OK.It gave the information I needed,but now I am unable to find the photos of the room I booked and paid for,the room I booked under Tripadvisor 'Prestigia deal 'Double or Twin STANDARD Room is nowhere to be seen unless the room is described under a different heading.Are you able to help me so I can access this information. Do not book with Prestigia ever, my first time booking has been a total nightmare! I had to cancel my booking because of a family matter on the 9th November 2024, and despite numerous emails & phone calls asking where my refund is, still 20th December 2024 I still have not received it, despite being told i should within 5-7 days. Not a company a consumer can trust. Stay away from them. As previously writter Service

Prices are great so far we shall see when it comes I got early bird special at the palazzo normally the rates are 65 to 80.00 a night they got me 21 what I like about them is they show you the resort fee and it's paid upfront most casinos make you wait to pay resort fees I like it better paying in advance so you know you got more money to spend it makes things easier for just over 503.00 a week in Vegas New Year's Eve you can't beat the price at the palazzo I couldn't believe the price other website I saw 62.00 to 85.00 a night for new years week I paid way less then people staying less days it will be a fun very fun trip I'll be at Excalibur this year and for 5 days I got the same rates this year it was way more money for that deal so just want to say thank you for the great deal

I tried to get hotel reservation at Discovery Suites Ortigas, Mandaluyong City Philippines last Nov 19,2024. I received an email from your office regarding booking confirmation at said hotel -Discovery Suites. I also received.an email from my BPI credit card card service provider that said transaction with your office has been approved and payment to your office has been charged to my credit card.However, When I checked in, I was told by the reception desk Assistant that they ddnt have any official.transaction with your office regarding my hotel reservation. So I hhad to get a new reservation and pay again. In this regard, I would like tk request for a full refund of my payment in the amount of P27,714.82. Thank you for your kind, prompt and favorable action regarding this matter.

Easy transaction Our room #1001 at international hotel had no heat! Called repeatedly and no answer from front desk or room service! Finally a maintenance guy arrived, said he could not fix and in 30+ freezing minutes, sent up four blankets - I've communicated with owner with no returned $$$ offered. Just his apology & "understanding" of our miserable stay at his hotel. First time booking with prestigia and unless we hear directly regarding this horrid stay with appropriate respinse, won't use prestigia again. Service
