OG sent wrong printer thermal film. I called to get a correction. 2nd guy was offended b/c I ansked him to repeat the model number of my printer he was ordering for. We had a bad connection, and I didn't want a repeat of receiving wrong item. Thank fully, that guy turned me over to a better representative.I was promised a refund for the origional wrong item, but todate, Sept. 24th, i have received nothing. No refund, no return instructions. Nada. I did, however, finally get the proper thermal film. So you get 1 star, otherwise I'd be looking for another vendor.

I work in a high stress environment, Milspec packaging for a major turbine engine manufacturer and when things go wrong the stress level is extremely elevated. I rely on the labeling process, without it my entire department grinds to a halt. I have used POSguys IT help two times now and both times the help was unrivaled, never have I received such humble service. Like I said before, I was borderline in a panic and Robert offered a calming influence and was extremely knowledgeable. He did not want to leave me until my issue was resolved, almost like a friend helping through a tough time. Such exceptional service, unmatched in my experiences with IT. I ordered a thermal printer from POS Guys because the price was less than our recommended supplier. After ordering, Arden called me to advise that this model is not Bluetooth compatible and an adapter would be needed for our usage. Even with the additional part, it was still less expensive. I appreciate that he recognized the limitation before it was shipped so that it would be ready-to-use when received. Adapter was easy to install and the item works perfectly.

They were out of stock on our original item, but their customer support reached out within 20 minutes of placing the order to let us know. They found a nearly identical model and processed the order fast. Great customer service and fast shipping, highly recommend

Tracking the shipments and deliveries is very cumbersome. I have 3 tracking numbers for each of my orders. FedEx does not recognize all of the numbers. Also, it would be nice if when you click on the tracking number in your order history it would pull the tracking for that order and not take you to FedEx's website and request you enter the tracking number again.

Spectacular customer service. I was out of the 30 day return period, but because the equipment was unused they accepted a return for a full credit. They didn't have to, they could have said too bad and moved on. They have created a customer for life.
