Is prestocash.ca Legit?

Scammer alert. The pre approval process will take your bank information put it through a "trusted" appthen return you a page without given a user login or anything. They will then request ID emailed without you getting anything. I confronted them, then they said I no longer qualify.

Terrible customer service. They took a double payment, said it was their banks fault and the extra payment would be returned. They didn’t return it. I had to file an investigation with my bank and my bank pulled back the extra payment. I then received an email from PrestoCash saying I had a declined payment and I was being charged a bunch of extra fees even though they got their regularly schedule payment. I’ve emailed several times about this and haven’t received a response.

Waiting on a response for over 10 hours now. Says approval within 4 hours and up to 10 minutes but that’s not my experience. Have used other lenders and get approval much quicker

PrestoCash.ca offers convenience, transparency, and honesty. Yes, there are borrowing costs, but when you need quick funds, they're the go-to option. My only gripe is that its sometimes too expensive but still better then paying it all on your next pay check like payday loans.

I agreed and signed up for a payment of $81/bi-weekly but in 1 shot they took $344! This is a scam! I will report this to the authority!! What loan business that doesn’t have a phone number and invalid address?

I found the online application process to be pretty straightforward. After getting approved, there was a bit of a mix-up when the company asked for more information. Someone got in touch to sort everything out quickly, clearing up the confusion.

Avoid. Constant spam approval emails.If you want a better approval apply at thunderloan.ca Emailed me constantly stating I'm approved. Everytime I apply I get denied. Prestocash will only help if you dont need the money...Don't waste your time applying here. Takes longer to apply then getting denied.

They take security seriously, which I appreciate. They needed extra bank info for verification since I use 2 banks. They also were suspicious about some transactions in my account but it was quickly checked out and got the money in my account after sining my agreement.

Although there was a small delay initially due to bank information,the team got in touch to verify my payroll details and bank information. They took a few more hours going back and fort but once approved the process was smooth sailing

PrestoCash.ca has consistenly provided me money quickly. They transfer money to your account by e-transfer, and their option to extend the repayments for a couple of months is a fantastic feature when your tight on cash. A big thanks to PrestoCash.ca, especially to Maria.

I would give zero stars if I could… Sent them 3 emails in the last two weeks looking to pay my loan off early to save on some interest. I’ve heard nothing back and they don’t even have a phone number to call. Everyone please avoid PrestoCash… the absolute worst loan shark company in terms of fees and customer service. They may say things like “sorry we didn’t get back to you because of our system update or some BS” but they don’t give their customers any heads up or courtesy email, or alternative way of contacting them. It feels like nobody even works there honestly. I know we all have hard times and need some financial help but please avoid this company. Looking back on it now I wish I had just chosen to take the hit and miss paying the bill I needed to cover instead of dealing with PrestoCash.

I was unable to login to my account to upload the required documents and so they decided to deny my application after 3 days of waiting to hear back from these people. On the bright side, I found a reliable loan lender mr.payday.ca

The service is really good and pretty quick. Everything's done online, so no annoying calls from agents or anything. They check your income and bank stuff, and it's easy to upload the few documents they need. But the one thing that bugs me is they never give you full amount you ask for. It's always like half or even less, even though you could pay it back no problem. They did give me a bit more the second time around, so maybe they're just cautious with new folks.
