Is porcelainsuperstore.co.uk Legit?

I ordered a sample of the rock graphite outdoor tile. The sample was great and based on that i decided to place a bulk order. Slabs arrived on time and delivery driver was really helpful. However when checking through the slabs the majority looked as if they were cracked or damaged. I contacted Porcelain Superstore who advised it was 'veining' and that is how the slab should look. I explained i was not happy with this look and argued it didnt look like that online or on the sample i had ordered and advised i would be returning. I was told i would have to pay to return these slabs. As you can imagine to return a heavy item was extremely costly. I have since received my refund but would urge potential customers to read the wording on the advertisement and enlarge the photos so you can have a true picture of what you are going to receive.

We had some damaged tiles following a recent delivery. After notifying Porcelain help desk they replaced them within 2 days which was really helpful. Thanks Emily at the help desk for arranging this.

Disappointing Quality and Service – Would Not RecommendI ordered tiles from Porcelain Superstore to expand a kitchen project using the exact same tile I’d ordered previously. Unfortunately, the "same" tiles were actually a few millimeters off in size, an issue only noticeable once they were partially installed. Customer service pointed to a vague batch disclaimer buried in their terms, and they refused to offer any compensation, even though they never made us aware of this critical difference when placing a repeat order. Poor quality control and lack of accountability – I wouldn’t trust them for any future project!

I ordered 15 packs of Canyon Beige 2cm Outdoor Tiles. I understand tiles can vary in appearance but was disappointed to see these were a completely different colour to what was advertised. Due to the practicalities of laying the slabs I decided to accept the order but wanted to let the customer services team know the product was not sold to specification.Considering I'd accepted their error, I thought I would at least be treated with some respect but instead of at least an apology I was provided with Ts&C's as to why the situation was my fault. It's not my fault they sell products with false advertising.I now see in the Google reviews this is a common occurrence and had I checked that first I could have avoided this company.

Customer service is non existent. Ordered tiles for our bathroom. Part of the order arrived within 2 days…when chasing the rest of it, we were told they had been damaged in transit and returned to the depot, fair enough, when are the rest coming…don’t know…we kind of need them as per us paying £36 for express delivery…we should be able to get them to you for monday…fabulous!!! Another part of the order turns up on Monday…back wall of shower tiles still missing…another chase up…we don’t know, they’ll be 7-10 days, nope, that’s not what your website said, our delivery note states next day delivery…well that’s wrong and if you don’t stop interrupting me I’ll hang up…erm I was talking and you interrupted me but ok…you know what? Cancel and refund my order and delivery charge and you need never hear from me again…EMILY did indeed hang up on me…shocking

Absolutely fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble even when I made no sense when I phoned about different tiles! We had a back order on one set and we were kept up to date when they would be delivered. The tiles themselves are excellent quality and our tiler said the same. Will definitely use Porcelain Superstore again!

I can't recommend this company enough. They have been super helpful, really swift at responding and have even offered opinions on style when asked! The tiles have been perfect. We are having a home refurbishment and have got thw bathroom, kitchen and garden tiles from them. Much better value than other places we have visited. Also really quick delivery. The aftercare has been excellent. Highly recommend! And thank you :)

. A real person to communicate with.. Phone answered promptly.. A friendly and welcoming voice to speak to.. Agent familiar with the product and was able to give advice.. Web site organised and easy to navigate.. A plentiful selection of tiles to choose from.. Price range diverse and not overly expensive.. Samples sent by post arrived quickly and the packing process was environmentally friendly - all cardboard material.

Extremely rude customer services ,on the first delivery date didn't show up and had the wrong phone number for which they blamed on me !! So 2nd attempt didn't turn up either 3rd time lucky , get them first before the workmen they do not deliver when promised, they are actually good quality and should be for the price

We were looking for specific tiles and could not find the style or colour that we wanted until I came across Porcelain Superstore. We ordered samples which were delivered super fast and were exactly what we were looking for!We went ahead and ordered the tiles which were delivered ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, a number of tiles were damaged in transit but on contacting customer service, Emily promptly replied and helped with our query. Really great service! We cannot wait to finish our project now and are thankful for finding Porcelain Superstore.

After being recommended, I visited their website and placed an order for some floor tiles. Delivery was available in 3 days and they duly turned up in perfect condition. When placing the order I made a mistake with the delivery. I phoned them and was helped and had my mistake corrected with zero fuss(shout out to Lesley). Tiles are also great so I'm a very happy customer

We were looking for some special tiles which were proving impossible to find in the UK, and went through Porcelain Superstore to get these from a third supplier on special order. Porcelain Superstore have been great and very fast in getting us a quote for these and putting in the order for us. We've been talking mostly to Liz about this and her responsiveness has been excellent. Good customer service, a smooth journey from request to delivery, and a fairly reasonable price. Thank you!

Awful tiles, misleading in images on website. Abysmal customer service over the phone. That they don't accept returns on partial orders is daylight robbery, if the boxes are untouched and in good condition they should accept them. Go to other tile store with two T's in their name, they are so friendly and helpful. I wish I'd done the whole bathroom in the other tiles I ordered from TT' as Porcelain Superstore tiles look terrible, cheap, difficult to mastic, just horrendous.

The tiles are ok. I ordered 2.5 sq mt or times and some adhesive. This was delivered in 2 different orders so they gave me 2 pallets. I had to pay the council 20 pounds each to remove them as they would not take them back.

The tiles were chosen from a free sample. They arrived exactly as advised in perfect condition. The look both elegant and unique in our kitchen and receive compliments from everyone who sees them. We are so happy with the company that we are now sourcing floor and wall tiles for our ensuite.

Really poor experiance. They don’t accept PayPal and wanted to spread the payments. I have an excellent credit history and Klarna didn’t allow me to spread the payments so had to go with Victoria Plumbing. Shame.

Bought some tiles from this company a couple of weeks ago, layed them myself last week. I was a bit concerned about the wood effect wearing off the tiles, however after ordering a sample and carrying out my own product testing, i gave it the green light. The tiles arrived in good condition and were very reasonably priced, compared with other slabs. Also, the customer service was top-notch. Overall I'm delighted with the product and the service i received. Thank you.

The company redeemed itself after a delivery with many broken tiles. A second delivery was reported as damaged by the carrier so a third was sent and received overnight thanks to Lesley. Clearly there are problems in the warehouse but the support staff are excellent. I have my tiles so I am well satisfied.

I was really disappointed with this company. The delivered the tiles to the wrong address and refused to correct this mistake and refused to give us a refund for their error.

Was very happy with price and speed of delivery. When they were delivered two of the tiles were smashed, reported to Porcelain, Emily replied quickly and confirmed they could replace the two tiles. Very impressed, no hassle or quibbles, just sorted and dispatched in couple of days.Cannot fault them and makes a pleasant surprise, rather than the nightmares you usually get.
