Is producerloops.com Legit?

I was recently fooled by the misrepresentation of a bundle of 10 construction kits. Following a review I posted here, the company wrote to me to implore me to delete/modify the review in question in exchange for a refund.More than a week later since our last exchange and despite the status of my support ticket quoted as "urgent" I still haven't received either a reply or a refund.I am here to inform you of the lack of seriousness on the part of Producer Loop. I would therefore like to warn you about construction kits. The description is not always accurate.

Stunning sound quality and very cool samples, grooves, riffs, etc. that will definitely meet your expectations for the different styles and genres. If you know what you are looking for, you will find it here. There is also some "wanna be" stuff available but if you take your time to compare you can find real gems: disco loops with the real dust and mojo, brilliant guitar and basslines with amazing performance and score elements with amazing depth and dynamics. The support is 10/10 stars, even helping instantly on a Sunday. Many thanks!

I understand producerloops use third party labels as vendors but they need to do a better job at monitoring what is being released. The sample packs used to be a lot better but the quality has been going down and down over the past years :(

Another once good company gone bad ! Paid for loops, received an expired download link. My money was scooped up in minutes, but customer "Service" won't respond until they feel like it. Terrible experience !!!!! Nothing but thieves !

Always an excellent service, options for payment, including PayPal. You won’t find better prices or packages elsewhere, download straight away after payment, brilliant for this digital age, and has helped me immensely with songwriting. So many genres. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Juan was polite enough when dealing with me. Unfortunately they advertise things as ableton packs. But the reality is they send you an empty project file. I asked for a refund within 24 hours of purchase and was refused as expected. I did enjoy the serum presets which worked as intended but I'll be avoiding them from now on and get my sounds from more reliable transparent sources.

I would give 5 stars but ive bought vocal packs with bad recordings(noise and even a metronome in one..lol), this doesnt happen often though and ive been a long time customer (years i believe) and find you guys to be the best, i know technically thats not your fault but if you let it slide it reflects,

You wont find a better loops dealer, nor better deals and discounts anywhere else, best navigation, best catalogue suitable for all generes, exellent samples quality plus best customer support, This is DEFINITIVLY the best page ever,.. trust me i have been buying samples for 15 years already and i havent found anything that can beat PRODUCERLOOPS.COM.... The demo mockup they use to sell this sounds much better than the loops out of the box. This is the blues harp sample pack of REX & WAV files. No nki or other file to get them in the sampler easily, have to do it yourself. Audio quality so-so. If you bury it in a mix it'll be fine (if you find what you want and piece it together). Bought a Sonivox harmonica instrument, not quite as gritty but MUCH easier to get an acceptable product quickly. Sorry Producer Loops, not crazy about this one. Responsive help team. Got me authorized quickly after blocking the download due to a disparity between IP Address location and Billing Address. TURN OFF YOUR VPN before ordering or you'll be waiting to use whatever you buy here.

Download wasn’t working at first, after that very poor customer service. They responded quickly at first, but weren’t helpful at all. There are alternatives that are way better than this website. I would definitely recommend skipping this one.

Scam with unprofessional sounds plus wrong info displayed on packs.Most of the packs here are needless and sounds so dirty.My best advice to anyone here would be for the person to stop whatever he or she wants to buy here and look for a better site to buy professional and well cleaned sounds.Warning again, don't buy anything here,I repeat don't buy anything on here, Thank You

I purchased a pack that said Ableton Live version 9.7 required. When it wouldn’t load I contacted the company to ask for assistance. I told them I had Ableton 9 and that it should have worked.They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note for another pack. Very poor customer service and you would be far better of going to another provider

Amateurs !! Website took my money for a pack , never got the download , Ignoring 2 phonecalls and many emails. I see many others have had the same experience Never again , charging back credit card today

I purchased a small program in which I expected just vocals... Seems to be a difficult thing to find. I found the quality of production great. I am using some of the other loops, and find them useful as well. I WOULD like to have heard more 'complete' longer vocal lines, instead of just the 4 or 5 I received...but I suppose that's OK... Overall I would say very useful.

High-quality sounds and recordings. The pack I bought is labeled with key and bpm info. Caution though, if you're looking at buying a pack of samples like the "JAZZADELIC HIP HOP BEATS", take note that the wav version comes with the same exact midi files as the midi only version, but the midi only version only comes with the few midi files included in the pack. Which is waaaaayy less content than the wavs version. Trust me, just buy the wav version because it comes with all the same midi files to and it's the same price as the midi only version.

I have purchased half a dozen packs from Producer loops, and so far, the quality of what I get, the price, speed of service. have all been excellent. I plan to continue to look to Producer loops for anything new, or something that may catch my eye that might give me ideas on building my next track. Thank you!

I found the website easy to use with good previews of the samples. When downloaded, the samples were easy to access in folders that gave all the info reqiured. The quality of the sounds us incredible. Love my Synthwave Sample Packs. Will be using Producer Loops again

Never ever had such fradulent website for producers. I made the payment but i didn't get any download links and they keep my money! If you check previours reviews there are many people with same issue!Shame that there is such fusty websites in 2021!

Dear producer loop. As a beginner, I ordered a minimal pack. I am an Ableton user and did not see that the pack I bought was an Elastik file and that I could not integrate it directly to Ableton. I first felt very disappointed then wrote to the support of producer loop. They Wrote me back very quickly to tell me what to so that I can enjoy my pack on Ableton and it worked so, Thank you to them. I got a lesson on this purchase but I think may ne They should inform us more efficiently about the software that do not give any problem with our purchase. Anyway. I am Happy now!

Items are not described accurately. I understand that with so many publishers being under 1 roof they might have a hard time ensuring that the descriptions match the product, but they must try harder.
