Is popzora.com Legit?

Ordered two dresses, really poor quality, to small and offer 20% discount, if I returned them it would cost me £19 to send back to China - STAY WELL AWAY FROM THiS COMPANY- Disgusting level of products and service.

I ordered over $100 (12 pieces) worth of items through Popzora and I am disappointed in the fact that I can't review individual items so that each seller can get feedback. I have learned my lesson before, and so, I am VERY CAREFUL about reading the sizing on every item. Some items I haven't even received yet - it still says processing - and it's been well over a month. So far out of what I have received, 1 has been really nice. The others don't look anything like the photos. One item was so bad I just threw it away - The sleeves were 6" longer than the body and the body was way too short! From now on I'm checking Trustpilot before I order anything online.

Bad/scam companies are posting FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They have people FROM THEIR COMPANY write positive reviews for THEMSELVES, but if you look closely at the grammar, they are very similarly bad and obviously written by a foreigner: clearly their own Chinese scam business. NEVER GIVE THESE BUSINESSES YOUR MONEY. These guys and Wish will never go away if we don't boycott!

Earlier time I ordered 3 beautiful clothes by viewing online pictures.I paid $61.60.2 items never arrived.The other piece arrived after 1 month. It was totally different from the picture online. I wish there were option for me to post the picture of the clothes barely put together by the worst materials to make it an item in the delivery bag. They refused to do a refund, saying to give 15% as compensation.

The clothes look gorgeous and the prices so low BUT BUYER BEWARE! The quality is not always that great and loads of delivery, out of stock and return issues. Check out the size charts for every outfit, though the size shown may be up to 5 or 6x the measurements are so tiny. I might purchase something just to use the fabrics but unless you're an anorexic 12 year old these clothes will not fit real women.

Finally received order, very disappointing clothing. They are a rough texture, not cotton linen, and sizing is a joke !! Terrible products, save your money and buy American products! Took over 2 months to arrive, so much for 10-20 day shipping as stated. They must pay Google alot to push their website as it pops up constantly, that's why i gave them a chance, NEVER AGAIN !!ALWAYS BUY AMERICAN.!! NOTCHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS. DON'T BE FOOLED, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM !!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! SO DISAPPOINTED...Pozora advertises items that look great on their site but then if anything ever ships it is poor quality and barely resemble the item purchased. And shipping takes FOREVER!! - after more than a month without receiving my order - I cancelled through my credit card company.

Do not buy! Received knock-off, poor quality pants that were advertised as a name brand. You basically can’t return anything (they warn of long shipping and customs costs, basically saying it’s risky and it might not arrive back to them). They offer 15% of cost back in lieu- another sign it’s a scam!

Ordered cardigan made of heavy corse knit with 5 buttons. Received, after several weeks,flimsy thin cardigan of different style and color with 4 buttons.When requested return service I received a long and complicated instructions about how much it will cost me to return it to China. First time in my 40 years in America I am faced with such a lousy service. It was my first and last purchase from Popzora.

Scam. They used photos of name brand shoes with markings removed (I didn't realize this or recognize the shoes as brandname until searching later) and sent absolute junk that didn't look anything like the photo. Was not wearable. No way to resolve except sending them back to China and that shipping costs almost as much as the shoes.

I ordered 5 things from popzora ,only 1 thing fit me .it took 5 months to receive my order .sizing is horrible . The material cheaply made buyer beware. Don't waste your money or expect the right size my shirts would fit my 10 year old granddaughter ,like for example , a size 2x it like a size 5 and so on the company foes not respond to any emails at all I was totally ignored , worst professional ever

Bought a couple of items from them, the sizing is completely ridiculous and then when you do try to return/exchange it's a complete nightmare --- they can't/won't do it. They aren't responsible for return shipping, yet - if you have questions, feel free to contact them. So, now stuck with two dresses ordered for my daughter's wedding that wouldn't fit my nine year old niece, even though they are listed as the size I wear. Stay away from this company - totally not worth the aggravation.

I ordered a sweater dec 12 2019 and have received nothing, they have replied saying it is on its way, the tracking has not been updated, I want either my money or my sweater. It is now Feb 7th finally I received a black cheap sweater that wasn't anything like I ordered, and it had a nasty chemical smell. These people are cheats, they bate and switch

Extremely Disappointing! I have contacted Popzora several times since December 17 about items that have not shipped on my order PZ65814. Today, I have requested a refund for the second time. It has been 7 days since my last email to them and perhaps a Class Action suit may be an option as suggested by Dorothy W.

possibility the worst return iv'e ever seen can't get to a service rep.My wife passed away between the time she ordered it and we received it but there is no way to contact them anybody want to buy a pair of boots and a sweater

Picture are not identical with what you get.Picture shows felted gloves which looks high quality, delivered were fleece gloves with polyester leaves looking real cheap.I'm glad, I didnt't order somethin big.

The photographers do an excellent job of misrepresenting the quality of the product. Fabric quality is poor. Sizing is inaccurate. Shipping is more like two months rather than 10-20 days. Return policy is liberal, but you have to pay to ship to China, which will cost more than the product. I was so excited about this site, their clothes were so cute, I loved everything I saw, but it was ALL TRASH.I did a lot of my Christmas shopping at this sight, none of it arrived by Christmas. I made my order the end of November, most arrived the beginning of February. I will NEVER use this site again.

I was naive. There is no phone # or address for Popzora. I ordered $145 worth of clothing, then spent hours on email communications and shipping tracking to finally receive my 8 items 2 1/2 to 3 months later. Only 1 item was what I expected. Some wrong fabrics and 1 is wrong size.

Hi all, should've read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered a sweater on October 11, 2019, and paid for express shipping, 7-10 days...it was supposed to be a gift for a party tomorrow, Oct 27th, and it has not yet arrived!! I am so angry! If there were additional 'processing days', as one reply said, it should have been mentioned, but it wasn't and although popzora took my money the first hour after I ordered it, I still have no product, with no explanation. I will be reporting this to the BBB, and will not order here again. I will stick with Amazon Prime who always gets my orders to me either the next day or a day later!

Ordered 2 jackets on December 10 and paid for express shipping on one of them. I was shocked that the one with standard shipping is being sent first- and the tracking number was sent to USPS on December 20! The order with express shipping has yet to be packaged or shipped, it's been more than 2 weeks, their website has shut down, and now I have to go buy something else entirely for a night time, outdoor wedding that is in 8 days. I'm disgusted. I will be filing a fraud claim with the bank.

Ordered the VANS checkerboard slip on and they sent me fake VANS that didn't even attempt to look real. Look at the pics. What even is this? Offered me $4.20 back.
