Well everything went smoth until i wanted to change car and they wanted a new deposit for that car stating that car was worth more . That was a red flag automatically . I asked them how does a hurucan have a bigger deposit then a Rolls Royce . They are already Delaying giving me back my deposit by ignoring me by not reading my messages and not even awnsering . Im doing this review without waiting much because i already know where this is going .

Hired two Lamborghinis for 4 days.This transaction was made surprisingly easy from the very beginning to the very end. The customer service was available 24 hours a day. The staff, including owners, were very polite and professional. There was a bulge on a tyre and they went out of their way to ensure there was no hassle to me in getting it fixed during my hire period.Vehicles were complete head turners around Birmingham/Kent/Central London.After this all-round great experience, I will definitely be hiring some more vehicles from this company.

Car was delivered and collected on time.Cons: The car was delivered with a massive crack on the front windscreen. They gave no prior warning of this and acted as if it wasn't even an issue. The car itself on the inside wasn't even cleaned properly.After I emailed my complaint communication from the company was extremely poor. I phoned and emailed several times just to get my deposit back, which normally gets returned for all customers within 1 week, however mine was returned after 2 months.Their offer of a compensation was £200 off my next order with them, which frankly was a slap on the face. I declined this offer and said they should offer better compensation, which they agreed over the phone that something would be sorted out. But after 5 months they have still not offered anything else. Again communication from their side was almost non-existent, just being ignored which is not a nice feeling.

Haven't yet hired from them, but Juned's patience in handling my enquires was humbling. Making me feel important before even taking a car. So regret the car I wanted was already booked. But next time in sha Allah

I originally went for a different company due to the price difference and last minute the company increased the price and then ended up cancelling the booking as it apparently wasn’t available. They left me the day before my friends wedding with no car. I approached Platinum Executive Travel after the cancellation and they catered to my needs last minute, providing me with a car for my friends wedding.I had to wait around as the car was coming back from a different booking but that was expected as I approached them last minute. But even then while waiting around, the service they provide was excellent. They kept me company, showed me around the building, took me for a drive and even fed me! Hired the Lamborghini Huracán for one day, the whole process was so simple and really easy. The guys helped me source the car I was after and even juggled some dates about to ensure I'd get it. On the day I received the car, we went through a check of the whole car for damage / scuffs / dents and was shown just the ins/outs of the car as it was the first time driving a sports car as such. Both really simple processes and same when it was time to return the car, review the car and just check for any damage. Full deposit was returned the next day by PET.
