Is plunge.com Legit?

My first unit broke after 5 months. My replacement unit arrived damage. I can hardly get any response from customer service. Absolutely terrible experience so far.

The worst !! Do not buy, I’m on my 4th unit due to equipment not working. It leaks, they sent me the wrong unit, customer service is so worthless. Little rust stains are already building up. I’m really trying to get somewhere with them but it’s so difficult. They keep sending me units that don’t work. I can’t get anywhere with them. Please beware

Horrible initial setup! The instructions on the unit clearly state three simple steps: connect the carbon filter, fill up the tub, turn it on! So I did just that. Then pure black carbon filled the tub. Had to drain it once. Then just had to drain it again because the carbon destroyed the filter. Caused so much headache doing all this ad my plunge is upstairs!

Do not buy their products! I purchased the Plunge Evolve Xl in May. It took over two weeks for it to ship out and within a week my brand new chiller was leaking all over my patio. I contacted customer service, who decided a new chiller should be sent as a replacement. While waiting for the new chiller, my first one just completely died. After 2.5 weeks I finally received the replacement chiller, while my $7000 plunge sat empty and unable to use. Of course it shows up in a box not upright and I had to move the 80 lb chiller to the patio and box up the old one myself, which is insane.I thought everything was fixed with the second chiller, however 3.5 months later it began leaking all over my patio, yet again. Every time I change the filter it leaked all over the patio, even with turning the valve "shut-off". I contacted customer service and now a MONTH later the unit was finally returned to Plunge. I'm awaiting a refund, but of course I had to pay the $1,095 return shipping and they are going to ding me with a 15% restocking fee and sell this unit to some other poor sucker! The new chiller design and manufacturing is completely horrible. They need to take this off the market and FIX the issues rather than just selling it over and over to people, who have nothing but problems. This used to all be manufactured in California, but they have outsourced it all to China and the quality is showing. So many people on here have experienced the same issues as me after purchasing in the summer of 2024. It is extremely disappointing the company won't stand by its product and refund the entire amount of the unit since it is completely defective!! Overall, I wouldn't recommend plunge to anyone and have had a horrible experience with their customer service and product. Buyer Beware!!

I’m loving my Plunge All-In! The delivery experience was fantastic—the team placed it exactly where I wanted and removed all the packaging, which made the process so easy. The product itself works great, and I’ve found the app to be an underrated feature. Tracking my sessions in there has been super convenient and motivating.The plunge looks amazing—definitely a premium addition to my backyard. It’s a centerpiece now, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it.A couple of small downsides that kept it from being 5 stars: the neck pillow won’t stay on when the lid is closed, which is a bit frustrating. Also, there was a slight delivery delay of a couple of days. I was so excited for it to arrive that it felt like forever!All in all, an incredible product that delivers on performance and aesthetics. Highly recommend!

Amazing Product and Experience.I've been incredibly impressed with my Plunge. I want to give a shout out to The Cold Plunge, a.k.a. Plunge, for their Customer Service's quick and very helpful response to our need for assistance with the tub's temperature stabilization. I have the 1st generation H/C Plunge and did not understand how to keep the temperature at the level I wanted. I made a phone call to Plunge and within two days we had a technician out to our house. The problem would have been more difficult for me to rectify but it was quickly resolved due to the tech's expertise. Except for this one small issue all has gone very well with our Plunge. Delivery was perfect and overall maintenance has been very easy. I would highly recommend Plunge.

The Plunge Sauna was a bit expensive but worth every dime. The exterior looks absolutely beautiful in my backyard and the heat! Wow, the heat!! Nothing better than looking out from my sauna at winter weather while comfortably nestled in my 200 degree, steamy sauna. The fact that’s it’s made in the US put me over the line on the purchase, so glad I crossed it. Great sauna. Highly recommended!

We have had our cold plunge for 1and 1/2 years and have been extremely happy with the results. When we first bought it, Plunge came out delivered and setup the Plunge with no issue. We did have an issue this year in August with the temperature and they immediately sent a rep out who diagnosed and resolved the problem and have had no issue since. We can feel the difference using the Plunge especially after a day of exercising. I am so thankful we have it and would recommend it to everyone.

Have nothing but amazing things to say about Plunge. Has completely changed my life in terms of energy levels, inflammation, recovery, and calming my hyperactive mind. The customer service is second to none, and I feel in great hands with the combo of a fantastic product, and a top notch support team that stands by their work. This is an awesome ice bath tub. It’s easy to set up and has precise temp control. It’s everything you could want in an ice bath, plus it’s so sleek and modern looking. I love it and their customer service is easy to work with when there are questions or issues. It takes a little bit of courage to get in the cold water in the morning, but I feel so energized and happy afterwards that it’s the perfect start to my day.

Innovative product design, best cold plunge app, reliable U.S. customer service. You can’t go wrong with Plunge. The Pod is my favorite cold plunge ever. It’s compact enough for a smaller space at home, yet comfortable to sit in for a 3+ min plunge. Looks great too.

Absolutely horrible for such an expensive product. Multiple issues in shipping and delivery, multiple leaks. Bought the basin thinking I could use it indoors which it isn’t designed for and no where does it say it isn’t…customer service said they would “make an exception” to return it but won’t waive the 15% restocking or return shipping. All in all the product is overrated and wraught with issues. For the supposed top company for a plunge, avoid at all costs. Not at all worth it.

I have had a plunge for 6 months. Couldn’t be happier with the product and service they have provided. From answering questions prior to ordering to helping with any usage questions or concerns, they’ve done it all.

For someone that suffers from hip issues along with heightened stress levels, the Plunge has literally been life-changing. After only a couple of weeks of consistent use, I have not only experienced better circulation/less pain, but also the serotonin release and "natural high" (if you will), which has kept me mentally balanced and at ease in my very busy lifestyle. Aside from the amazing physical affects, I've had an opportunity to receive A+ customer service with truly kind, experienced staff, all based in the US, which can be hard to find nowadays. Plunge is certainly #1 on my list against all other competitors in the industry!

Cold!! I had 0 interest in being a cold plunge person until I tried plunge for the first time. I’m hooked now. It was incredibly helpful for my endometriosis surgery recovery and is amazing for a daily routine. This company is outstanding and I have had excellent experiences with the customer service department and the products.

I placed my order on October 4, 2024. I was told that my order would ship on November 10. A few days later, I had yet to receive an email or phone call stating my unit had shipped. I was directed to plunge support. As I was on the phone with them, I continued getting the runaround, and no one could tell me what was happening. I contacted the owner, who stated he would look into it. He was able to get someone to contact me, and they provided me with a ship date of November 20. They were sorry for the delay. I was provided a new date of November 20. November 20th hits, and I am still waiting to receive a phone call or shipping date. I have reached out once again to support trying to get an idea of when it will ship. I spoke with someone who stated they would have a supervisor call me (same day) to help me, and I am still waiting to receive an answer. I also reached out to the owner, but there was nothing. It looks like Plunge has great products, but for a big company you are, your customer service is definitely lacking. I hope to hear something soon about my order.
