Is pjpauljones.com Legit?

I have been buying from them for years. Great quality, wait for sales and deals change daily so save your favorites and check back often. I have got $40 shirts for $9.99 on several occasions. Sizes run small so one up usually works. I am 6' 1" 250lb dad bod kind of guy and xxl works great.

slight issue with sizing refunding etc but superb customer sorted it out swiftly and amicably with solution to suit all. will definitely buy from PJ again.....soon!

I have come to love PJ Paul Jones. They are very communicative with me (I have subscribed my email address to receive updates from them and they are true to that). I love their clothes and their prices are so fair and competitive to the other men's clothing brands out there. I have no interest in paying high prices for clothes, and with PJ Paul Jones, you look so good and sharp for an affordable price, **Not a cheap price** important distinction. PJ Paul Jones is affordable, not cheap. I follow them on social media and they are a great brand to follow and interact with. I've never had any issue with them -- they have been very upfront with me about any possibility of an issue. 10/10 highly recommend.

I chose a garment that still appears in stock on the site, paid for it, then got an email to inform me that it is out of stock, and of course to chose another style that I don't want.Besides, prices are random, place an order in your basket and leave it here and you will get a sudden 30 % off discount, so if you pay all in time, well you have the feeling of being ripped off. I don't think it is a professional website , I don't know when I 'll get my money back.

I was unable to receive two shirts out of my entire order; color was sold out and I received a completely different style sweater than what I had ordered. Nonetheless I was irritated BUT the customer service was very receptive and helpful to find a solution with me. I didn’t have to return the extra shirt I received and they sent out two more to me on top of that, we made a compromise. Very pleased that I was able to be taken care of. Sometimes we have to put our pride aside -it’s not like we are going to be able to keep these clothes forever! God Bless ! Jesus Loves you reader!

I would give zero stars if it was possible.I placed an order in April, the exact style/colour was not available and a I agreed to replacements that I liked on April 18th. It's now 10th June.I waited patiently for shipping to NZ, and it never came, the courier tracking provided said failed to deliver for unknown reasons, and gave me a link to another site saying contact customer service.there was no customer service contact on this site and the tracking number didn't work either.I am now without 2x shirts and without the money I spent on them, and emails to support keep coming back with the exact same message sent the first time I contacted. I've no idea what to do, so far looks like I'm not gonna see the money or the clothing.

Ordering and delivery and product was good.Ordered two argyle sweater vest and they are beautiful(for dad).Oh but the heavy chemical smell is unbearable.Will instruct my dad to put in cleaners or to hang outside.Wow will not be ordering any clothing on line again.

I ordered two identical sweaters in different colors for my twin nephews. Website said both were in stock but only sent the tan one, saying the blue was not available. I asked for a return label. Website says "Easy Returns." 6 emails later all I received was double talk. Only after I threatened to file a complaint with Pay Pal did PJ Paul Jones finally come around. To be fair, they refunded my total purchase price and told me I could keep the sweater I already had.

Have ordered products before...good experience ,however, this time three of the items ordered were out of stock but had already been billed to my CC. After numerous attempt's the only solution /recommendation was to select other products/items. Do not want substitutes want my cc refunded. Have not honoured my request..still on the case....time consuming and super frustrating!!!! ps...the items order DID NOT show out of stock on the web site.

The items I purchased were nice but the denim jacket did not look as good in person as it did in the pictures. The pants are tight but I will eventually be able to fit them. Overall, I’m satisfied but I’d recommend going up a size in certain items.

Great quality items, one of my favorite places to order from. Items are ready to wear out of the packaging and are packaged with care and no annoying tags that put holes in clothes.

I have not received any information on my order to track it. When I emailed customer service, I received an email saying that I am on holidays, will be returning on the 6th, have a good time!! The product arrived as expected and looked great. The size chart was correct on website which helped select the correct size. Overall the product was great looking and well great selection for the wedding I'm going to.

The products are really nice, and customer service is very quick to answer any questions you may have, I would use them again. My husband loves the polo's for work.

I ordered2 shirts from pj jones one shirt was delivered to my door the other shirt God knows where it was delivered But the delivery said they placed it on my door step but never showed a picture to me it was delivered I paid over 30 dollars for the shirt I filled a complaint to PayPal Which sided with pj jones because I didn’t perches there protection plan So no shirt and know money return This place scams you so think before you buy

The sizing is not accurate to US sizing. A realistic size chart would be nice. The seem work is poor as well. Definitely not worth the price 30 bucks for something that has buttons ripping off anf d wrong sizes. Definitely will not order such garbage again. Do not recommend especially if you need it for an event. I even tried ordering a size up and it is definitely not a difference.

My husband just loves these shirts. He gets compliments all the time. Great for cruising. They don't wrinkle. Two items were out of stock and they replaced them quickly and with items that cost more. I will continue to get my husbands clothes through here. Please keep up the good work.

You make an order and pay online then you get told the product is not available, they offer other products or refund, so I had to reply three times to get a refund, of the 9 products 4 where not available even though it says it did when you ordered, I am waiting for a product since early October this is written in middle of December and they do not intend to refund or replace. Just don't use them.

Because of the pandemic, the delivery was delayed, but all their products are worth waiting for. Excellent design and quality.
