I decided to buy the Playseat Sensation Pro. The price may put you off at first, but it's not only one of the most stable, it's one of the most visually appealing racing rigs you can buy. Apart from a delay in the delivery of one package, I am completely satisfied. I was surprised by the customer support from Playseat. Using the live chat it is very easy to get in touch with the customer support and Jeroen were able to solve the problem with the delay. Kind regards Mike

Dont buy anything from them if you are oversea. Slow service, inconvenience for buyer, everything suck. You have to pay 300 euro extra duty free, fill out import form by yourself, wait for 1 month til it to be delivered. So stupid.

Great service and support. Jerome was helpful from start to finish of the order and delivery process. Super fast delivery. This my second seat from playseat and my first experience was just as good.

I was nervous about ordering such a fairly high cost item from so far away and overseas… but just a couple chats and emails with Jeroen and all my worries disappeared! It even looks like my Playseat Sensation Pro will only take a week to get here! I am a first time gamer that’s became engrossed with F1 racing about 4 years ago. My family recognized it and acquired the F1 game with the appropriate equipment yet I didn’t have the right seat to round it out. Ordered the Red Bull Edition of the PlaySeat Evolution and couldn't be happier. The seat was shipped out promptly, assembly instructions were clear (approx. 30mins to assemble and no special tools needed), and the end result is a comfortable racing chair that feels sturdy and solid. No more pedals sliding around on the floor.I also ordered the shifter pro which was also very easy to assemble/attach.

Being a great racing fan and a casual gamer, I was always attracted to Playseat products but since i lived quite far, somewhere in the Indian Ocean (Mauritius), it was not easy to have them shipped in my island without spending a fortune. I was however lucky to attend a conference in NL for 1 week and this is where it all started with my experience with Playseat. Playseat staff (Jeroen and team) made sure that products that i bought would be delivered to my hotel in NL during my short visit and this is exactly what happened. Extremely happy with the service and products. Highly recommended.

I can not be more pleased with my purchase of the evolution pro bundle feels like the same material used in high end sports cars, well worth it... btw customer service is great fedex lost my mat and customer service sent me another while keeping in contact the whole time... awesome

Customer Service is top notch. Helpful and quick. I looked into a LOT of companies and sim cock pits, but Playseat offers a better looking and more robust product that doesn't take up half of your room and looks aesthetically displeasing.

I contacted Playseat support to see if the Playseat Trophy Handbrake/Gearshift Mount was available because it was showing out of stock. They happily helped me in a very timely manor and got my order put together so all I needed to do was put in my card details. I especially appreciate how shipping costs were covered in my order. Throughout the whole exchange they were very kind and polite. Overall great experience and I will happily be recommending Playseat to my friends and colleagues.

There is only one thing to say and that is this store is TOP TIER! Being in the United States I primarily had to communicate via email. Responses were super quick, Jeroen and Jesse were extremely helpful in making sure I had exactly what I wanted and made sure the process was all taken care of and were very accommodating. Their customer service is absolutely off the charts! Buy with confidence. They were out of stock on an item that I ordered. Within 2 hours and several back and forth emails, I was persuaded to upgrade to a seat that actually worked optimally with the steering controller I purchased. I love when someone obviously loves their job.

Horrible customer service1. No updates regarding shipping and no correspondance2. When I tried to login to my account it shows ID and password don't match and when I request for a new password they redirect to the login link again3. Their live chat never works and they take forever to respond to any mails

I bought the Playseat Evolution Alcantara with the floor mat and the playseat gearshiftholder pro. The product arrived in 48 hours, the assembly took about 1 hour and was simple. The materials are good and sturdy, the seat is very comfortable. I mounted the Logitech G920 controls with ease, the only note is the pedal board on which I was not able to fix all the screws, but it is still well anchored.Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered a playseat evo with extra accessories from for my sons birthday.Great quality my son is really happy with it.We had a small hiccup with the shipping but these guys put it right straight away....Fantastic customer service definitely 5 stars!

Ordered the Playseat with ease, cannot use a visa-debit card though so bear that in mind... Shipping was 48hr confirmed but i'm yet to receive as ordered wednesday afternoon, so that was a pain for this weekends plans...Needs to be a bit clearer i think....

I am the proud owner of a playseat ultimate F1 red Ferrari recently. This cockpit is very stable and rigid. the seat and steering wheel settings are top notch and super well thought out. The materials used for construction are of very good quality. The playseat team is great, they are great professionals. The speed of response to the many emails sent is impressive. The playseat is expensive but it is worth it, for those who still hesitate go for it!!!! Thanks again to the playseat team for this jewelry. Jimmy.M
