DO NOT BUY BOGISTMy experience with the company was great at the beginning, but the scooter lasted 1.5 years and then stopped working. Since it's out of warranty I would have to buy a new battery (which costs €360, a new scooter is €580). Call me cheap, but paying effectively €32/month for an e-scooter is a bit much for me. 4 starts reasons being I order a scooter and the place where the seat goes into came broken .. texted them on Instergram the told me to email … still waiting for a reply, second reason is the don’t reply to any emails Iv send them only communication is through Instergram but fast reply on their behalf overall happy enough with scooter bar the broken part delivered in 11 days due to Monday bank holiday so practically 10 days even tho it was a preorder. Would recommend , will make a edit when the replyEdit:I send them a video on Instagram and the practical told me it wasn’t good enough and still no reply from the support team (email) still Instergram only Edit 2: tiers are doggy on the kukirin g2 pro mine is letting down air by itself with no slow puncture , no slow leaks , the valve is okay , and tube is perfectly fine

Although looking at the reviews I was skeptical at first but because of the 5 star reviews I still went ahead and bought 1 bike. The bike is absolutely fantastic and was delivered to me in ten working days, I have now placed one more order and have already been been given one tracking ID, great customer care & service.

I bought my bike from here last month and it arrived in perfect condition and I haven't had a single problem with it. Assembly was very straightforward and communication with the business was excellent the whole time. I'd definitely shop here again without hesitation!

Ok so I was sceptical to place an order and I shouldn't of as for 1 they sell items they don't stock, I had an email saying I would have to wait 3 months for delivery which I don't want to do, so I asked for a refund and well that never happened, they have been calling me trying to make me buy a different bike which I dont want either. Still no refund and have now stopped answering my emails. Please please please don't buy from them.

Pogo cycles are genuine and trusted online store. I had ordered engewe cycle EP-2ProThe delivery was delayed by the company. However Pogo cycles customer support was consistent with tracking and keeping me updated with the same.

I purchased a COSWHEEL Cargo bike and paid in full. On my second day riding it to work, the brakes failed. The screws holding the brakes were too short and not properly tightened, leading to a near collision with a bus. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation to customer service, I have been waiting for almost three months for the replacement parts, having contacted them in early May. I am extremely frustrated and wish I could return the bike and get my money back.

Best bike shop!!! The assembly instructions were very easy to follow. My new bike rides like a dream. Amazing experience. Highly recommend pogo cycles!!

Great experience, bike came within a week, bought the ep 2 pro. Team is very helpful even reply back on a Sunday. Engwe put them on the bad list sellers which scared me a little, but the team was messaging me everyday until the bike reached me. Very trust worthy and always answer and reply back to you. Would defo recommend them.

I purchased a Engwe Engine X from these guys using the Cycle to Work scheme, customer support were super helpful in organising all relevant red tape.The bike itself is awesome, I have a 40km+ round trip cycle to work and it just eats the distance and drags me up what would have been killer hills, I can arrive to work not covered in sweat

Steer well clear, if anything goes wrong you are on your own, told them of several issues with bike, get no customer service, our engineers are looking into it. Then you must send them a video. Basically for an extra few pound order locally and at least you have some aftercare.

I do not recommend this store. They take money knowing that they do not have the goods, without informing the customer about it. After my requests, after 10 days, I finally found out that the bike would not be available because the ordered wheel did not include a bike and if I wanted, I could exchange it for a different color. After another 10 days, it turns out that the bike has been sent, but DPD will not deliver it because the parcel is too heavy and they ask me to contact the sender of the bike. So I'm writing to Pogo Cycle. Mr. Abby writes that I should take a taxi and go to the warehouse to pick up the bike. .I have already paid for the shipment and it is not a small thing. Lack of respect for the customer, ironic answers. I don't recommend it, I don't recommend it. Worst purchase of my life. I wouldn't give it one star And I don't understand why I have to send a photo of a document confirming my identity for review. Please check your order

My bike got broken on the second day but pogo cycles helped me alot and helped me fix it in a about week so they are really helpful

I have bought a ebike from here a couple months ago and was happy with it. everything worked as intended and was great, However the warranty repair process is ATROCIOUS.I had issues with my brakes after a while and contacted the store and since they do not have a store for them to repair it they asked me to take it to a local repair shop. After a few back and forth emails they could not refund me the amount due to a issue with the receipts.Afterwards I took my bike to another shop and spend another decent amount of money to get my brakes fixed only to be told they will not be refunding any of the cost due to the item being a consumable?? (for the record, It was not the brake pads). I'm not a expert or have any good experience with repairing bikes so I was not sure what was needed to be fixed and got two different diagnostics from the repair shops. Would be nice if they had a dedicated repair store or a store that they have good communications with to reduce costs and time needed to repair issues.
