Is pogocycles.co.uk Legit?

Easy to order and pay for no issues No issues with delivery or any damage to the packageBicycle as advertised and meets all expectations - very little to do in the way of assembly - quick and easy.

delivery promised in 5-7 days - it suddenly becomes 7-10 days.You then pay for express delivery.I order and pay on 20/9It will not leave the Pole until 1/10.And on 4/10 it is first in Denmark.Customer service doesn't really care if you've paid an express fee for a bike you're actually missing.Choosing to buy another bike as I urgently need one.The result is they just take 200 Euro from my return amount.Because you can't deliver a bike within anything close to what was agreed.

E bike arrived well packed.The only fault / complaint is would have is that the charger didn't come with a UK adaptor.

The pros:- The bike arrived intact- Good price - Customer service was always very quick to respondThe cons:- it took over 3 months to arrive (estimate was 40-55 days)- wrong wheels on bike (expected off-road based on description and images on site)- bike came unrestricted and cannot be restricted I would probably have given 4-5 star review if the correct wheels were supplied for free, as it was not my mistake. Instead of being offered the option to purchase off-road tyres at extra expense.

Absolutely brilliant treatment. Really helped. Answered phone and emails and sorted me out fantastic. I couldn't recommend pogocycles enough.

I bought a bike it was sent broken I ask to get it repaired they told me to pay for it out off my pocket and they would reimburse me I went to shops to get it repaired no one would deal with me when they found it was pogo cycles. pogo told me to lie to the shops to get it fixed I went to get a refund it took over 4 months to get collected. the people on the phone are very rude and unhelpful I would recommend any other company than these. avoid at all costs

4 weeks past and bike still did not come. Bought bike 16.09. and still did not got it. This kind i could buy it directly from avaka and wait it to come. ShameBike finally came today morning. Still have to learn how to drive it.

4 starts reasons being I order a scooter and the place where the seat goes into came broken .. texted them on Instergram the told me to email … still waiting for a reply, second reason is the don’t reply to any emails Iv send them only communication is through Instergram but fast reply on their behalf overall happy enough with scooter bar the broken part delivered in 11 days due to Monday bank holiday so practically 10 days even tho it was a preorder. Would recommend , will make a edit when the replyEdit:I send them a video on Instagram and the practical told me it wasn’t good enough and still no reply from the support team (email) still Instergram only Edit 2: tiers are doggy on the kukirin g2 pro mine is letting down air by itself with no slow puncture , no slow leaks , the valve is okay , and tube is perfectly fine

Although looking at the reviews I was skeptical at first but because of the 5 star reviews I still went ahead and bought 1 bike. The bike is absolutely fantastic and was delivered to me in ten working days, I have now placed one more order and have already been been given one tracking ID, great customer care & service.

I ordered a Bezior1500 bike for €1200 in December 2023. I used it once for 2 minutes and obviously it had a problem.The bike jerks when the motor is assisting. Also the motor doesn't deliver 1500W. I have a 750W bike and it's way more powerful.I contacted the company to return the bike on the same day and they said they couldn't return it but they will solve the issue.Each time I had to wait more than 2 weeks for them to contact the technical service to give me a new solution. I tried everything they suggested, from resetting the bicycle to changing the wires, etc... But they never solved it until finally in April 2024, they agreed to return it and refund my money. Although the bike was defective, they did not agree to pay for shipping, so I had to pay another €200. This is the email I received from them:"Once you return the bike you receive the refund, however, you must pay for shipping of the bike"In August 2024, after ignoring my emails for months, they finally contacted me to tell me that the bike could not be resold in its current condition as it is used and broken, as the motor is not rotating! I was shocked... This is the main reason I returned the bike! This is a joke...Moreover, they said the front and rear brake clamps are deformed and need to be replaced! This is not true because I used the bike less than 1km. It's still as new as they delivered it to me!They said they can provide only €500 refund or return the bike so I can sell it!

Pogo cycles are genuine and trusted online store. I had ordered engewe cycle EP-2ProThe delivery was delayed by the company. However Pogo cycles customer support was consistent with tracking and keeping me updated with the same.

I purchased a Engwe Engine X from these guys using the Cycle to Work scheme, customer support were super helpful in organising all relevant red tape.The bike itself is awesome, I have a 40km+ round trip cycle to work and it just eats the distance and drags me up what would have been killer hills, I can arrive to work not covered in sweat

Hello,I have received my scooter delivery today but I have realized that there are a few discrepancies from the scooter I received and the images advertised on your website. These discrepancies are both estethical and functional.1. The brake arms are different. Each one has a different shape, please see attached pictures. Also, the arm for the rear brake is very soft, compared withe the front brake. 2. The command buttons look different than the ones from the scooter you had advertised for sale on your website, please see attached pictures to compare. 3. The metal part that covers the rubber protecting the key to start the scooter is different the scooter that I received compared to the scooter advertised on your website, please see attached pictures. Can you please let me know what actions can you take with regards to the above issues, and let me know as soon as possible?This is what I e-mail to this company pogo circles Ireland!So don't buy anything from them because the costumer service is 0.Someone answered me like a child if it is not convenient for me to send the scooter back.
