This plump it product is absolutely AMAZING bought it for myself and my two daughters had to try it so i bought it for them it does exactly as advertised i was in total amazement when it worked we use it everyday its brilliant my sister has now bought it after trying mine its a definitely a MUST HAVE in every womans handbag!!! Im obsessed i have it in my car handbag and make-up so i always have it handy..... ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT ❤️

Olivia was amazing in dealing with an issue I had with the plump it lip plumper. Understandably, discrepancies can occur within the make of products (not always! I’ve ordered before from them and I have not had a single issue whatsoever) however, when approaching the customer service team, I felt listened to. Olivia was amazing in handling my issue and even offered me a replacement. Thank you Olivia. Your customer service does not go unnoticed 🙂 I hope the management team recognise your efforts.

The customer service from this company is excellent. I had a problem with my delivery which was sorted out very quickly and a new item was delivered the following day.Unfortunately I found the lip oil made no difference to my lips whatsoever. I slight tingle but no change in the plumpness of my lips.Disappointed that the lip oil did not perform very well.

Products arrived promptly, and yes , do expect the “the tingle” ! But it works!!Sadly the hyalauronic follow up black pen was faulty, so no comments on this one as yet. But my issue was acknowledged,and dealt with almost immediately,so still five stars. Excellent customer service.

Absolute rubbish. After watching an ad for this on instagram, I was intrigued by this and hopeful of similar results to those shown. However the reality was somewhat different! One application - the sting kicks in - no visible result. Two applications - mega sting, slight darkening of lips (which could be achieved with any lip gloss or balm). Three applications still no difference at all. Really disappointed by this. Contacted customer services and given some instructions of using lip scrub etc. Completed this and what a surprise... exact same result (or non result) as before. Contacted customer services again, particularly as the product states on the receipt '30 day love it or money back guarantee'. Absolute load of rubbish. Apparently you need to register your product within 7 days of receipt of your order to enable this. Complete scam. The product is pants! Don't waste your money. May be if your lips already have filler you get a more reactive response but to standard lips there are no results whatsoever.

It is the most powerful lip plumper I have ever used. You can see a visible difference when applied. It it also an incredibly intense sensation and if applied to bare lips hurts and is painful (at least for me). I actually have stopped using it because i noticed my throat feeling a bit different when I did - potentially this is my body not reacting well to the product so I did not want to take further risk. The company are a small business and were generous to send me an extra product with my order for me to try. The oil seems softer on the skin.

What load a rubbish, marketing was a ploy, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is!! I stupidly fell for it. I dislike the way it makes my skin feel, initial tightening but that soon disappears within minutes the tingling is uncomfortable. Will be applying for money back guarantee.

After trying injectable fillers & my lips rejecting them, I decided to try this product. Have tried loads of lip plumbers but they never work. I tried my friends "Plump it" before buying and couldn't believe it worked. I immediately bought my own. I can't imagine being without it & people keep asking me where I got my lips done & are shocked when I say its not injected product. Highly recommend this to anyone wanted soft, plumped lips. I love it. ❤️.

Not impressed at all, very disappointed. Used as directed but saw no improvement at all just nice sort lips but I could buy a decent lip balm for that at a fraction of the price 🤷. Maybe a money back guarantee would be an idea for people it doesn't work with, as you say yourself it doesn't work for everyone but it's a lot of money to find this out.

Not overly impressed with the lip builder kit I bought but I am going to try the products that plump your lips instantly instead. I’ll give themBoth a tru consistently to see how it is. Customer service was great though. I was unhappy with them product and realized I bought the wrong lip kit so they sent out the right one instead. So when you order just make sure your ordering the right stuff!

Firstly one star is for the clever marketing, I was fully convinced I was about to get the lips of my dreams. Second star is for the nice shiny packaging. After that I have no stars left to give… Where to begin, your lips swell due to an allergic reaction and for NO other reason than this … I’m assuming the more severe the reaction the longer your pout lingers..in my case the swelling was gone in an hour. i particularly enjoyed the red rash on the skin around my lips the pen created, a skin concealer is a must to hide this. It is almost impossible to avoid getting this stuff in your mouth or on your tounge.. queue the stomach irritation and the trip to the shi**er..This idea of the product is great but when I’m completely honest with myself , realistically this was never going to produce long lasting fuller lips. What a waste of money.

Ordered needle-less filler. The product is terrible. When I try to cancel they say I am subscribed and need to receive 3 orders before I can cancel. Avoid this company. Products are terrible and so is the customer service. Big thumbs down from me!!!!!

the volumising lip plumper works exactly as described which is great but the product i really love from plump it is the hyaluronic lip plumper gloss! its absolutely one of the best lip products i've ever used. if my lips are dry, even extremely chapped, once i apply this gloss they will be hydrated and smooth within about 30 mins. literally any dead skin will just fall off. i recommend this product to everyone !

honestly so so good hurts like a b*tch but soo worth it fr u can use a lot or a little depending on what u want but either way amazing results defo worth the price! would recommend getting the bundles too fr

Wouldn’t let me give ZERO stars.Awful products and awful customer service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Money back guarantee my backside! Don’t actually know what I was thinking, I normally check out reviews etc when I’m unsure about purchasing something but I kept seeing hundred of videos of kids raving about this so I stupidly parted with the cash. Stupid woman that I am! Now after reading/researching it I have read on numerous, numerous occasions that IF this does actually swell your lips, that’s because you are allergic to it, hence why I am say swell and not plump! I bought 3 different products, none work. On the plus side, at least I know I’m not allergic to something 😂Customer service - useless. Takes ages to get back to you and it's the same standard reply I’m now seeing everywhere 😆Someone is making a huge amount of money with this scam. And yes, before the company reply, when you offer something and it doesn’t work and you refuse to do what you’ve advertised, it is a scam!Enjoy the money and hope karma bites you where it hurts 😎

As a lip gloss junkie, I have pretty much tried almost every lip plumper out there. I have to say that Plump It really has what it takes to plump your lips! As long as you don’t mind the burn… I happen to love it, because I can tell it’s working! It really puts all of the other plumpers to shame.
