Is prepsportswear.com Legit?

I ordered a school hoodie, and I received in the mail a different design on the hoodie. However, while chatting with representative, Greg, I was not thorough looking through the confirmation sent to me. The confirmation showed a different design, and if I had been thorough, I would have caught that and responded to the confirmation email. Greg was very thorough in his questions and sent considerate responses, and the company was amazing. I will be sent the hoodie I ordered as a free replacement. Thank you, Greg and Prep Sportswear. I appreciate your service.

From order to receipt was 1 week and I added names and jersey numbers to the backs. They are a hoot at my kids' school and I am so happy to have a sweatshirt with my own graduation year and sport. Will order again!

So this is my third order from prep sportswear and every order has been superb. From quality of work and price. I love that they back up their product any problems customer service takes care of it quick. They go beyond to make customer experience great. Trust me I’ve been buying for my nephew who goes to Umass Amherst and my son also went there and this is where I bought his college sweatshirts and tshirt. I’m speaking from my own experience I’m not getting paid for this review trust me you will pay a fraction of the cost comparing to schools store. My son loved the sweatshirt and my nephew loves his. When they saw it they said wow mom it looks awesome. I totally agreeDon’t hesitate your going to be happy with quality of work and price.

Perfect t-shirt to support my grandson at his HS football games. I had his name and number put on the back from a local company Go Dardanelle Sand Lizards.

I ordered 5 sweatshirts, it has been almost 3 weeks and they still have not shipped. Very difficult to get a live person to answer a message, only AI bot canned messages. The canned messages state 4 days on average for shipping. Blew that out of the water 2 weeks ago. I cannot cancel my order. PLEASE THINK HARD BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH PREP SPORTSWEAR, THIER SERVICE SUCKS AND SUCKS HARD.

The items I received were fine, however, prior to ordering, I was disappointed to learn that a letter mid-way through my grandson's last name COULD NOT be capitalized (it is his legal last name). LeeWehage (no space or hyphen). Because of this issue, I had to select a sweatshirt logo that I didn't necessarily care for or like. As their grandma, I wanted sport sweatshirts to wear with each of my grandkids last names on them.

My shirt came quickly and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Ordering was easy and the clothes seem to be of good quality.

FYI- This is just a heads up before you place a order and accidently waste your $! If you are looking for something in particular by a certain date. This company does not offer any form of expediting Delivery. So expect 2-3 Weeks on Delivery, They also do not work weekends.

This is my first purchase from prep sportswear and I assumed I got the order right however, i didn’t do it right and when it came I thought they had messed it up but it was my fault. I contacted the customer service team and Ashley got ahold of me and was extremely kind about it all. She informed me that I didn’t order it the right way but was glad to send me a new hoodie with the correct logo on it. I was impressed and thankful at the same time. It’s a big deal when customer service is understanding and kind. Thank you Ashley and Prep sportswear for helping me with this issue and making it all work out😊

I had ordered a custom hoodie that was sized wrong and a customer service rep named Chandler assisted me just to find out. I had accidentally ordered a women’s sweatshirt instead of a men’s. Turns out it was my error, but they replaced it with the correct one at no charge with no issue. Easy to get a hold of, answered promptly, great overall experience with customer service

When we made a mistake on the sizing of our order, the company quickly assisted us in getting this corrected !!! We are so happy because the quality and looks of the shirts are excellent !!!! We will DEFINITELY be ordering from here again!

Our friends daughter graduated from high school and is headed to college. Parents need congratulations too, so the college t-shirts of their daughter’s University was unexpected but loved! Can’t wait for move in day in August!
