Is pinnacleluxuries.com Legit?

I'm hopping mad! I bought a sweater from an online company called Posh Pinnacle. When it arrived it was very shoddy and cheap looking so I contacted the company to try to return it. Turns out I need to post it (Tracked and Traced) to 'No 2 freight elevator on the west side of the 3rd floor, upstairs, Yuantong Express, No. 409, Suxi Yiwu Town, CHINA'.As you can imagine, I'm not going to bother, but I thought I would just warn friends about this company, and recommend that you're not tempted to buy!

The product was advertised to ship within 24-48 hours, however, after waiting seven days, the tracking number was provided. Subsequently, it took an additional ten days for the package to be tendered to OnTrac for shipping.Upon receiving and inspecting the package, it was discovered that the inner box had been opened. The quality of the $59 phone case was poor, and the kickstand had insufficient tension.It is noteworthy that refunds are only issued if no discounts were applied, which appears to be a strategy to retain revenue.

It took a month to arrive and must have been ordered from outside of the US although they use a NJ address. I ordered a silver phone cover. They sent me black. Avoid this company!!

I previously wrote a review on this company several weeks ago (see DESPICABLE COMPANY - July 22,2024). As of today 8/19/2024, I have yet to get a store credit and I doubt I ever will. Total scam.At this point, it's not about the money but to see this company banned from selling anything online. As such, I submitted a complaint to the FTC reporting this company's practices. I will do the same with the BBB, although I'm not the first to do so.

I purchased a “tempered glass” protector for my Apple Watch series 2. The only thing I’m glad about is that I purchased it on sale. There is no such a thing as glass anywhere in the product, it’s just a sheet of plastic scratched from the inside, so raised that I can’t even touch screen accurately. The only reason why I bought it was because Rhinoshield (real high quality protectors), didn’t have one for my phone.

Nothing short of a bunch of scum sucking bottom feeders who might find some satisfaction in scamming people but at night these a++holes probably cant even sleep straight... and would scam and screw over their own blood given there was a buck in it for them. Great example of the knuckle dragging primate end of the human species. Oh.. and dont buy from them... utterly deceptive site and ethics... you can take our money but that wont buy you a pass when you get deep sixed

Absolutely disgusted with this company.They promoted and sold a third party product (phone case) as their own. Upon demanding they cancel my order, not bother sending out the product and refund me (10 minutes after ordering) they sent me an email back saying that they can't give refunds, that they need to reach out to the third party manufacturer and request the refund, yet no one ever got back to me. Come to find out the do this on purpose. The order was shipped out anyways, after my numerous emails demanding NOT to. They now expect me to pay to return it, than hope they don't lie and say it's damaged (haven't even opened the package it came in). They are an absolutely sick scam of a company.! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I will join all other negative reviews listed here regarding pinnacleluxuries.comScam and scum. Immediately realized what a fraudulent company they were and attempted to cancel my order within 5 minutes. No response, no luck.Product I paid $50 for was listed on overseas website for less than $3. They even copied and pasted the picture from that websites listing. Call me a sucker for not better checking this company out so shame on me but these are crooks. Plain & simple. Once I received the product I immediately filed for a return. I was provided a return authorization number but also a message saying not to return until after receiving a confirmation email, "pending merchant review". Of course that never came.I have 4 separate emails sent to this company requesting confirmation to return. This company cannot claim this was any type of error or mistake on their part. NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE OR COMMUNICATION. NOTHINGThieves and scammers no question. Should be shut down and sued by all customers who have been cheated and duped by these unscrupulous swindlers.

Total scam I ordered 2 watch titanium cases and received two plastic ones . I also ordered a titanium watch strap and not received it Fortunately I ordered through paypal , so I'm hoping to get my money back I just wish I had read the rest of the reviews first

Complete scam, they sold an item they don’t have but send the wrong item, then they said no refund , store credit upon receipt of returned product. Never provide address to return too, never replied for repeated requests for return address.No google listing because they don’t want reviews. Burgling basta**** it’s all there is to it. The pleasure is in knowing that you think your clever but your shortsighted and your little hustle you’ll still be in a gutter pushing street kebabs in retirement hoping you’ll one day have enough to not work till you die , dumb asses.

I bought a "titanium" samsung galaxy 5 pro watch band 10 days ago. It's painted and the paint is already chipping off. I can get the same or better quality of band for a quarter of the price. The picture is very misleading. Central portion of band looked anodized in photos but in reality is a matte paint that was haphazardly applied.

Absolute scam of a company. Canceled order same day of order and no response. No contact for company that works, not US based company, total scam. They shipped order anyway and now state only store credit. I disputed with credit company. This place is an absolute scam. BUYER BEWARE. DONT ORDER ANYTHING. PRODUCTS ARE TRASH! I placed an order for a case/band to my apple watch. The payment went smoothly, I got a confirmation mail and a tracking number - ships from china.When the shipment not arrived in the announced date I started reading the reviews, got really worried. My parcel arrived yesterday, did not need to pay any customs fee, opened it , ready for a big disappointment- but. Inside was my case/band, looking exactly as the one on the website.Wearing it today, for the first time. Feels like a great construction with good quality.4 stars for late delivery.

A scam. Wanted to cancel an order made by mistake the very next day. Simply received automated emails saying the phone case had already been sent. Thank goodness we've been reliable PayPal customers for more than ten years, so we got a refund. If only we had checked before ordering, we never would have made the mistake.

I bought 2 watch bands for Pixel 2. The quality is very poor. It was advertised as leather, but feels like rubber. I wanted to return for a refund but if it was on sale, you are not eligible for a refund with their policy. It appears all products reflect a “sale price” so essentially you are stuck with crappy product. Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order.

Absolute scam. Requested to cancel the order placed for a phone case before it shipped since it was needed sooner than the 6 week out delivery date. Was told a refund would be processed immediately. After 10 days of pleading, I was told the case already shipped and now I can request a refund after I get it in late March. Absolute scam.

I really wish I could leave no stars. This company are crooks plain & simple. I purchased a titanium 20mm wide link bracelet for a galaxy watch 6 classic. They sent me a steel maybe 16mm wide bracelet that looked nothing like what I purchased. Then refused to refund my money. Currently going through long process of getting back my money in full. Horrible Horrible business. Just out to make a buck & screw over whomever in the way.

I ordered a protective case from Pinnacle, and I’m actually shocked that it’s good quality.Of course I read the horrible reviews after I had already ordered, so I expected the worst.It’s exactly as advertised. Guess I’m one of the lucky ones.However….. I’m not giving them 5 stars because they are not truthful regarding where the product ships from. They claim they are based in New Jersey, and ship from the US using USPS, which is not the case. They actually ship from Shenzen China, using UBI, then transfer to Canada Post for final delivery.

Bought a phone case. Looked nice, paid a premium and TIPPED them. 3 RETURN Requests. NEVER a Response! Tried to get refund through PayPal to NO AVAIL!! DENIED because they found that Pinnacle Luxuries had satisfied the transaction. You may rip your fellow man off in this world, but your next world won't be so Luxurious!

DO NOT BUY FROM PINNACLE LUXURIES, a lesson learnt, which I would like to share with everyone. Please ensure before you buy anything online that you do your research and read reviews of the product and company before submitting any payment. Pinnacle Luxuries are a classic example of an online company which is just set up to scam you with a cheap product, clearverly advertised as as an expensive luxury item, but in fact is just a very cheap product you could buy at a fraction of the price at your local market store. I purchase a expensive Titanium watch strap from them for a Samsung 6 watch, but was sent a cheap poor quality stainless steel strap which did not even fit the watch. Despite many e-mails' asking for a refund I have received no communication back from them. No contact phone number to even try to speak to someone. Portrays to be an American site and I had to pay for the product in US dollars, but actually the goods come straight from China. A total rip off and scam.
