Is polaris-bikewear.com Legit?

The order was initially lost in a system break down, then the hood sent was old stock and the material brittle and perished.

I’m still waiting for it to be delivered.

Simply THE best of their type, Polaris velcro straps in all three sizes. These things are indispensable for any biker and can be used as designed for strapping stuff together, fitting lights or spares, or in need-a-fix emergencies which I often have riding with my MTB group.

I've bought from Polaris quite a few times in the past and can't fault the quality of their clothing, especially at such an affordable price. Working as a cycling instructor and guide I'm on the bike most days and usually all day in all conditions - this includes daily commutes of approx 10 miles. All that time on the bike can be hard on my kit, I don;t expect clothing to last forever but I get a lot of mileage out of Polaris.

Great fit and finish. Dispatch and communication was first class and arrived on time even with the postal strikes.Thoroughly recommend. No hesitation.

The price was great, the delivery was very good indeed and the mtb jacket is excellent. If it lasts as long as my previous Polaris jacket (6 years) I will be well pleased.

Bought various items of clothing from HBR Outdoors Ltd trading as Polaris. Prompt delivery. All great quality. One item fitted and I kept it. Returns a little bit of a faff (contact email support, print paper form off and fill it in by hand) but completed fairly quickly. Refund prompt but has languished as "on way" in my PayPal for four days so far, apparently because it was sent as an echeque? NB. PayPal return postage refund is excellent!

Had to call customer services to confirm replacement key number. Everyone I spoke to was really helpful. Also, Roger who picked my order was great at communicating and confirming that the key picture I sent was correct.

Ordered and paid for items online, only to be told, several days later, that the items are no longer available. Annoyingly, several days on and the items are still available to buy on the website. Emailed and expressed my concerns, only to be completely ignored. Good quality gear, on past experience, but appalling customer service this time around. Very disappointed.

Products look good, and reeasonable price, althoug not yet fuly tested in really bad wet conditions. Quick delivery, only reason wasnt 5* as one item ended up being out of stocki size ordered, so had to have a bigger size.

I have a number of Polaris items of cycle clothing always great quality and price especially in the sale. Luckily for me I am near enough to collect from the Polaris store always friendly staff and more than willing to help

Over the years, I’ve purchased numerous items of clothing bearing the Polaris brand and always been pleased with the quality and price point. My latest purchase of track mitts are a replacement for my previous Polaris mitts that have seen excellent service, so much so, I ordered two pairs.

I was looking for a new pair of bib shorts. I have had standard shorts and 3/4s previously, so they were the place to start.They are really comfortable both on and off the bike. I’ll definitely be buying another pair for my Paris ride.
