Is powerplanetonline.com Legit?

I bought a cell phone and the screenprotector is missing, in the description on the website it was written it was included. The battery of the cell phone, according to reviews is supposed to be very powerful. It is not at all, it last less then my previous phone. Not sure if it is the product I got is faulty from Powerplanet or if it like it is.

I ordered 2 new hardrives for my NAS from a well known brand. They where delivered in 2 days even though sent from Spain to Portugal, and very well wrapped. Each was inside it's own special air wrapper that looked like a space suite, and both inside a special bag with even more protection, really great packaging together with a great price. I did a lot of research and ended up choosing this model. It doesn't disappoint and corresponds to the many positive reviews found on various websites.Shipping went smoothly and in two days the order (#1394901) was delivered.

Good:- Quick Delivery;- Very well packaged;- Constant information about the status of the shipping;- No problems found in the product up to date; Not so good:- The product is Silver Blue and not White as advertised. This product doesn't have white version;- I received 3 codes to get the package from the locker from PowerPlanet, Nacex and Locky. Very confusing. Needed a call to Nacex;- The price was €69,95 first time on site. Next day was €71,11 when ordered (I thought, that's bad luck). After placed the order the price returned to €69,95 until today. That was odd. I hope PowerPlanet has an explanation for this because i don't understand why.

Great seller! Good prices and really fast delivery. I ordered a vacuum that is out of stock on the producer company website (order 1399063), it arrived within a couple of days. Black Friday deal was not to be missed so ordered one more, as a gift for my friend!

Problem with delivery company. They use MRW for their deliveries, which failed to deliver due to "incomplete address". However, this address is used all the time without any issues. Power planet sent an email to reach out for MRW but it's impossible to reach them as the phone call is always dropped. In the meanwhile, MRW sent an autamated email to reach PowerPlanet regarding this issue. They should invest in a more reliable delivery partner.

The package nº 1388935 came on time, in good conditions and the cellphone was according to expectations. Cheaper than anywhere else. Placed an order on 9th September. Invoice said delivery was on September 28th. Nothing has come and just checked online status and it says order has not been processed. They took payment efficiently though!

The package number 1390724 arrived on time and It was delivered well packaged. Just one observation: the product was advertised at one price, but at the checkout stage it was shown to be 3 euros more expensive. Even so, I decided to buy it.
