What was once a good company (service) has plunged into a surge pricing scheme .Customer service that can’t answer a question and just double talks with excuses .I had always recommended them but now I’ll be doing the opposite, too bad !

My Laundry Pro is the absolute best. She’s kind she’s courteous and she does an amazing job on my laundry. As someone who can’t get out much to actually do laundry, this service has been a godsend.

Had the best laundry experience with Poplin for the first 2 orders and even though I was less than satisfied with the 3rd order they made up for it by offering me a credit to make up for it. Super fast pick up and delivery with a seamless app that makes scheduling a breeze. Clothes came back smelling fresh, meticulous packed and folded. Every time I have used Poplin has been amazing. I wish I had started using them sooner. I was afraid at first that a laundry service would be too expensive; It's not. It reasonably priced, even when I have two months worth of laundry it has proven affordable. The launderers told me when they would arrive for the laundry ad roughly when they would return. It's done within a day or two every time. I always separate my whites and they keep them separate. They return the clothes separated and neatly folded. They save so much time and effort that it's worth way more than they charge. I always end up tipping almost as much as the base charge because they do such a fantastic job!

I am a busy single mom and at times I feel so overwhelmed it gets to me mentally and emotionally to not have a strong support system and no one to tap me out when I feel depleted. I feel my entire day is consumed by doing household chores and laundry is an all-day event. I had poplin reach out to me and gave me credits to give it a try for the first time. My first time experience, I felt like a weight had been lifted off of me. I left my laundry out by my door, they washed, folded, and returned my laundry the next day. for the first time in a long time, I had extra time for myself, and it was glorious. I had a self-care day. the laundry was already folded and all I had to do was put it away. The clothes smelled amazing, and they were not wrinkled. I had washed a particular white bath robe multiple times in my community washer, but I never got the stains off of my robe. so I was surprised how poplin was able to return like-new. There have been some instances where a laundry pro (you are not always guaranteed the same laundry pro) returned my laundry damp and it was unfortunate, but poplin was ready to make it right immediately. I have been using poplin for about 12+ months with out any issue! I can’t recommend this service enough to everyone I talk to. It has allowed me so much freedom from laundry all while feeling comfortable and safe. My laundry always comes back neatly folded, feesh and clean. Service is impeccable and I have the ability to select my favorite people to handle my things.

Best way to get your laundry done fast and well by courteous laundry pros. They charge by the pound and I've found that it costs about the same, or less, than using a laundromat and it saves you the hassle of doing it yourself. You get your clothes back nicely folded, clean and smelling great. Love Poplin!

My laundry pro is so amazing, always.brings back my clothes beautifully folded smelling so fresh and clean. I was in a very bad car accident and broke both legs, my ankle and 3 ribs and have been having a really rough time getting my clothes washed but I know I never have to worry about my family and I having clean clothes because poplin and my laundry pro get the job done taking all my extra stress away. I am disgusted with this company and their lack of professionalism to rectify a complaint. I had my clothing laundered a couple weeks ago and thought it to be a good service. I specifically asked that my blouses and tops NOT be dried in a dryer but hung only. i got my laundry back and happily hung them in my closet. Two weeks go by and I decide to wear one of the tops that was laundered by Poplin. Come to find that several of the blouses were shrunk to the point of being unwearable and ruined. I emailed the company to let them know and also canceled the service I had setup for today. I received an email from their concierge stating that because I didn't inform them of the damage within 48 hours, it's not their fault. It IS their fault that my shirts were shrunk and ruined!! Period!! I want my clothes replaced and my money back!! They could have provided some type of compensation for my ruined clothes but chose to just say "Oh, we're sorry"?!?! I'm furious!! 😠

Update: I got a flyer for this service in the mail and the we code takes you to a site where you can order this service and not use the app, I never downloaded it either. I referred this service to my boyfriend and he sent out my clothes and his. We never got a notification aside from an email that the clothes were delivered. Poplin states they have a contactless delivery which their drivers prefer. So no knock or call only an email. They also use clear bags so your stuff is visible. My expensive tour clothing items were in there and a homeless man picked up roughly 15 lbs of clothes. My boyfriend reached out and they take no responsibility you can see their response yourself on this website. he nor I will ever use this service again or recommend this. They could have issued some sort of compensation as this was the first time he used this service and my third. the representative on the phone was rude, the lack of care.. As well as due the erroneous circumstances we should have been credited. Back to dropmint I guess at least they have the decency to knock. Customer loyalty apparently means nothing to poplin. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Edit. Do you guys not know we can’t reply here to your reply on trust pilot? Yes. I saw your response are you asking my opinion on your lack of care?, your company lost business and all you had to do was make this right. Instead yall want to fight with your customers. All they had to do was knock. We were home and these replies from poplin are snarky and unhelpful. I don’t recommend anyone use this service, they don’t care!!!

Get Cleaning and turn around time. I I am disabled it on my own and appreciate companies like this. They do such a great job at such a great price.
