Is praktiker.gr Legit?

Their online store has terrible customer service. I received a defective product and it has been more than two weeks and they haven’t called back nor resolve it . In the meantime the product went out of stock so won’t be possible to replace . If I go to a store they will not give me a refund if I return it just credit for their store that I don’t need. Every time I call the customer service they tell me that I have to wait for them to call me back . Two weeks on still nothing

Terrible service. Untrained staff. Had to arrange my own pickup for recycling white goods. Order didn't arrive when they said. Paid to have the handle changed on my fridge. 6 weeks later ...still waiting for someone to fix it !!! No voucher for 30€ recycling as they said it wasn't on my invoice. What a mess . I won't be shopping there again

I ordered a cambinet via Praktiker web site on 14June 2024, I payed 15 June I sent the paymed. I never receive it and after many calls they informed me they canselled the order. I asked to refund my money, I send them again the receipt and my bank amount from 1rst August, I call them many times from then and they still tell me my demand is proceed. They are fraud

Worst experience ever. Ordered tiles that were supposed to be delivered within a week, then called them 2 weeks later to hear "there has been a mistake from the provider, it will come to you next week". 1 month later, still not delivered. I called again to cancel my order and they haven't given my money back yet. I'm taking them to legal court.

No customer service whatsoever. Being Canadian...and Canadians being known for being patient and polite....it took literally every ounce of self control not to lose my mind. I'm also half Greek so I can also understand and speak the language. Everyone who works there is a "specialist" but in what...avoiding helping customers? We were told to wait for the air conditioner "specialist" and 20 minutes later were told to come back later or tomorrow. Lots of people standing around but not doing anything and literally go in the opposite direction if they see you approaching. Then went to the cashier to purchase a couple of items only to have her lock her register and take off to help a customer while customers were waiting in line....probably because she was calling someone for assistance but nobody came! The person in customer service told me and the other customers to go to the next register and she would be right there but she never came! The other cashier came back and then left again...and someone else finally opened the other register. 15 minutes waiting in line for 2 items....and to think we were going to purchase air conditioning from them! Nope...promptly went somewhere else for AC and will be going to smaller independent storefrom now on even if more expensive. Never again Praktiker!

Nightmare for tiles Really disappointed , shipping date not guarantee, neither respected . After 30 days of paid order they said one more month to wait. So September ...the building company stopped to build the house... Don't trust to them No one answers , customer service doesn't speak English. Disaster . Update 4 September ...nothing yet . No answer, no tiles, no money..nothing . they are just thieves

Praktiker in Greece has a very bad delivery schedule. It seems that any goods ordered online never delivered for a month or even later - they adviertise delivery withn 7 days!. Also trying to call them is very time consuming and telephone operators can do very little to resolve your problem and get delivery of the goods that have been paid. It is a shame alos that No manager is available to talk on the phone and that Praktiker management donot see this problem.

Awful experience 😔 Order 2 inverter with free installation, when we went to pick up them they informed us that there isn't any free installation.Try to call the customer service and after waiting almost an hour they told they are busy and they will call me back....never happened.It's a shame!

Believe all the other reviews and avoid this company if you want to receive your order. Products ordered in May, no delivery and no answer on call centre or when they answer they say they are too busy and hang up.

Praktiker Online is a big Scam! Aftter writing a review on Skroutz they called me immediately. Before they never answered, took my money and never delivered the product until today! They only called me to pursade me to delete the review on Skroutz. Skroutz seems important to them. They offered me a 30 Euro discount from my almost 500 Euros already paid and they even gave me a delivery date for my product and asked me to delete the review on Skroutz. Also they told me, that I could from now on always contact them with a certain Mail adress they gave me, in case of any further problems. Positive: they sent the 30 Euros. Negative: they still have 439 Euros that they stole from me! The delivery date came, but they never delivered. And of course they do not respond at all, after writing many Mails.

Praktiker is a joke shop. I got an A/C unit from them. After it took ages to deliver it took more time to send an installer. The work done was abysmal at best. The unit is working (this is a miracle) but it rains water down my neighbours. Several calls later I am still waiting. No use contacting their customer service. This is only a title. They do not know what the term means.

Worse customer service ever! My order never arrived; they simply don’t answer the call, transfer me to other call-center and keep me on hold for hours!

Their customer service helpline 2109940000 seems to be manned by people of severely diminished mental accuity. During one of the 7 calls I made with an inquiry about progress of an on-line order, I spoke to 9 people. This went on for 32 minutes until the line went dead. Each one transferred me to someone else after telling me I needed to speak to the 'Sales Department'. If the 'Sales Department' actually exists (I have my doubts) I have been unable to be connected to it after 7 attempts by telephone. Really appalling company.

Too much delay on the delivery and absolutely no help from customer service. I order a door and door handles. The estimated delivery was 4-7 days. The door isn't here after more that 10 days and the handles are estimated to take more than 20 days to be delivered. In the mean time the call center and the customer support was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. The couldn't inform me on the delivery dates and after more that 12 calls the gave me a date for the door delivery and guess what ? They didn't bring the product.

Terrible CS ever 😡😡😡 they are bull***shi**tting you and they don't even listen to what you are saying! like they read from a script🤬🤬🤬 Our W machine is broken we made on online order we are still waiting !! Calling them and calling the delivery company!!! They are playing Tennis 🤬🤬😡😡we calling them everyday and from the morning till they close in the afternoon!! We have been like this for almost one month !! They are scammers 😡😡😡😡

I ordered and paid 500 euros for a washing in February 2024 and it is now the 23rd May 2024. I have never received the item or a refund despite making many calls to the customer service department and sending many emails. When you tell them why you are calling they literally put the phone down on you. VERY VERY BAD. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM.

I had a great experience with the customer support of praktiker.grI wanted to make changes to the delivery address of the purchased product and the way the courrier should deliver. The woman (I think her name was Meletia) made the changes quickly and easily.What is amazing, is that later she called me (!!) to ask if I wanted to make another addition to the changes that I should have asked but I forgot!! I have never had such an experience with any shopping support and I want to congratulate Praktiker.gr for having such employees who respect and add value to their job.

Really bad customer service. I have place an order 24 Nov 23 I have received 22nd December only 1 piece out of the 3 in the order. I have called them multiple times passing me like a tennis ball from one line to another to tell again the same story to another person. In the end call tomorrow advised as the person dealing w my order is not there. Never again will buy from their eshop. I would suggest you improve your services or make disclaimers on the huge delays and incomplete orders arriving to our hands.

We ordered items from the Rhodes store in February 2023, it is now May 26th, no goods have arrived. We have tried contacting them, no luck, no one interested. This company will cease trading very soon given these reviews. If only it made sense to the people who work there that they will no longer have a job unless they develop some competence in fullfilling orders. They can only be described as scammers at the moment.
