Is porsche-design.com Legit?

Having bought a pair of sunglasses at full list price from the website, I was disappointed that the inner part of the case detached after just a few days. These things happen but the response from customer service was disappointing, having to ship the empty and broken case back to Germany before a replacement could be sent (despite sending a photos over email). Let's apply common sense and put customer loyalty first, over a friction filled and expensive returns process.

My suitcase finally arrived after being stuck in Customs for weeks... it’s perfect but ordering from Germany to UK is Super difficult and stressful after Brexit. Be aware of that!

Trustpilot does work indeed! Two days after the review was published, Porsche Design wrote me an apology and sent me a new lighter. I think that I should honestly show the change and I’ve accordingly rated three stars. Render unto Caesar…

Excellent service, cheaper than most and tracked delivery in just over a week from Germany.

Products are marginal quality, priced about 3X anything reasonable and there is NO SERVICE AT ALL. Place an order and WAIT. You will not be notified of shipping. You will not be notified of anything. Your ONLY option is to email them, or call them, for a tracking number or wait a few weeks while they discover they lost your order. They will not notify of that either, but many of us, after spending many hundreds of dollars on five or six dollars worth of bling start to wonder...weeks later...where's my stuff? Gotta call them to find out. The clothes are stylish, low quality, OVERPRICED by about 10X, and deliver takes your own superhuman effort to accomplish. But it does say "Porsche" on some items, and that's cool. Frankly, I have about 4 Porsche Design T-Shirts now....and I will never go back.Easier to hire someone to make it.

Shocking customer service. Returned an item 3 weeks ago, had confirmation they received it back but no refund. They don’t reply to emails. Initiating the return in the first place was hard enough.

Absolutely rubbish service !!!Ordered some valve caps more than 3 weeks ago, DHL shipment details showed they haven’t received the item yet, wrote number of emails to Porsche no replies, phone calls no answered !! I will not buy from them again

DO NOT BUY FROM PORSCHE DESIGN ONLINE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. If only I had checked the reviews on trust pilot first as many of them reflect my experience. I did not check with trust pilot as I have a porsche tacan purchased from a main uk dealer and they have been very good and just assumed the online shop would provide the high levels of service expected from porsche. How wrong was I and a big mistake my part. The porsche online shop is nothing to do with the UK. Its in germany so if you order any clothing and its the wrong size you have to return to germany. The return process is an absolute nightmare - it took me about 2 hours to fill in all the customs paperwork required, get proformas from porsche etc. but i persevered as the jacket i got was the wrong size and quite frankly quality was poor. I heard nothing for 4 weeks then ( and you won't believe this) the box i sent off landed back on my door step. No email, no explanation, nothing. Ive emailed porsche 4 times now and got no response. i have chased my refund - nothing. its like they don't exist. Never, never , never shall i buy from porsche online again. absolute joke of a company. will keep you all posted as things develop if they develop, but as of right now they owe me £269 for over a month

Good product, rapid delivery, very happy!

I ordered goods from Porsche Design, the price included UK 20% vat at point of purchase. My order came from Germany, DHL sent me a Customers bill to settle before they would deliver. On delivery the customs bill also included vat (ie double paid vat). DHL said Porsche paperwork issue. Porsche apologised and said they would refund the vat. Over one month later no refund and Porsche Design are ignoring my emails. Poor ordering process and Customer Service stopping me ordering from them again :(

Am embarrassment for Porsche how they let this third party cause so much brand damage.Ordered on the 11th Feb package still stuck in Germany and customer service ignore all email and request to cancel. They blame Brexit with snide comments!!Have to involve Amex who are brilliant as ever and refunded payment.

Customer Support does not exist for Porsche Design on-line sales.I ordered 3 items, returned 2, and never received a refund or credit. I sent multiple e-mails to their "customer support" e-mail, no reply at all. The phone number goes nowhere. No one ever answers the phone, most options just tell you to call back later.So I'm out the $700 for the items I returned.

I have owned Porsche a design briefcase and the tech flex pens for a few years. The quality of both has been disappointing to say the least. The locks broke on the briefcase in less than a year and the pen lids became stretched and no loner fit the pens. To make maters worse i can get no response from Porsche design. I understand the compelling need to support a brand like Porsche but their product quality and service DO NOT come close to justifying the price.

I have 2 pairs of Porsche design reading glasses , when jet washing my car the nose bridge fell off of the pair which hang from my neck , can I get a replacement nose bridge from them ? No, premium brand with a couldn’t care less regard to customers . We’re talking about a £2 plastic nose bridge here Porsche. I also have their coffee machine and kettle which I will not buy again due to your lack of understanding customer loyalty.

Wrong invoice (no VAT & no company name mentioned). Customer Support at porsche-design refuses to send me the correct invoice... Such a brand, such a shame...Oh, and the product delivered was not the one I ordered. So also wrong product, with the explanation it is no longer available.

I bought an expensive watch, waited 4 months for it to arrive only to discover that one of the dials was not working as it should. Then I waited 7 days for the support team to get back to me. I´m still waiting for them to figure out this internally. Seriously considering a refund even though i love the watch. Get your act together Porsche Design! This is NOT Porsche luxury brand quality in any way neither for your product nor customer service!Changing this to 1 star after even more disappointments. What a shame of such a great brand!

I ordered a pair of trousers in the sale which I returned to Porsche Design as those were too large.Porsche Design works with UPS who is currently unable to handle the post Brexit customs process.57 days after I sent back the trousers, the parcel is still stuck with UPS and Porsche Design is not accepting responsibility for the contractor denying me the refund.Be careful when ordering online from Porsche Design as their logistics are rather weak and their e-commerce staff is not supportive when raising such issues.

I ordered Christmas presents from Porsche Design in mid December as they posted on social media that they could still guarantee delivery before the 25th.I contacted them on the 24th to ask where my delivery was and they said it was still in the warehouse and would come after Christmas.They emailed today and said that as one of the items is out of stock they've cancelled the whole order and if I want any of the items I need to start the process again.I've owned Porsche vehicles for the last few years and really didn't expect this from a prestige brand.

Extremely poor quality P-Icon polo. Customer service extremely poor, inconsiderate, and non-responsive. Purchased polo during winter holiday period 2022. Upon opening noticed a very dengy colored off-white shirt with both collar and arm elastic over-stretched and non consistent with normal body shape. Returned the shirt expecting refund but was re-buffed several weeks later. Was asked to send an email escalating the matter to manager and have heard nothing to date.
