I am NOT a happy customer! I purchased the red distressed prayer bowl and I received a light wood bowl. I've emailed them 3 times with no response at all. I just called them and you can't even speak to a person. It's a recording saying "we will return your call when we are back from the warehouse or when we return to the office" What a scam!
LED Wireless Charging Speaker does not work despite the mobile devices being compatible. Prayer Gift seems like a fly by night shop based in China as the website seems to have disappeared and there is no way to contact them. I wish i had read the reviews here first before rushing with my Christmas gifts purchases. Damn!
The Dailey routine chart has toggels and they do not work. I contacted them and their response was because we had written on it that it was now used so they would not replace. Very disappointing and very bad customer service. No idea how they think you would know it doesn't work until you start to use it. Gave them plenty of opportunity to replace and then heard nothing so reluctantly have to let everyone know to purchase elsewhere
The worst customer service ever!! They don't ship on time, they don't use the extra $$ you paid to expedite shipping, and they do NOT respond to customer service emails within 24 hours; sometimes they don't respond at all. There is no other way to contact this company. I found what I wanted on Etsy and received it in two days; maybe the item I purchased from prayer-gift.com will arrive eventually, and after Christmas when I needed it.
Ridiculous customer service. I have been waiting for over four months for my order. I have asked for a refund and told them what shocking experience this has been and got a crying emoji as a response, no "I'm sorry" or explanation. Terrible customer service do not buy from them. Who knows how long I will wait before I get a refund....
My item arrived broken. Sent 2 emails never to receive a response.Issued a complaint with Pay Pal... they resolved it by requesting I return it to China for a full refund! Only problem it would cost more to send then the refund.Do not do business with this company!

Product doesn't live up to expectation, and instead of offering the service they promote on their site (guaranteed refund), they either ignore your e-mails or come with ridiculous solutions (shipping back to their warehouse in Hong Kong, at your own costs - LOL). Wouldn't waste a dime at this webshop, I wish I could give them even less stars
The product is poorly made - cracking, missing pieces, and sliding pieces don’t function properly. They promote a 30 day money back guarantee that I have been trying to get for two weeks now. They want me to ship the product back to Hong Kong and are saying the product is ‘up to standard’.It’s not. I don’t expect to see a refund. Lesson learned!
