poscentral.com.au Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives poscentral.com.au a pretty low trust score on the platform: 16.2. It signals that the business could be defined by the following tags: Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 16.2 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to poscentral.com.au's industry. The algorithm flagged its seemingly suspicious success, even with a newly registered domain. It also detected high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Controversial. High-Risk. Unsafe. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying away from this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning poscentral.com.au, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between poscentral.com.au and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of poscentral.com.au. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of poscentral.com.au, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. poscentral.com.au is a suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

Very happy with my purchase from POS Central very happy with responsiveness and service from Andrew and Aaron.I had issues with the unit at first as it's much different to the simple units we've been using.I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Zebra who couldn't figure it out, they then sent me to a local Zebra Printer seller for repair and they advised nothing wrong with it.Got a call from Andrew asking if it was all going alright and he put me on the phone with Aaron who sorted it out in 5 minutes.
Bad/ no customer support. They sold a faulty product to us and we are still behind them for a refund even after returning it within one month return period. We bought the product from POS central and they blame the manufacturing company for late response. Not at all recommended.
Buying high-quality cash drawers at POS Central has been one of the best decisions I took for the betterment of my business. Excellent quality of the products, timely delivery and reasonable prices has assured me that my business is going to touch new heights of growth.
We purchased a faulty machine and they refuse to refund or issue a credit, stating it is the fault of our labels. Seriously terrible customer service and the worst experience. Do not buy from these criminals!
Excellent Service. Thanks for fast shipping, POS Central is totally superb. I did be happy to buy products again from this company.
Bought the POS system from them. Their website problem and double charge me. Had to call them at least 4 times to get refund, the last time I threat to let paypal deal with it. The thermal printer did not come with a LAN cable but it is ok as LAN cable is very common. Faulty printer anyway, the support guy waste 2 hours of mine to reset it like times before we are both agreed that it is faulty. Sent back, take them 1.5 week once received to give me refund after 5,6 phone calls and 4 emails. Tried to push the blame on to me about the dent, scratch or something like that (which I am 100% sure that it is definitely not there nor it is my fault). Anyway, threat to let paypal to deal with it to get my refund. Still have to cope the postage cost back to them. I will let paypal deal with that postage cost.
Wow!, I have dealt with some poor companies in my time but this has to be my worst experience to date.I purchased a $1,500 Mpop POS system in white early December 2020. I was phoned by someone telling me that the white barcode reader was out of stock and it could be around 4 business days for it to arrive, so I waited. As no one had even contacted me and it is now mid January, I emailed them, nothing!. After two weeks I sent a more annoyed email as no one was responding to my questions. Then someone did and he was from Australia (oh, this is an Australian company, using a New Zealand website and has staff here, but a lot of their stock comes from Australia). He said it was sent two weeks ago and in 15 minutes, the courier deemed the package as lost. Ok, my business is shipping and exporting, when a parcel is lost, they launch an investigation and it takes at least two weeks before they get back to you, so don't lie!.Well then I was told they were sending me a replacement of the one that was lost now.The unit arrived as mentioned, but the barcode reader is black, my desk and the rest of the system is white, so why would I want black. I told them they can return it and I will wait until the white model comes in. They told me at least 8 weeks before they arrive, to which I agreed.Returning the black barcode reader was an awesome experience too. The person who lied to me originally started getting pushy and tried 4 times for me to accept a black machine. I lost my $fut by this stage and let him have it. Finally he listened and organised the return of the wrong item. Two days ago I got an email from POS Central saying they have processed the refund and I should have the funds back in my account for the barcode reader. Um, I purchased this Mpop package as one not individually. I agreed the wait time was what it is and accepted that, so why did you refund me, was it too difficult to complete a simple transaction.I have now contacted another company, which they have a white one in stock and it is $50 cheaper. If you are after no customer service, this is the place to come!.
Grate support, thanks Kane for your prompt response.

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
