po.co Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives po.co a medium trust score on the platform: 50.4. It signals that the business can best be defined by the following tags: Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this low score? We came up with the 50.4 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to po.co's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning po.co, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between po.co and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of po.co. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of po.co, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. po.co is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether po.co has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether po.co boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, po.co.

The lady sitting at the billing counter just yells at me because I don’t know German. The exucutives at POCO seems they are least interested in showing items or to help any customer. While on the other hand people in IKEA are very friendly and are helpful. Location IKEA kaarst

Ref order number 0154000269If I could give this 0 stars I would I bought a Poco phone Back in December The 30th 2022 I sent the phone back on the 3rd of January as new untouched for a refund.I watched the tracking as It was collected by dpd all way through to be in delivered to some other company called sb something, Who apparently checked the phones on behalf of poco, they did this they signed it off as fine. it was put through for a refundOn the 9th of January 2023 Poco claimed they refunded me. BSHere we are on the 20th of February still no money in my bank refunded, they are absolute crooks I must have sent over 50 emails and I get the same reply which is disgusting from illiterate people that can barely struck the sentence Together, These people can't even speak English nor write it and have no interest in sorting anything. The thieving company have my money, lucky for me I bought on a credit card and they have charged back the company and I have my money however I'm still you emailing them on a daily basis to get my money back, so far having no luck, do not buy from these scumbagsIf I log Into the order it still states processing refund well over a month laterLooking at these reviews I can see I'm not the only one been diddled by this company
I bought a phone (Big Mistake) from Po.co. I read the reviews of this company and its other companies and decided what I had read it would be a mistake for me to continue with my purchase so I contacted this company and told them to put a stop and return on the phone I bought. No such luck at 9:59pm DPD came to my door we knew it was them so we decided not to answer so the next day 29.04.22 DPD came back so once again we decided not to answer, then I got a text from DPD saying they had taken the phone to a shop, this is all after I had cancelled the purchase then I got a further email from this dreadful company saying I had to inform them of a reason why I was cancelling, I sent them a copy of the consumer rights act 2015 and told them to stop misrepresenting what it states and that is I don't have to give a reason as to why I'm cancelling my purchase. I looked up the phone I was purchasing and in the review, it stated that the phone was over rated and the 5G was none existent as was the 108MP camera. If its cheap its cheap for a reason avoid this company, watch this video on youtube /watch?v=8CCtqtva6ok
I was on the market for good Android phones for my son whose phone was smashed again at school. A little put off by the reviews here but I'm comfortable with xiaomi (parent company). Xiaomi are third biggest phone sellers worldwide (mostly china/india). I went for the poco f3 with rrp of £349 but regularly selling for under £250. Crazy good spec for the money. So yeh i wanted to trust the company. Ordered the phone on Friday, arrived on Tuesday. Paperwork showed it was shipped by:Importer: Xiaomi Technology UK LimitedAddress: Unit Part Ground Floor, North Wing, 100 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading RG2 6UJBut i have a few bad things to say that might put some off.1. Ordering. It was hard to order. Website a bit bust. The bit where you enter an address there is a listbox that supposed to contain your city. It is empty. This is because i hadn't put a space in the post code 3 fields above. Not very obvious.2. Dpd tracking. Yes you get an email with a broken dpd link. Clicking on it does nothing. Googling 'dpd xiaomi tracking' shows lots of others having similar problems. The tracking number is correct but you have too remove last 5 digits.3. The phone comes with a lot of preinstalled apps. Pain to removeThe phone (poco f3) came with a case, charger and a mic-to-usb converter. Happy that delivery was quick and phone works well.
Phones are good in performance, but they heat up and sit down very quickly

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.
