Is pixartcreatives.co Legit?

Ordered a portrait of our family dog who has passed away recently for Christmas. Not only did it turn out great but they reviewed it every time I would like something changed to make it look more like our dog. Very accommodating and reliable, would purchase again.

This is my first time ordering with PixArt, and I am so happy with my final product. Not only did they create my drawing within a couple of days, during Black Friday Weekend, they also were courteous when I asked them to make adjustments to my art. I love the final product. These are Christmas presents for close family. I can't wait to gift these prints. Thank you PixArt for being patient, quick with service, and overall wonderful to work with. PixArt are amazing they are so talented with creating amazing art from photos. I got my dog designed as a cartoon and it is exactly like him they truly captured his energy in a painting will definitely buy again

The picture looks exactly like my boyfriend’s dog, I got it for his family for Christmas and I cannot wait to see their reactions when they see it for the first time! It is the cutest portrait ever!!

I have never bought anything that came up as an ad on social media but the product tempted me in and reviews convinced me to give it a try but I confess I was nervous. However, the service was excellent. The first draft I received was great but I picked the wrong background colour so I requested a change and they couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. I still needed another small change in my 2nd draft and, again, they were happy to help. The 3rd draft was perfect and I am very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend.

Expensive for what was received .. and struggling to get image printed in full - size seems disproportionate.Image Looks quite basic and child like.

But when I received the painting I was stunned it was so incredible beautiful that I actually cried because they had managed to really get the essens of my dog in the most beautifull way. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude.

Send a few pictures of my fur baby, and they capture his personality. I did ask for a few revisions (feeling guilty, because it is who I am) they were more than happy to do them up. where I saw every detail of his fur capture. It is going to make an amazing Christmas gift for my wife. Thank you to all who made this possible!

Was hesitant at first to order because the Instagram ads seemed gimmicky but totally legit and so worth it! They worked with me over several revisions to accurately draw my dogs and it came out so cute! All done in less than a week’s time. Only ordered the digital version and I was afraid the quality to upload and print would be compromised but it’s definitely not. Very happy!

Excellent turnaround time and the artwork was spot on. I was sent a first draft and when I asked to make a couple of changes, they were very responsive and sent me the updated artwork within the next day. The ordering process was very seamless and straightforward.

Absolutely class. Highly recommended. I sent in a picture of my daughter’s rabbit Snoopy, and they did a great draft with a perfect background, though I felt the facial features initially were quite dog-like and emailed back to point this out. They contacted back straight away to say they’d make changes, and a few days later sent an amended picture which is completely perfect. Classy product, classy people, A1 communication as well.

The artistry is spot on and they are Soo great to work with. The end product exceeded any expectations I had. Loved this Soo much that everyone on my Christmas list with a pet is getting one.
