pointclub.com Review
The Scam Detector website Validator gives pointclub.com a medium-risk trust score on the platform: 66.4. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Known. Vetted. Low Risk.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 66.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to pointclub.com's industry. The algorithm detected a slightly lower risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors, noted in the Known. Vetted. Low Risk. tags above. Long story short, we recommend staying vigilant and using common sense when engaging with this website. But let's explain in more detail.
Explaining Our Analytical Approach
We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:
- Proximity to Suspicious Websites
- Threat Profile
- Phishing Profile
- Malware Score
- Spam Score
- Domain Blacklist Status
- HTTPS connection
- Domain Creation Date
While some are self-explanatory concerning pointclub.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.
Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites
This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between pointclub.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.
Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam
These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of pointclub.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of pointclub.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. pointclub.com is likely a safe website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.
Domain Blacklisting Status
This term indicates whether pointclub.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.
Assessing HTTPS Connectivity
This section provides insight into whether pointclub.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.
Safe Check
We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, pointclub.com.

Does anyone work there? ....Where is my Reward??...Yes for at least the twentieth time or more now I'm asking what has happened to my reward even though I asked for it to be changed to Amazon.ca or Paypal?Amazon.com -25,000pts Pending — Card U163059 redemption request 04/25/24 @ 23:04 PMWe are now coming on to two months since I requested this? And I am getting no answers about it?Here's something funny a day after this was posted,Now after four months of waiting...I get this:-Congratulations,Bob Dack!Your recent request for a redemption of 25000 points has been approved! You will receive an email from Tango Cards with further details about selecting your gift card. Please contact PointClub Customer Support if you have any questions.Thank you for being awesome! We love having you in our PointClub family, enjoy your reward!
total rip off. have been doing surveys for years with this site and even though they are the SLOWEST to credit and pay points, never had any problem eventually getting my reward and gift cards..until last month. 7 weeks ago I put in for $25 Amazon gift card and have not received it. They do not respond to any customer service emails or facebook postings. they are crooks. They leave the site up to collect more money on their end and probably will until all members have figured out that they are are getting paid for your surveys with no intention of paying the members. DON'T sign up...DON'T continue to complete surveys. They are thieves and will only rip you off of your time and your money.
On June 7, I requested a payout of 100,000 points, as of today 7/15/2024. I have not received my GC yet. I contacted customer service through their portal 5 times requesting information. I am able to view that the inquiries have been received and are open, but have not been assigned to anyone. It is disappointing but after reading the comments of others, not surprised. If someone knows if there is an agency where this can be reported, please let me know. This is unacceptable because they are not following their own guidelines.
Since I joined more than 2 years ago, I have found that a majority of PointClub surveys took excessive time 2-8 minutes for screening in addition to a large majority of available surveys being duplicates with different points & fake survey length. Almost all of PointClub surveys need 2-4x time at least to complete if you do not give up for a variety of frustrating reasons. Much time has been wasted & near all surveys I tried for 2 years are having this cheating pattern & they keep wasting my time trying. And believe it or not, I am still unable to get even half of the minimum payout points AFTER TWO YEARS WITH POINTCLUB. Consequently, I received $0 incentive from this fully scam PointClub for OVER TWO YEARS
After 5 years as a member, Point Club has become a horrible waste of time and effort. They take weeks or months to credit your account after a survey and once you finally hit the $25 minimum cashout threshold and request a payout, it is more months of waiting and there is NO customer service at all. They ignore all E-mails and there is no other way to contact them. Steer clear, it simply is a rip-off time waster.
Have been waiting on my $25 cash out into PayPal for almost 3 months!! It still says pending. I have sent 4 messages and no response. I'm not sure anyone works for them.
As a long time member of PointClub I've finally had enough and calling it quits. In the beginning it was great, the only complaint was the length of time it took to get completed surveys approved and added to the points balance in order to redeem. The last several times I've redeemed points it's been 4-5 weeks to process the request. This time around it's been 8 weeks, two inquiries to customer service with no response. I asked them to unsubscribe my membership and don't bother to redeem my points, total waste of my time. There are plenty of other great sites out there that are easier to earn points and most are very prompt in completing the redemption process.
I used to love Pointclub - I felt it was easy to earn points, even if it took a long time. But now it takes an enormous amount of time to get to payout, & customer service never answers anymore. Surveys - IF any are available & IF you actually qualify - take absolutely forever to credit. They used to give you 12 points if the survey kicked you out, but now that rarely credits. It's really disappointing & makes you feel like they really don't care about you.
Been with this site for a while. It has become a total crap hole! Been waiting over 6 weeks to get a $25 Walmart gift card from them. They don't reply to emails and the customer service # is a joke. At least they reward you with 12 points even if you don't qualify for a survey but that's the only thing that is good about them. I wonder how their paying clients would react if they treated them like they treat us?
First they updates their site, and I kid you not, I stopped qualifying for one brand of surveys. I always qualified before. I still qualify on other sites when I take their surveys, just not here. Yet somehow I'm at fault for not meeting the survey's requirements. Then they stiffed me on $10 from a product testing. Now it's been 4 months of ZERO surveys. My help requests are ignored. All I get is a link to my request that leads to a page not found error. Twice I asked to just be paid what's already in my account, and we'll part ways on good terms. Crickets.
I cannot get a customer service response for being unable to redeem points. Please contact me with assistance as soon as possible.
I have been a participant for over two years and during that time Point Club has progressively gone down hill. Since they changed the site it is very difficult to qualify for points and on many occasions when I have completed a survey the points are not awarded. It takes FOREVER to get credit for completed surveys. Too bad I use to enjoy participating but will do so no longer!
Pointclub doesn't credit my points after I complete a survey. It took three weeks in June and only after I wrote a negative review on survey police that they credited points into my account, and this was only partially. They also claim to feature Amazon and Paypal when they offer no such rewards.
Was fine until recently, always takes ages to be awarded your points though, but have not had any problems until recently when every survey I complete fully, doesn't award me my points. Instead it gives me the standard 12 points they usually give when you are either not accepted for a survey or are screened out early, not at the end. Total waste of time and very disappointed as it used to be a good site. Also points given for surveys dropped considerably since the pandemic and your bonus points are worth a lot less than they were pre-pandemic.
I was doing surveys all night the other night I was close to my cash out goal of 25 dollars and so I asked Pointclub to release the points they were holding. They told me sorry there was a mistake and now took away most of my points so there is no hope of cashing out. Something many survey sites do. Now there are no surveys available if i want to do them. Same old survey site tricks they like to pull.
Same here lately! I've tried I don't know how many times to reset my password so I can log in and it never works. I keep getting a message to enter a valid password. It used to just automatically take me to my account when I would click a link in my email but, it doesn't anymore! I used to love this site but, not now! Guess I've lost all my points that I was working on. What a mess!! I've contacted them 3 or 4 times and I get absolutely NOTHING back!!!
UNBELIEVABLE that there is NO WAY of contacting point club at all. I couldn’t find a way to call or send them an email on website. What lousy client service, they stop people from contacting them! I thought this was a legitimate survey site.I earn money from different websites for more than 5 years and this is the first one with no support at all. Nice shady appearance with no Contact details.BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!
I take surveys at a number of sites and pointclub is far and away my favorite for one big reason - I make more money there than at any of the others. Once you get to the higher levels, the payout per survey is ecellent. Yes, it takes a while for points to get approved and yes it takes a while to receive reward after cashing in, but bottom line - this one's more lucrative than the others I visit.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time but not anymore. I have been owed a payment since 3/20 and have had every excuse given to me but the bottom line is no payment. It is amazing that this company has not been shut down and a lot of people held for fraud just like they do with any other company that conducts business. I will never waste my effort and time again nor should anyone
After multiple days of no surveys or only 1 or 2 surveys, this morning I had a page full. However, every survey I clicked on (about 35), I was unable to complete and kept getting the message “This one wasn't a fit for you.” There are 2 ½ pages of “Survey Failed” in my “Earned Points” tab. Some of the surveys are listed more than once. Also, somehow, the time listed for each survey is 8:12 am! How is that even possible.?!

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]
There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:
How To Remove Your Information From the Internet
Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.
We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.
Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
