Is presets.io Legit?

Ordered my presets over a month ago, had issues downloading them as it kept saying I have downloaded the presets too many times which isn't the case. Contacted support multiple times and still had no response. The customer support is non existent. I would not recommend!

I received my presets right away and was able to give instructions on how to use them, both on PC and mobile. The packages even include video LUTs. The presets are all pretty and very easy to use. Makes post processing easier than before. Just a little bit of tweaking is necessary, depending on your composition and lighting. Overall, I like them all especially the Vintage Look bundle!

The pre set is good and work perfectly for Lightroom but as promised they mentioned photoshop works too .. unfortunately is not working for me and I emailed them and responded with a YouTube video which I already know but it doesn’t fix my issue Hope the customer service can be improve sooner

Presets are used mainly in LRC and sometimes Photoshop. The presets, overlays and brushes have come to use many times. New preset packages information are sent via email and is a great way to see if you need any other different package. Overall, it's been great!

I luckily found these presets for my Lightroom, improving my workflow.They have given me options and examples on how to get the right mood for my photos, and also what could be trendy.New ideas, better results!

Bought a couple of preset packs for Lightroom on mobile. A little cumbersome to install, but that’s Lightroom I believe. Very easy to use and add to my photos. Receive lots of compliments any time I use them.

I’ve been using the preset and LUTs from Perset.io for almost 4 months now and I have no reason to complain. The preset work perfectly with Lightroom incl. the mobile app. I do moat of my video editing in capcut and the LUTs work brilliantly. The LUTs provide a great base for colour grading.

I bought the entire collection and use them frequently - I love the dimension that they have added to some of my more creative pieces. They offer a great starting point for photos and I highly recommend re-editing some of your older work with them for a new and fresh take on your old favorite photos!

There is an excellent variety of presets that are immediately useful. I've used them dozens of times in projects and found them valuable in my work flow.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased Lightroom presets from them but never received the product. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they completely ignored my messages. This is very unprofessional and feels like a scam. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs!

The presets were very useful and suited my work flow. I bought the cinematic and black Paris presets for capture one pro. There are not that many preset that are compatible with C1 - this one of the few. Now it’s part of my workflow. Will go more in time to come.

Presetes are coming in folders, named well, easy to navigate.Also all presets are easy to adjust.Love to use them on images, and footages.

Bought the bundle for 9$. Not a lot of money, but was mentioned 400 presets and 200 LUTs also for Luminar Neo.Unfortunately the presets are NOT working on Luminar Neo, the LUTs are working. But in stead of 600 (200 LUTs and 400 presets), you only have the 200 LUTs that will work!Negative reviews or remarks on Facebook (mentioning what is not working and what works) are deleted after publication ! Now it is correctly mentioned on the site, so 3 stars. Some LUTs are very nice, just that for Luminar Neo you pay same amount (for 200 LUTs) as someone else for 600 LUTs and present.But proposition from seller to refund, so good and reactive service, after all.
