-100,000 would be my review of that were a choice!!!’Chase Leonard and his clown 🤡 outfit company precision watch are nothing but thieves with a smile!!’They prey on the weak and uneducated…they proclaim to be the highest payers but clearly they are thousands below the lowest payers. Let my horror show of an experience be your guide to not walk away RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can !!!

The 'front of house' are amazing. I can't say enough great things about their level of customer service. My issues were with the high repair cost and a week after getting my ⌚ back the setting of the date is not flawless.

What should have been a simple repair on one watch and a battery replacement on another resulted in many visits and returns before the watches returned in working condition. Never going back

I was in your store on Saturday, 10/20/18 at around 5:00 pm. I was immediately and pleasantly greeted when I entered the store. I started looking at and talking about Bell watches with the salesman and then decided to look at the Rolex watches which I usually do when I come in your store. I like to look at them because I plan on purchasing one in about a year and a half and am still deciding on which one I want. I was talking to the salesman about the green Submariner, the Datejust 2 41, and the new red and blue with a black face GMT.-Master on the jubilee bracelet (the one I want the most). I noticed that the GMT was not in the case so I asked him if I would need to order this. He told me ‘No’ because whenever they get a popular one like that in, they only sell them to repeat customers. I said ‘Really!’ You really would not sell me that watch even if I had cash on me? He said ‘No’. I then said I am very sad to hear that. I’ve been to many Jewelry stores and none of them said this. I’m sorry to say I will most likely not purchase my Rolex here as a result of this.

I was leery of going to a bus mall to get my watch repairs done. Because I didn’t want a relationship with an establishment that looked at every interaction as an opportunity to be on an episode of “To Catch Thief”! I needed to have a watch battery replaced on my Tag Heuer (on a watch that was functioning properly on every level) and to be on my way. In my mind an establishment of any repute would’ve replaced the battery, checked the pressure seal( the reason given as to why it couldn’t be replaced in a hour) and tell me if the watch wasn’t functioning properly. While either replacing the battery and conducting a pressure test my watch was damaged. Be that as it may, Precision (on 8 APR 19) returned my watch, with an implied all clear, that everything was operational. I assumed my relationship with Precision had run it’s course and they had fulfilled their obligation based on trust and I could move on, THAT WAS NOT TO BE!!!On 12 APR 19, I noticed the date hadn’t changed since I received the watch on 8 APR 19, and I returned the watched. On 15 APR 19, i returned to pick up the watch and was informed of a mechanical problem and that they had lubed the watch and the problem could reoccur. Maybe it’s just me, but I would think as reputable establishment, after replacing the battery, and pressure checking the watch and insuring that it wasn’t stolen, would inform the customer that there was a problem, Precision did not do that, instead they gave me an all clear…I am underwhelmed with the service. I don’t want a relationship with that type of establishment.

I took my watch to precision for a diagnosis and estimate to repair it and was told the inside mechanisms needed to be replaced and the cost would be over $300 which surprised me because the watch wasn't that old and i had only worn it maybe 7 times over the 5 years i owned it . I was explaining this to the sales associate and another guy chimed in i have one piece of advise for you he said with a smartass remark fix it and wear it well i did just that i took it to my local jeweler and had it fixed for $195 and its been working since

Great AD to do business with. I bought a new Omega Speedmaster Pro from them. The whole purchase experience was smooth, prompt, and professional! David and Sergey were great to work with. Delivery was fast, item arrived with no issues at all. They did t actually have it in stock, but was able to get it in stock in 2 days!! Pricing was super competitive ever to online grey market dealers. Highly recommended!

Bob Sklar helped me to find the best watch for me, which turned out to be a Tudor Black Bay 41. I walked into the store prepared to purchase a Rolex Explorer, but Bob made a very good case for the Tudor. After some careful thought, I decided that I did indeed prefer the Black Bay to the Explorer. I appreciate that Bob did not pressure me in the least and was more concerned with helping me to choose the right watch instead of the more expensive one. I will be returning to Precision Watches when I am ready for my next timepiece.

The service I got from the man at precision was the best I've ever had at a jewellery store.He fix my chain and bracelet for a nice reasonable price.He does take the face covering very seriously you would too if you had a family member pass away from this pandemic. It's a very small price to pay for good workmanship.Thank you very much and I will be back with more broken jewellery eventually.

The staff at Precision Watches is always friendly, professional, and eager to assist when I stop in. They are down to earth and not snobbish like some other places that carry mid to high end watches. Pierre is very knowledgeable and Bob is fair when it comes to making a deal. Ernie is fantastic and I can always count on him to contact me and let me know when a watch comes in that I might be interested in ( He knows that I am a big fan of Omega Watches) . I recently sold a Rolex to Precision Watches and, as are many people who are considering an online option, I was a bit nervous about doing it. As it turned out, my concerns were unnecessary. Sergey Taver made the entire process painless and very fast. He is exceptionally responsive and professional. My experience with him began with my initial inquiry and a few email exchanges (including an offer) on a Saturday. The offer was fair and better than any other I had received. I shipped on Monday, received an offer confirmation on Tuesday after they had an opportunity to evaluate the watch, and the funds were transferred on Tuesday. I HIGHLY recommend Sergey Taver if/when anyone is considering such a sale. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
