No delivery. Still waiting for a refund. Do not use this company

order back in June for a job I was doing. Pipe never arrived despite repeated calls to customer service every week. Assured it would arrive many times and it never did. Had to refund the client in the end. Customer service were no help. Look elsewhere if thinking about using this company. Currently I am waiting for a refund on the order.

Unfortunately I have to add to the really bad reviews. The company advised me on a product they also guaranteed delivery to Europe for a show - I was to use the pipe stands for. They advised me the stands are a match and if I order and pay by 3.30pm (11th June) they will deliver latest 14th June. They have charged me an astronomical sum to assure delivery on the particular date knowing I will be returning to UK in a little over a week. It never arrived amongst other things due to them filing customs and invoice papers incorrectly. On top of it I had to spend a couple of thousand pounds to hire a replacement stand. Upon my return they have sent a replacement to UK having not refunded me original postage costs. What arrived was not usable and would not stand. They have offered me a refund with deducting 25% on the 1st and then 2nd July but then changed their mind and told me I can't have a refund. On their website it says all items are handmade but also if it is custom made no refund so be careful! I called again they refused to refund and advised me they will send side legs to stabilise. Never received anything. Please be wary - it does not arrive on time and they will sell anything wether you can use it or not and quality is extremely poor.

I think Pipe Dream Fittings are great. Prices are cheaper than anywhere else on line or local suppliers. They keep items local suppliers don't stock. Website is easy to use. Only had one issue where the wrong parts were sent and they sent replacement parts fairly quickly

I ordered some pipe and key clamp connectors from here last week and missed some parts of the order. I called and asked if I could add them on, they said if I put them through as collection and added my order number then it could be added to the delivery. Unfortunately that didn’t work and my parts arrived without it. I called and spoke to Karl and he was so quick to sort it and got it out next day delivery. Great service and much cheaper than other stores that provide similar services. Saved me about £25 too.

Every order ive placed has never been on time I pay for the shipping 2-3 days it says so if I order on a Monday lets say for argument's sake they don't process it until Tuesday that means by Friday I should have it but nope! sometimes its been a week late other times worse!! please sort your picking and delivery out! there's companies out there that offer free delivery quicker than this! I do however always get my products so that's a good thing but if you need them on time I suggest finding another supplier. I've learnt to order before I'm going to need the items

I have placed order back in October last year. Due to non-stock it was suggested to get some tube connectors powder coated and send separately. It took over four weeks for connections to arrive and all were poorly done and damaged (not powder coated but sprayed) Due to delay in initial delivery in the meantime when enquiry was made it was suggested to order smaller size connections and tubes which were in stock but needed to pay for new order. It was promised that upon return of first order that full refund will be paid to our account. Well, Return was made and paid by us back in November but no refund as yet. Numerous excuses and no answers to multiple calls and emails but no refund. If I could I would give them no stars – zero RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought two adaptors for my pipes and unfortunately they were not right for fitting my new taps. When asked to return them I was made aware that 25% of restocking charges were going to be applied to my refund. It is written in their terms and conditions , but I believe that it’s slightly unfair. Please check terms and conditions before buying here.

Paid for 2-3 delivery. Phoned them up on day 4 to be told they are just estimated delivery timescales and item will be with me some time early next week. Tracking shows courier still does not have parcel. Won't cancel order, won't refund.Utter rip off. Avoid.

You always think it won’t happen to you, and then it does. In my 20+ years of online shopping, I have never experienced a transaction that was as stressful nor egregiously difficult in all aspects than this one. Order took 3.5 wks to arrive. Item was a much larger version than the listing, approximately 2.5x greater in various dimensions of the piece – a floor towel rail rather than a tabletop hand-towel rail as depicted in listing photos. Seller refused to rectify his error to provide return shipping for either a return or an exchange for the correct item. Insisted that I pay for any shipping costs for HIS FAULTY ORDER. Buyer, beware – do research, read reviews, note “red flags” and understand the risks with your own online purchase.

Reluctantly went for this because the fittings were slightly cheaper, but that soon bit me in the bum when i paid £12 for next day delivery and waited over 7 days for it to be delivered.. and you guessed it they forgot a few items, so that job your thinking of doing? Pay a little extra and go somewhere else people

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE-M boyfriend Ordered some pipes for a piece of furniture, 1 arrived bent. As it was over 2 metres long I could not get a courier to take it back!The smaller ones were the wrong size so I wanted to send them back, they said I could not do that! They'd not reimburse for the bent pipe, as I couldn't get it to them!Tried calling, emailing numerous times. No answer or reply.Eventually found someone to take the pipe back, no acknowledgement of receipt of the pipe, no refund. So basically have lost £280.Absolutely diabolical customer service, Infact non existent customer service is more accurate. Absolutely disgusting in this climate, taking people's money like this!!! DISGUSTING

Purchase : galvanised steel pipes and handrail mounting brackets.Website easy to use.Very quick service as always.Item as described and reasonably priced.Only shortfall were the plastic end caps - these disintegrated when inserting - they are not up to the job. However very low cost item so not too problematic.

I ordered some custom sized clothing rails and a set of shelves. Excellent comms throughout the process, with swift response to emails. Delivery date was improved on by three days! (An almost impossible feat in the current situation). Everything extremely well packaged and complete, nothing missing. Superb service, superb quality and I would definitely use again. Thank you!

Where do I start. Been told I can’t swear on here so I’ll try, please take note I’m 100% genuine person, but pipedreams are 100% cowboys. Long story short read there 30 page policy before ordering. We spent £300 on pipes with next day delivery which was 9 days later apparently not there fault parts were missing again not there fault when order came and wrong size it was at my expense to return so cost me another £115 to return asked for £300 money back no it’s there policy to keep 25% of value back so now I’ve paid £415 for wrong items they sent and got back £173 so please rethink before using this company. They can’t be in business for long treating people how they do. I’ll be post on every site they advertise on.

I found the perfect shelf for the job in hand, which was delivered very quickly.....only to find it was damaged and a few other issues with the finishing.I contacted Stewart in customer services and he was extremely helpful promising to send another that was personally checked by himself for the next day. True to his word it arrived and Im over the moon with it.Thank you and I will certainly be ordering from Pipe dream fittings again! :-)

Amazing and helpful company. Sent them details of what we were trying to do and measurements not on their website and they custom made our shelfs exactly. Can not recommend highly enough. Thanks again for all your assistance and advice. Will definitely be back soon :)

I brought a Rustic pipe shelf, and it is beautiful, all my friends commented on it. Very fast delivery and communication.I had a wall fixing missing, so emailed them, they replayed straight back and sent a replacement out that week. Will definitely order from them again.

Initial communication was great with James , So, I ordered a bespoke pole system off these guys, and then I saw the reviews…. And I panicked. I had received an email from the company saying the order was complete, but I didn’t receive any message from the courier.I emailed reply to highlight this and I was pretty keen on emails from here out until I got a reply telling me my order was due for delivery , with an ambiguous “early next week” I was still feeling doubtful. Especially as I had read these negative reviews.However, I can rejoice that the pole system arrived! We’ve just put it up on the wall and are thrilled with the product. It’s a shame regarding the reviews, as I’m sure this will cloud some decisions to use this company, and induce some anxiety, like it did with me! I’ve left 4 stars as maybe there needs to be an adjustment with the order confirmation emails process.However, I am a happy customer. Many thanks!
