Is pixpa.com Legit?

Avoid Pixpa if you sell prints and downloads online. I took out a subscription, spent hours finishing off the website only to find out that the shop isn't functional. Contacted support who couldn't or wouldn't fix the problems. On the mobile site the 'add to basket' option isn't visible so useless. On the desktop site it was very buggy, once you've added a download to the basket, it doesn't let you add another as it thinks the different image is already in the basket, only way around this is to refresh the page every time you add something to the basket. People will just get in a muddle trying to buy. As they couldn't resolve the issues I cancelled and asked for a refund. If you just want a portfolio website it is good and easy to set up. But selling isn't possible without problems. And no apology offered for wasting my time - Zero stars

Lately I noticed my site has a major issue with Google, that doesn't use the correct SEO description and cannot index my site in the right way. I've been trying many times to ask for help from the customer service and nobody is willing to help. All I get is a pre-fixed answer that "I should wait until Google index my site". It's like somebody is joking me!I disregard the various bugs when I edit my site but this is really frustrating. Pixpa used to have a great customer service but they just lost a customer.

Customer Service is Truly Remarkable. They go out of their way to give you a quick response but also finding a resolution to your issue. Their website is so much more fluid, easy to use than squarespace or format.com. A Fast loading site, with extreme customization, an e-commerce store, and the ability to add plugins/your own custom domain to your site. All the while having a lower price than the competition.

I had been a Flothemes / Wordpress user for many years and unfortunately they sold their platform to Pixieset and had to find another website design platform.I carried out a search for the best website providers and came across Pixpa - I have found the whole process a dream and their support is fantastic. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Pros: the templates are beautiful, and I find them to my taste: it didn't take long for me to choose one that fits my brand and to customize it to my liking. Besides, the customizing interface is intuitive and easy to use. Cons: I'm not too fond of some loading times when doing slight edits on pages or forms. It takes a lot of clicks to get things done when I sometimes would like the elements to be customized quicker.

An easy to use hosting service to showcase your work as a photographer. No website building knowledge required: choose from a variety of templates, mix them the way it suites you, publish your website. Support service is efficient: drop a mail with your enquiry, you get a reply with a guide and quite often even a short video - "click here, then click there". They have other options which I do not use - like setting up a web store, etc... No complaints from my side, good value for money.

i switched over to Pixpa a few years ago the customer service is incredible, any query is delay either immediately through online help or via an email, issues are resolved extremely quickly. the pricing plan is very compatible and the interface is very easy to design a website in just a few hours. linking to a domain was super easy and guided with some live online help. highly recommended i ended up launching two sites and plan some more!

I have use Pixpa over a year and their service works as promised. Templates ready to use. Easiness to customise or modify. Affordable price and a good relation price/offer/features.Customer service helped me few times through chat in a quick and effective way. Their database/how to/instructions are properly documented and easy to understand.

Not only is pixpa easy to use, whenever we have a problem, staff are always very quick to answer our requests. We've built two company sites on Pixpa, and are currently rebuilding one of them. It is really easy to switch between templates and customize the build. We're very pleased! We also LOVE how we can integrate an e-commerce gallery with the merchandise site so that customers can have a seamless experience.

After using Squarespace, WordPress, and Format, Pixpa exceeds the competition. I really appreciate the value and how many needed features are available on accessible pricing tiers. The client management has come in handy when sending proofs to my design clients. It’s very user friendly and doesn’t stress me out, which is a wonderful thing to experience after struggling with other hosts.

Designing and hosting my website with Pixpa has been seamless. Their setup makes most website design and back end work easy for me to do on my own and I'm certainly not a web designer. If I ever run into an issue or have a question their customer service is always willing to help me even if it is a custom request! I love that both my website and client gallery hosting service are in one place and I can integrate them with my preferred print lab!

I like the platform, it's easy to use and straight forward for website editing. I like that the company isn't pushy or aggressive. My only complaint is that the preview features don't work properly at all times (e.g. mobile preview doesn't actually show what it would look like on a phone) so I need to test manually on different devices.

Pixpa is awesome! While there are a lot of settings and it can take a bit of time to learn, it is SO worth it. I transferred over from another website builder to Pixpa and my new site looks so clean and polished. All of the background image, overlay, button options etc. combine to make a really beautiful site! And the price is incredibly reasonable given the levels of customization available. I'll be using Pixpa for quite a while!

Pixpa has been a blessing for me. The ease of setup along with integration of Foto Moto has allowed me to get my Fine Art print business up and running. As my needs change I am able to easily go into the website design tool and make any changes necessary. Being a 65 year old male, I find building a website very challenging. Tried numerous times and found I just couldn't get any further and that back-up was just frustrating. After reading a photographer's review on why he changed to Pixpa, I made the decision to give them a try. Being a photographer with a wide range of specialities, I chose one, picked a template and 3 weeks later (took this long having a lot of images to cull !), I was on line ! Best part was the support team, always there ready to help, which made building my site so much easier. I'm now ready to build my second Pixpa site.

I made my photography website using pixpa. I really like the clean, minimal look of the templates they offer and was inspired to use them after i saw a friend's portfolio website that was also built on pixpa. the customer support is fast and responsive. there's not really anything i can think of to complain about except that i'd love the chance to upload short (less than a min) video clips on the website one day.

The value received for the price is excellent. Pixpa is a great website builder for beginners on a budget. It isn't perfect though and really lacks with speed. Changing features and tabs can take between 5-10 seconds to apply. This might not seem like long, but really adds up when designing a look for your website. Also compared to other website builders, the price for storage is a bit too expensive. Other than that, I have had a great experience so far and would recommend for people just starting out.

I have been using pixma for a few months now and so far I have been satisfied. I haven't used the other features yet, such as the client app, seo tools, store, blog, etc. But so far I have been able to make a professional looking portfolio with ease. The pre-built templates are a great starting point and let you customize further. They're help section if you are stuck in anything is very good and the customer service is excellent if you run into any problems. The pricing is very good for everything that you get. I'm very satisfied after switching to pixpa.

I'm very glad I found Pixpa. Great reliable software with beautiful and easily customizable layout that gives me many controls to create my site the way I want.The online store system with the possibility of free sharing or sale of high-resolution images in large formats is one of the main reasons why I am so happy with Pixpa.If it weren't for some minor issues related to importing (cut and paste) text from other platforms such as Libreoffice, I would have given the software a full five stars.... It's easy to show to the site to my clients as my photographs load up real quick. The one time I was facing a minor issue, I penned an email to their service team - the response was quick, and the issue was resolved. Perhaps the best part of their site is the fact that it's simple to setup and use. I'm from a non-tech background and coding was a big no-go for me!
