone numbers to contact them. In our frustration of losing our money and receiving no product, we wrote them a poor review. Wow! Almost immediately we got a response from them. I informed them about the generic emails and the fact that they have no phone number. The representative acknowledged the fact that they have no phone numbers to call and agreed that it is frustrating. After what seemed to be an apologetic response. They offered to still send us the product which we declined. I ordered it from Uline and received it two days later without any hassle. We asked them to just refund us our money. We did receive our refund.Do your homework before ordering from them. You will find that there is no way to contact them properly without writing a poor review.
Czech Republic - Oh well. I found no reviews (hodnoceni, recenze) online for Czech version of Profishop.com, but due to the prices, I still went through and ordered four separate items. Since the website was perfectly translated into Czech language, I thought that I would also write my details including special characters. Oh well, how wrong I was!After 2 months of not receiving anything, I asked about the order online. The only answer from their “automatic” system was that the order has been successfully delivered. So I called them (definitely not in Czech) and I was told to write an email and that they have x days to respond. After that, and after many transfers of my requests, I received a “confirmation of delivery” by the shipping company, sent to me by the manufacturer (sender of the goods) - the receiver was someone completely different than me. After some back-and-forths, I was told that my orders have already been shipped out, but have been returned to the manufacturer because the shipping company could not deliver the package - due to my address being incomplete! Well, there go the special characters. Haha. So, I was asked to provide my details again, so that the shipment could be tried again. After a week, I got a call from the courier (who, thank god!, knows me), that he has somehow found my package in the warehouse. Because they (the sender) just did not include my phone number / email, the courier just could not contact me. Thankfully, after receiving half of the items, I visited the courier’s warehouse personally and picked up the rest. All in all, I do recommend the shop. They were helpful and tried their best to resolve the problem. Just be cautious of the details you enter and ask for the tracking number.
This company sells branded items in name and photo and then sends you knock off brands. DO NOT USE THEM
I ordered two times the same product only a half was delivered for a month I had contacted the costumer service 4 times every week once and every time I got a new delivery date after a month and a half they've sent me that everything was already delivered and I couldn't prove it because the profishop website doesn't provide a tracking number to it's customers to my luck I already took a photo of the shipping label when it came and instead 40kg it was 20kg if I hadn't took that photo I would never get my other half of the order 1 star for the seller hendi and one star for the profishop for sending generic and not doing anything until I wanted to contact paypal and open a dispute and honestly I don't think it was an mistake because for a month I've always got a new delivery date after they've contacted the seller and they did this everything for only 150€ no wonder why everybody is always buying of the amazon everything.
I ordered a Makita DLS2112ZU on the 11.02.2021 and paid the €950 by PayPal, latest delivery date 23.02.2021. It didn't arrive. I contacted Profishop by phone (an absolute joke) and by mail to cancel the order on 03.03.2021. They sent me an automated reply telling me to ask them for a return label(?) adding that they would reply within 5-7 days, and that I should get in touch with them with any new, relevant information, adding that any further contact would result in their reply being delayed by a further 5-7days.So I complained to PayPal, asking for my money back.They started a process.And then I got a mail from the delivery company saying it'd be delivered on the 5.03 between 10 and 13h. Yippee. So I waited (it's a big box). At 10:30 they mailed to say it would arrive on the 9th. It was delivered on the 8th.The packaging was in tact, but when opened I saw that a part of the item was seriously damaged. I photographed it, filmed it, and sent it to Profishop. The automated reply said they had received my mail. On the 11.03.21 I tested the machine (the damaged part is removable and allows for this) and found that it was extremely inaccurate. I contacted the manufacture's rep in Austria and was told that this can only have been caused by the machine having been subjected to 'rough treatment', as all the machines leave the factory in perfect working order. I sent all the information to Profishop (and PayPal) that same day and the automated reply asked me if I was happy with their service.Lots of emails and calls with PayPal followed. Then I got a mail from ProfiShop offering me a 10% discount (on an unusable machine). Funnily enough, I declined. No more mails from them.PayPal then said they wanted an 'Expert Report' from an outside agency, to prove that the machine was the machine I had bought, and that it was damaged in the way that I said it was. Whether this demand came from Profishop or not, I don't know. I found a company, paid €100 for a report, sent it to PayPal, and was told the next day that I would get my money back.The only problem being that I have to send the machine back (from Austria to Germany) before the money will be released, and that I have to pay for the shipping! Nothing they can do. I emailed ProfiShop asking that they send me a pre-paid return shipping label, and the automated reply asked for the dimensions of the package, which I sent. My email was acknowledged (automated reply). Nothing since.If Paypal don't get the tracking number by the 26.04 I don't get my money back. As a last resort, I thought, I would pay the shipping and try to reclaim it (probably not a lot of chance there). The lowest quote I can get is €380. ProfiShop couldn't care less. If I don't send it, they get their money. By not dealing with any complaints, they win.Do not buy anything from this company.
