I purchased the bench in memory of our mom and dad to place on their property up north. It’s perfect!

This is my second purchase from Polly Products. Each has been absolutely perfect. Everything ordered came in perfectly. Quality of product is excellent. Customer service is top notch. Pricing is very fair. There are other companies that sell similar products but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The bench we ordered for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary turned out to be the best gift! The personalized message on the front is priceless - mom and dad placed it on their porch and sat on it often while watching the sun set to the west. Little did we know that our father would suddenly lose his battle with a very slow growing cancer within the year. Now it’s a memorial to our loving father and a place that our mother cherishes daily. Thank you! Solid quality product and excellent customer service!!

We really love our Polly Product planter beds, benches, and picnic table. Our agency serves victims of crime, homeless youth, and youth who have experienced a great deal of trauma. Great customer service and product, I highly recommend Polly Products. Stacy assisted with placing our residential order for the Plaza table and the process was easy. The table is a quick ship item, the shipping company called to confirm a delivery date and time, and the driver called 30 minutes before making the delivery. The table was easy to assemble and we're very happy with the quality. A Veterans discount was also available to us, thank you Polly Products!

Awesome company!! They were extremely helpful with advice, polite and accommodating when I called to order picnic tables. Same when I went to pick them up with a not-quite-big-enough trailer. They offered to reconfigure and rewrap the boxes so they fit in the trailer. Above and beyond with customer service both on phone and in person. I would highly recommend this company and I love that they use recycled plastic for materials.

Very happy with Polly Products. Our park district bought 3 tables and one was broken due to what I suspect was misuse by kids but Polly Products replaced and sent the replacement parts free of charge as promised! I love good customer service and consequently recommended PP to a friend who bought 2 more tables...........

These products are AMAZING. Very durable, Our picnic table comfortable to sit on, no splinters, not too hot in the sun. Customer service is great, we had a leg crack about 10 years after we bought our table, they had us remove it and send it back, they replaced it at no cost to us, even though the design had changed and they had to do a custom recreation. Very satisfied.

My son needed some help to complete his Eagle Scout Project and Polly Products made a significant donation of a bat box. He hung 6 wooden boxes that he and scouts made and the large one from Polly Products at Blanchard Springs Caverns in Arkansas. The bat box that they donated was of stellar quality and the Park Rangers were excited to hang this one up front. Thank you for your help!!

Our bench turned out exactly as the proof showed! Alisha was great to work with! The price was less than the competitors. We were originally going to pick the bench up and when we changed it to delivered, it arrived the next day. I would highly recommend them!
