Is pro-camera.co.uk Legit?

Needed some mirrorless lenses for my R5 camera for my holiday. After looking around online Pro-Camera came in at the best price. I can recommend Pro-Camera for great prices and excellent service. The lenses arrived the next day extremely well packed. Cannot fault them. Would highly recommend Pro-Camera to others.

ordered canon 24-105 f4 lens, promised next day but lost by DPD and delivered a day later. Assumed this to be a brand new lens but came in white box and opened packaging. Lens cap faulty despite 2 telephone messages and now 4 emails cannot get a reply. Have contacted credit card bank to reclaim payment as within 14 days of online purchase. So disappointed with what I thought was a genuine trusted seller.

They are threatening me with legal action and researching irrelevant details about my life using the information I gave them to fulfil my order.]I wanted to order a camera that was advertised as Next Day delivery. I emailed on Monday to ask if they had one in stock and could delivery by Thursday, which is when I needed it by. They emailed back to say they had one in stock, and a minute later I had replied to say I would buy it (asking them to email if any issues), and 5 mins after that I'd checked out. I emailed to ask for a tracking number. I was told it would be delivered on Friday. I said this was likely too late, and they said that they'd escalate this to their shipping manager. It's now Wednesday. I asked when I'd get a tracking number, and was told that I'd get a tracking number next Monday for delivery on Tuesday. This is too late for me, and I now don't trust any date they give. I have asked for a refund, but am skeptical about whether it will be processed any time soon. Luckily I paid via credit card so have Section 75 protection.[EDIT 1: The company says it has refunded me (waiting to see it in my account) but has called and emailed to ask if I'll remove this review. I am inclined not to, because it accords with other experiences that I'd been worried about before ordering and I wouldn't have ordered had I known I'd have this experience.][EDIT 3: I have now received a refund from NextDayCamera.]

Pro-Camera offered excellent advice about the new mirrorless cameras and the best lenses to buy within my budget. Once purchased delivery was made next day by DPD. Couldn’t have been happier with the customer service and fast delivery. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back again for my next purchase.

Ordered a Canon 8 - 15 mm zoom lens which was allegedly in stock. First delivery promise missed and I am now waiting until tomorrow before I take up the problem with Mastercard and demand a full refund. Oh how I wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering! 2nd promise also missed. No satisfactory explanation why goods were shown on website as being in stock which was confirmed by email before I placed the order. I have now cancelled the order and have been 'promised' a refund within 3 working days. Is there not some rule applied by credit card companies which states that no funds must be taken unless the goods are in stock and ready for immediate despatch?

I was a little twitchy about using a company I'd never heard of before, especially in light of so many "grey" market and horror stories about buying online. Based upon some of the Trustpilot reviews (thank you!), I took a chance and ordered a Fuji XF 16mm F1.4 R WR lens at hundred quid below the nearest competitor.The lens arrived within a few days (no tracking, but didn't need it) by UPS, as described, brand new, well-packed, in Fuji box, complete. Warranty registration on Fuji was straightforward. Will use again.

I recently purchased a Nikon lens at a price 10% lower than the competition. Was delivered next business day by UPS as promised, and brand new as ordered.The lens registered with Nikon without difficulty; clearly is not a grey import etc. Only downside of Pro-Camera is that you get no dispatch or tracking information, simply an e-mailed order confirmation. However an e-mail to their sales team resulted in very prompt answer,I am happy to recommend the company, and will be using them again myself.

They promise the delivery will be arriving on the 13/03, took the day off and my camera did not arrive. Send an email and again, Andrea promised the camera was going to delivered via UPS on the 16/03. Unfortunately, again, they did not send my camera. After the exchange of another email, Andrea promised that the camera was going to be definitely delivered on the 20/03, today. But nothing yet. Have send many emails and phone calls without any replay.

Purchased a Canon 80D body DSLR at a very good price compared to other outlets. Next day delivery as stated. I have registered the camera on my canon website for guarantee with no problems. Only thing I would say it would be nice to get an email update from pro-camera that the order had been processed and dispatched. I got a email confirming initial order and then a UPS delivery notice for a parcel to be delivered next day. Just that extra email to give people assurance would be fab.

Would use again.Was initially sceptical after reading some comments that seemed to question the legitimacy of this company and its products. However, I ordered close to 2k worth of Drone and related gear, delivered exactly when they said and received exactly what I ordered. Nothing to complain about here, wish some of the larger organisations I have dealt with would provided the same good deals and service.

Ordered new Canon SLR & Lens kit. Arrived next working day as stated. Had read some reviews here beforehand which had stated that there was no updates around despatch etc.In my view, the main reason I purchased here was UK/EU stock at much lower price point that others, which would not have been possible with additional layers of admin.I received email confirmation with PDF receipt attached immediately after ordering (8pm at nigth)I received UPS notification early the next morning (07h37) and was able to track the entire shipment, from collection later that afternoon right through to delivery to me the next working day.No issues at all. Shortly after I ordered a new lens i contacted the sales team at Pro-Camera and Liz confirmed that I would receive the lens in time for an assignment this Saturday. After checking today I have been told the lens will be arriving the following Tuesday instead. Terrible customer service. Giving a customer an assurance and then failing to act on it with no apology is unacceptable. AVOID this company!!

I ordered a Nikon 16-80mm zoom lens which was very well packaged and arrived promptly (2 working days). The lens was in a white box (which usually means it is from a kit that has been separated out, NOT that it is a grey import!) and all guarantees, paperwork etc was correctly in order.The lens is of course outstanding and Pro Camera offered a very competitive price. I am a VERY happy customer.

My Fujifilm X100F developed a fault with the lens movement in its second year of use. I contacted Mike at Pro Camera under the terms of their extended warranty. Without seeing the camera, he declared that my use of an approved lens hood on the camera was the reason for the failure and voided their guarantee. The camera was repaired, efficiently, at my own expense by Fuji who confirmed that the use of the lens hood had nothing to do with the failure of the lens mechanism. Unsurprisingly, Pro Camera would not entertain refunding the repair costs. Their 2 year extended warranty is worthless.I note Pro Camera's confident response which must be based on extra sensory perception.

Paid for a Canon 80D new and received it the next morning. The camera is perfectly new and a UK model too - (I entered the serials into the Canon registration site to make sure it was not a 'grey import'.)I had concerns after reading some reviews on trustpilot but I can say this was a genuine transaction and I am quite happy. New UK-model camera exactly as advertised.It is a 2016 model camera and the battery was completely flat when I got it, which worried me as some recharables don't like being fully discharged, but it has charged up OK. (I guess this stock has been sitting a while.)In conclusion: very happy. The item is exactly as advertised. And next day delivery surprised me as it was free.

I have been reading the reviews on Pro-Camera and on the whole they are good. I am looking at a Tamron lens on their site and Tamron give a 5 year warranty were as Pro-Camera only offer a 2 year warranty. Food for thought, is additional 3 years warranty better than their discount?
